Brilliant, professional and friendly! The ideal Tradesman. Wouldn't hesitate to contact him again!

Dan's been amazing. Polite, punctual and considerate. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why each step of the way. He's been very tidy throughout and worked at a good pace. He even tried to be considerate with noise after learning I work nights which is a real bonus. Overall he's been lovely to have around and I definitely recommend.

Dan was an absolute pleasure to have in my home and his workmanship was second to none. We had an awful damp probelm and wood worm, Dan was professional and knowledgeable. For the first time in years my living room feels habitable again, I can not recomend him highly enough.

Amazing job completed by Dan. Tidy, professional and personable. Would highly recommend.

Danny’s damp-proofing quote was much better than the other company who assessed the property. He turned up on time, took a pride in his work and did a great job. I never knew that walls could be that smooth! I would 100% go to him for further work and would recommend him to a friend. :)

From first contact to finishing the job, Dan has been nothing but reliable, polite and tidy. He explained in layman's terms what needed to be done with regards to the rising damp problem in my dining room and kept me updated on each step of the remedial works. I would definitely have Dan back to do work in my property again and would certainly recommend him to others. Fantastic job at a good price!

Dan was everything you would want from a a tradesman. He was prompt in all aspects, from quotation to completion of the job. Other than the fact that the new plaster is visible you wouldn’t know he’d been. Won’t hesitate to use Quay Point again, or indeed recommend them.

Provided a very competitive quotation. Turned up on time and was very professional through out. Very please with the work, he explained what was required and did a great repair to the damp course.

Dan arrived on time and worked consistently and expertly for 4 days. Once the damp plaster was removed, silicon was injected into the wall to form a new damp course. A welded mesh was then placed behind the new plaster board to make an extra water barrier. Once complete, the treated areas were cleanly plastered and left in alignment with the existing walls. The place was left clean and tidy, just like it was before he arrived. Dan was professional and courteous at all times and I would most definitely recommend him for your job.

From his initial assessment of the problem it became apparent that Dan is an expert in his field. We had damp mould and dry rot under the floorboards in part of our Dining Room caused in part by faulty cavity wall foam insulation allowing damp to breach the outer and inner cavity along with blocked airbricks so compromised ventilation. Dan explained in laymans terms the procedures which needed to be performed and the timescale to achieve the desired result. His work was to a very high standard and we feel secure that all the correct actions have been performed. He works hard and achieves a lot in a day. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs either plastering or work to correct damp issues in their property.

Dan has worked on multiple sites for my team and my own rental property. His time keeping, attitude, reliability and obviously work are all faultless, I’d highly recommend Dan to anyone.

I use Danny for all of our damp works and his work is always fantastic. We have never had to call Danny back for anything, and only ever get glowing reviews from our tenants/residents. Would highly, highly recommend Danny.

Dan was very polite, knowledgeable and honest about the work required. His team were always punctual and worked very hard to sort out wet rot, dry rot and damp in a church basement. They respected our request to work around church services and a funeral and left the place clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and they were easy to work with. The standard of work done was very high and they are an excellent company in all respects. We would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Damp proofing a dining room in a Grade II listed house. Very competitive quote and Dan knows the rules and regulations concerning listed buildings. The whole job was explained clearly, Dan's knowledge and workmanship is first class. He cleaned and tidied up after each day even cleaning and polishing the wooden floor once the work was complete. We are very pleased with the finished job and will certainly use Quay Point Plastering again. Many thanks Dan.

The guys damp proofed and plastered our lounge. They are passionate workers, professional and kind. Very good value! Highly recommended.

Outstanding work. The damp-proofing job was very well priced and completed promptly. Definitely recommended.

Danny's work is simply outstanding and I cannot thank him more for doing a 1st rate job. He arrived as planned, got straight to work and worked like a Trojan throughout the day. He covered everything with dust sheets, ensured any mess was minimised and cleaned any spills quickly. When Danny had finished he made sure that I was happy with his work, explained what would happen with the drying plaster and advice on painting. Two days later the plaster is completely dry and I cannot believe how smooth the walls are of my Victorian bedroom. In summary, an outstanding plasterer and simply the best!

Fantastic and professional- would recommend to friends and family.
