Professional and very speedy drain recovery, little wait time for an appointment which is also ideal! 10/10 would recommend.

The engineer barry did a good job and was really helpful and friendly. Thanks for you prompt service.

Jon Taylor is a complete expert in drainage. He is friendly totally professional and give you a detailed explanation of his findings - absolutely brilliant. Myself and my son have used Maintain Drains for some years and found them fantastic every time !! 100 out of 100 Well done Maintain Drains - Use them and you will be delighted.

Fully Recommend Maintain Drains. Great communication throughout. Very personable, on time, reassuring, clean tidy and respectful. John even provided ongoing advice days after initial site visit. Much appreciated.

Maintain Drains came to the rescue, when we were almost due to exchange on our bungalow and realised we had a condition on our mortgage to get a drainage survey. We’d called about 10 different companies trying find someone with availability and that wasn’t trying to charge crazy amounts for the survey and for it to be turned around in a really short time frame. The price they quoted was exactly the same as they’d charge for any other similar survey and what most decent companies were saying it would cost, where a few dodgie other companies tried to charge us 3 x as much!! Really impressed and super grateful for what they managed to get done for us!

What can I say absolutely fantastic service today from a quick response to a job well done can not recommend this company enough ,well done all

First class service from Jon and the team at Maintain drains! Highly recommend this company for surveys and drainage works.

Very prompt, professional service and don't overcharge. Highly recommend.

Fantastic professional service and great communication with updates, resolved our problem with no issue where others couldn't ! Would highly recommend.

Sought company's advice on how to tackle serious rat infestation in house. Jon Taylor was spot on with his expert advice and recommendations. I am more hopeful now that I have problem solved. Very helpful and dedicated firm.

Great company and service. Only honest drain company I have found after receiving absurdly expensive quotes from other companies for work which didn't need doing. Found and fixed our problem quickly and gave sound advice.

Couldn't ask for a better provider, the whole team is supportive and helpful and I can always guarantee a fix with 100% satisfaction

Absolutely first class. The engineer arrived when he said he would, was super polite and did a great job. He gave me several options for improvements in the future, with no hard sell. The bill was less than I had expected so I am very happy. Without doubt I would strongly recommend this company.

Very efficient and friendly service and outdoor drain was unblocked in no time at all!

We had a blocked drain from the kitchen. Not knowing who to call we chanced Maintain Drains. Gave them a call at 8 am. They answered straight away and Jon arrive at 12.45. Very polite and knowledgeable and within a minute had sorted out the problem. Best £75 + vat we've spent. Thank you Jon and Maintain Drains for a job well done.

Always great service, polite and prompt. Cost is always fair for the work involved and we are very pleased to have Maintain Drains as our contractor.

Can’t fault this company! My initial query was courteously answered out-of-hours, the appointment was made quickly and the job carried out with no fuss, total professionalism (and a good sense of humour too). The price was very reasonable and the communication - from several different staff - was excellent throughout. Even posting the invoice was easy. Would highly recommend this business and definitely use again. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but thanks very much - in particular - to the man who actually came out and got our drains draining again: you’re a credit to your business!

We have used Maintain drains to look after our hospital for years and always go above and beyond to meet our clients expectations. Cant recommend them enough.

You could not wish for a better team. Jon and Barry in particular. Right equipment, best attitude, responds quickly and very well priced for the service they give. Wouldn't use any one else! Well done guys 👍

A very professional and customer focused company superbly managed. They have supported the Borough of Poole sites(now BCP) for many years.

Always a great service from Jon and his team. Nothing is too much trouble and priced reasonably. I would highly recommend this company over others in the area and wouldn't look anywhere else.

I had a blocked drain which had started to overflow. I discovered it this morning and phoned up Maintain Drains for help. They didn't have any slots available until the end of the day but they managed to find time to visit within a couple hours of my calling them. The whole operation was quick and very clean. I will definitely use them again! So nice to experience quality service.

Arrived on time, checked the drain with a camera and sorted the problem. Very helpful and friendly.

I have dealt with Maintain Drains for Homebuyer drainage survey. Service was provided in a professional and reliable manner. Thank you

Thank you so much for conducting the survey and giving us your advice. We really appreciated you returning to the property after being unable to access the drains on your first visit and turning everything around for us in such a short time frame. You explained everything clearly and nothing seemed too much hassle. I have already recommended you to friends and we will be using you again should we ever have future issues with drainage.

Very helpful, lovely man couldn't do enough to help.

Great service, very professional and on time! Would 100% recommend Maintain Drains.

Outstanding professionalism, prompt and impressive communication, very friendly and excellent value (CCTV Drain Survey)

Excellent service, good value, really pleased with the results

We contacted Jon to obtain a drain home buyer survey. Very quick to respond to query and attend appointment at set date and time. The report was published to us within a few days. Easy payment options provided and downloaded copies of thr video inspections as well as the written report. Would highly recommend and use for any future needs.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Other companies wanted to line our drain pipes after jet-washing them, but Maintain Drains were honest enough to say that the jet-washing had dealt with the problem and pipe-lining would not be necessary. They provided high quality CCTV footage of before and after by email to demonstrate this, all included in the price. Very impressed, happy to recommend and would definitely use again.

We had a blocked toilet and Jon came round within a couple of hours of me getting in touch. He was so professional, friendly and efficient and sorted our problem within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend!

A professional approach that is always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Maintain.

Excellent customer service - very helpful, quick, effective and very reasonably priced.

Jon booked us in quickly to clear a blockage in a bathroom pipe and the work was undertaken very efficiently by one of his engineers. Subsequent issues were resolved fast, with excellent communication. Can't fault their customer service and wouldn't hesitate to use Maintain Drains again or recommend them to others 👍🏻

Great service, very customer friendly and helpful!

I highly recommend this company. Jonathan is extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to ensure the problem was investigated thoroughly with a full explanation of findings and recommendations. By doing this he saved us a lot of expense. Thank you.

Spoke to Jon at Maintain prior to our house purchase as a house surveyor's report does not give sufficient information. Could not fault the service. Video's of all the drains. a map of their location and description of condition which is incredibly useful for future plans. He arranged everything which was appreciated as we are (were) not local and the report was with us the next day. Like the electrician who inspected the electrical installation; both worth every penny of their fees prior to a house purchase.

Absolutely brilliant, had a problem with the shop loo, gave them a ring and within a couple of hours everything was sorted. Pleasant young man, still smiling after what he had to do was amazing. They are also very, very competitive price wise. I would highly recommend Maintain Drains to anyone , thank you once again

We use Maintain Drains on a regular basis and are always extremely happy with their professionalism, attitude and general work ethic. Nothing is ever too much trouble, rates are reasonable and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone who asks.
