Always top notch work from Laurence an absolute pleasure to have him with us

Great communication throughout the whole project. They kept us updated and delivered exactly what we agreed. Reliable and trustworthy company.

Very happy with the groundwork completed at our property. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. The area was left clean and tidy afterwards.

We had a water leak in our workshop. Laurence quoted us a very fair price and we are delighted with the outcome. Laurence is very conscientious, hard working and very tidy in his work. He’s also a very good bloke.

Lawrence and his team provide an excellent service which is of great a quality standard. They come highly recommended 👍

Absolutely fantastic service. Retaining wall been built on time. Before the work started, I've been fully informed how the wall will be built, what type of drainage system will be placed in and so on. Professional approach toward the work, focused on details and not rushing the job which made it superb. I fully recommend the company as if you want the job to be done in a professional time duration, not the so called rush rush, then pick this company. 5 stars as fully deserved.

Dan came out to fill and make good the previous owner's cat flap, a hole in the brick wall. He did a brilliant job, was very polite and courteous and was very clean. Very much would recommend, Laurence handled the matter professionally. We are very pleased.

Laurence replaced old lime mortar in an outside wall for me. He was punctual, hard working and very pleasant and the wall looks great (and doesn’t wobble )! I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again.

I highly recommend LKB Brickworks. Laurence recently rebuilt brick pillars for me after these had been left dangerously unstable. His attention to detail and expertise were clear from the start. Not only did he restore the pillars to a safe and solid condition, but he also identified and corrected an issue the original builders had missed—there were no drainage holes in a retaining wall, which he promptly and efficiently fixed. Additionally, he replaced and relaid a paving slab with such precision that you can’t even tell which one was replaced—it blends in perfectly. Laurence was consistently punctual, reliable, and helpful throughout the project. He also went the extra mile to source pier caps that matched the originals, which were no longer available—demonstrating real care and commitment to getting everything just right. An excellent tradesman who takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use LKB Brickworks again. Photos are attached showing the cracks causing instability before and then following Laurence’s intervention: two solid pillars. Very happy with his work

Laurence has been helping us for years. He is always polite, clear in his communication, and consistent in the quality of his work.

I first used Laurece to build me a concrete shed base a few months ago and was so impressed that I decided to have him again to do my new driveway with risen. He has done a fantastic job. Its looks so different. Only finished yesterday and already compliments from neighbours. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is a great guy & will do anything to make you happy.

I called Laurence on Friday to get a quote to fix our broken boundary wall. He turned up when he said he would on Saturday to look at the job, sent a quote over within an hour of leaving and came at 8am today to complete the job. He did a great job in about an hour and our wall now looks good as new again. Thanks again Laurence!

Excellent work and finished at agreed time despite bad weather causing delays. Area left neat and tidy and very happy to recommend Laurence for his advice and flexibility.

Great experience with Laurence he came to do a small knee wall and extend some existing brickwork. High standard of finished work and excellent to deal with will defiantly be using in the future :)

We have recently used LKB Brickwork & Groundwork’s to complete some block paving & to install drainage for us. Highly recommend this company reasonable priced, everything was left spotless once finished. Will definitely be using Laurence and his team again!

Laurence was very tidy, professional and polite. We will be using him again for future brick and ground works.

Very pleased with the work Laurence carried out for me. I highly recommend him and he’s team. Over the moon with our new driveway Thank you very much

Laurence built us a brick base for a greenhouse and paved the interior, and also repaired some crazy paving steps. Very happy with the results and excellent service.

I'm very happy with the work complete. Very hard working and honest person. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends and family for future work.

Cant recommend laurence and his team enough. Local company he totally transformed my garden he done me a sleeper wall and new large patio and fence . Wouldn't hesitate to use again .

Very disappointed as Laurence responded to my advert for a company to build a foundation, came out to view the next day, promised a quote within a day or so and ghosted me. He never responded when I asked what happened to the quote. It isn't that difficult if you don't want the job to just say so rather than ghosting. It is more professional rather than leave potential customers hanging.

Very impressive service. They are fairly priced and honest. They worked extremely hard and completed the job to a very high standard. I am very happy to have found them and will definitely be using them again in the future

I am extremely impressed by the skills and knowledge these guys have, they completed my works in record time, and I am highly impressed. Many thanks to Laurance and Phil, much appreciated

Excellent job from Laurence - fast, friendly, reliable, efficient, considerate and good quality work ... what more could you want! Finding the right builder to repair, repoint and modify an existing ragstone wall to fit in with the look and feel of the house and its surroundings was no mean feet, and we are so glad we chose Laurence. From start to finish it has been a pleasure working with him and to receive his advice and recommendations along the way. Our property was left clean and tidy at all times and he was considerate to minimise any disruption and possible damage to other areas. Will definitely want to use him for future work. Nick Jaggers

I had a wall build by Laurence , we are very pleased with the finish. He is very friendly , trustworthy and high standard work. I can’t recommend him enough!

Very good service , reliable and honest company. Very pleased with the job.

We are happy to recommend Laurence. He built a wall and capped another wall this week for me and my husband. He was on time and has done a fine job, finishing within the day as promised. He’s a nice fella too.

Lawrence did a fantastic job replacing a garage ridge tile for us. Would highly recommend, minimum fuss and very professional.

Laurence has done a few jobs for me over the last year including levelling and turfing our garden, building a couple of patios and a retaining wall. He has always done an excellent job. He's responsive to messages, always turns up when he says he's going to and provides quotes quickly. All the jobs were done to a high standard, on time and for the price quoted.

Laurence repaired my damaged boundary wall and I can't rate him highly enough! He came to assess the damage and give a quote extremely quickly. He arrived when he said and completed the job to a high standard, working professionally, tidily and with a pride in his work. I will definitely be using Lkb Brickwork in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Job well done!

Laurence at LKB did a great job of rebuilding our damaged external wall, designing and fitting new steel crash barrier/post. Would recommend this Company highly, all works completed neatly and on time.

Good quality and great value work. Laurence extended my patio and was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the process. I will continue to work with LKB for all my Brick & Grounds work.

Laurence was extremely polite and a generally nice guy to talk to. We had various parts of our garage and house repointed and it was done to an excellent standard - its been commented upon. A little had been missed on the first visit but Laurence was more than happy to come back and get it done to just as high standard as the rest of the work. We have already had a quote for landscaping our front path and drive, which we felt was extremely reasonable. Thank you!

Laurence and his team did a great job on our car park. Completed over 2 1/2 days with all the parking bays neatly marked out. I would recommend LKB Brickwork without hesitation.

Laurence came & replaced some bricks that had crumbled, he made a very good job of it & I was very pleased with the result. He left everything clean & tidy, such a lovely chap. Will definitely use them again.

Laurence & he's team came and block paved our driveway, He arrived everyday on time and at the end of day was left clean and tidy, He added extra drainage in and with the heavy rain the water just drain away instantly
