Noel responded very quickly last night when I messaged him at around 10pm after finding his contact online. He came over soon after 8:00am this morning and sorted out the blockage within 10 minutes, also explained what had caused it. Professional, friendly and effective, at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service. 5 out of 5.

And that company charged me a big amount of money). I highly recommend Wimbledon Drainage to save your drainage.

He gave me really good advice on my drainage/rat issues, quoted reasonable prices and gave me info that saved me time and money. He came out quickly and just seemed like someone to trust, rather than someone in it for the money. Highly recommend him! Sally Sharpe, Landlord, Wimbledon

He is a warm and genuine person and I am heartened that small caring businesses like this still exist. Would definitely recommend.
1000000% would recommend
Very professional and friendly.
Bad experience with Noel. Gave him a job to do, doesn't want to communicate with me the person paying his bill but wants to speak to the tenant. It's been over a month & still waiting for job to be done. The week he was supposed to do the work, he went to traveling with some excuses. I had to chase him up for an update and constantly being ignored for days, weeks. I have had trouble, constant stress from the tenant & chasing up to me. Attached on this review of how responsive he is. I will not recommend this company to anyone with the way he messed us around 3x people have been affected because of him

A big thanks to Noel who I’d rate six stars if I could. Unlike someone else I tried, he returned my calls, even though we kept missing each other. Then he came out on a Bank Holiday (even navigating the little street party on my drive) to clear my sink that kept backing up and causing my dishwasher to leak. He was quick, knowledgeable, tidy and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend Noel.

Called Noel on a Sunday afternoon due to blocked waste pipe affecting both bathrooms and he came round within 20 mins to look at the drains. Was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and gave some good advice on how to fix it. Because of where the blockage was (first floor) and no easy access to the pipe, he wasn’t able to fix it but recommended another company who could come out. Very friendly, great customer service and would highly recommend to anyone needing a good plumber. Thanks Noel!
Excellent job and a very reasonable price.

I gave Blocked Drain Clearance a call after reading all the great reviews and was not disappointed. Noel visited the same day and was extremely helpful, even drawing me a diagram to explain the problem. He took the time to talk me through the issue despite knowing it wasn’t something he could resolve (it would require a concrete floor being dug up, etc), all free of charge. A genuinely good and knowledgeable guy. Thanks again Noel - much appreciated.
Just a very nice guy who was happy to help on the phone. Offered to pay him to do a site visit but he insisted I didn't need one. Will definitely use again as I love his honesty and friendly manner.

I called Noel on a Friday afternoon to look at my blocked toilet and he came out Monday at 12. He quickly assessed the issue and truthfully told me that he wouldn't be able to fix it and I'd need to get someone with more specialised equipment in (blockage was likely two stories up on an outside wall). He could have faffed around and pretended to try things and charged me for the time but was instead very honest and helpful (he also gave me a recommendation for who might be able to fix it and some tips on how to communicate and arrange the job so it wouldn't be £££). Highly recommend.

Noel was fantastic. He tried everything he could to address my plumbing blockage (far more than the previous plumber I had) and eventually diagnosed that it was a Thames Water issue. If there was a 10 star option I would choose that; Noel was by far the kindest, professional and most helpful plumber I have ever come across. We had to call him on a Saturday, and before coming to see us he spent over 30 mins on the phone talking us through what we could do to solve the problem ourselves at no charge. When that still wasn’t resolved, he drove out of his way to fix the problem and did so within 20 minutes. As a flat with only one bathroom, we were incredibly grateful!! Unlike others in the industry, he genuinely wants to help and is very reasonably priced - all other quotes I received were more than double Noel’s. I would recommend him to anyone and he is my first call for any future issues. Thank you again Noel!
Not even a call out required! After talking through the issue of a bad smelling bathroom shower drain with Noel on the phone he explained the likely cause and how to fix the issue ourselves saving us money and his call out. Really honest and helpful service. Will definitely use again for any plumbing issues!
Noel arrived very promptly, diagnosed the issue - which was outside our property - and logged it with the Water Company for me. Kindly charged a reduced call-our fee as the Water Co will be responsible for addressing the problem. A pleasure to deal with!

So glad I went with all these good reviews and used Noel. He truly is a friendly, honest, hard worker. He communicated well and came out within 1.5 days. His rate was reasonable and, using his 30 years experience, he worked out the issue quite quickly - something I never would have guessed. He also stayed with me whilst I was on the phone to Thames Water and he convinced them to come out immediately to fix my underground leak. I would certainly use him again!

My drain was overflowing with… well, I’m sure you can imagine. Noel came round to inspect and spent a bit of time trying to see where the blockage was. He was really helpful in explaining what the issue was and how drains are structured work. But more so, even though he was unable to resolve the issue, he called Thames Water for me to report the issue, and make sure that it was dealt with quickly. Which indeed it was. Very happy indeed with Noel’s service, and recommend him to anyone with drainage issues.

Excellent service - fixed our blocked drain in no time and no time and inspected for signs of damage with camera. Very reasonable cost too. Definitely recommend
Noel is very responsive and does a great job!
Noel arrived the same day we called about our blocked drain and promptly went through all the steps from rodding to jetting to putting a camera down. having cleared the worst Noel's camera system clearly showed that there was a significant blockage 2.4m down the pipe (rubble) caused by the aged internal wall in the manhole falling into the drain then being washed down hence our problem. Noel confirmed that this could never be cleared and the only option in our case was to dig up pipe and fix the hard way. Noel was able to precisely show where to dig and gave some very good advice on opening the pipe, (ours had been preciously relined with Fibreglass needing special care) We had a Mini Digger booked for some garden work the next day so I used that and excavated down to the pipe right where Noel said and he was spot on. Opened pipe by cutting an oblong in top (as recommended) and removed all rubble before then cutting the pipe further down and removing all pipe back to the drain with the digger and replacing with a modern pipe. I was very impressed with the service and even more so when Noel called the following week to confirm that all was well! Highly recommended and would def use again!
Prompt. Good service.
Excellent service..and friendly and familiar..
Noel arrived within the hour and couldn't be more helpful solving our drainage problem. He contacted us the next day with a follow-up call to ensure all was in order. Highly recommended and will definetely use again in case of need.

Noel was a lifesaver when my neighbour and I had a blocked gutter issue this weekend. He arrived within an hour of me calling him and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. Can’t recommend enough.
Rang at 08.42 on a Monday morning, drain unblocked by 3.30pm the same day - can't ask for more than that. Thank you!!

I called Noel on the Saturday evening as had a blocked toilet and he was there first thing Sunday morning (thankfully!!). Incredibly friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and (although I hope not to have to!) would absolutely use again. Lovely guy! Thanks Noel :)
Excellent service. Called Noel in the morning and he came out the same afternoon. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely use him again. Highly recommend
Noel is a good guy and knows his stuff! I needed a drain unblocking at short notice before I went away on holiday. He came quickly and advised me on what to do to uncover the drain inlet he needed access to. As soon as that work was complete he attended promptly again and sorted the issue, the day before I went away. I'd definitely recommend him as someone with integrity in an area where people often prey on people's desperation to get things fixed.
Excellent service by Noel. Rang him late at night after unsuccessful attempts by my builder and myself to unblock our drainage. He came the following morning and within 10mins he was able to open our manhole outside the house and sort out the problem. He's charge of £95 was the lowest quote I had. Some charging as must as £120 an hour and would perhaps take couple of hours. Noel is very friendly and easy to talk to. He advised me on the phone to get someone with a fixed charge rather than those who would charge by hour and would take the entire day to do a 10mins job. Top bloke, very happy with service. Thank you Noel.
I never normally write reviews but this guy has really saved my life. My washing machine packed in and my only choice was to call out an emergency plumber since it was too expensive to replace and I have a mountain of washing. Noel came out the next day and quickly resolved the problem (blocked pump) whilst explaining the basics on how it works. I now know not to put sandy beach towels and shoes in there without rinsing them first! Thanks again Noel and I really appreciate your quick and helpful response.
By far the most outstanding service to date. Noel is personable and professional, his work is competed with attention to detail and he will always clearly communicate exactly what is required and you know exactly what you’re paying for - which by the way is extremely reasonable for the service. I’ve called Noel 3-4 times for a different issues in my property and it has been sorted property every single time. Thank you!
Amazing service, so fast, easy and professional! Will definitely be using again if I need to and highly recommend!!
Fantastic service from Noel! Really helpful and professional! Fast response and cleared blockage successfully! Have recommended to a friend already
My elderly neighbour had a blocked toilet. A friend found this company. I contacted them and Thomas came the next day. He swiftly sorted the problem (not a pleasant job at all) and then stayed to try to solve why it had happened. Somehow the water pump had been switched off so no water at all to the bathroom. He attempted to get it going but it had burnt out. He told me exactly what needed doing. Thomas was so kind the way he spoke to my neighbour. Although he was extremely busy, he said he would try to find time to fix it, if I couldn't find anyone else. I would thoroughly recommend.
Excellent Service! Noel showed up early and in a good mood (despite terrible weather!). The job was completed professionally and probably cleaner than when it started! Noel even took the time to explain the problem to me and explain how to manage it in future. Even washed up his own mug of tea afterwards! Will absolutely use again!
