Drain Surgeons Ltd - Blocked Drain Reading, Berkshire

I can’t thank Drain Surgeons enough for the level of service we recently received. Flo and the team were incredibly professional and proactive but also extremely kind and empathetic. With a house sale hanging in the balance due to unreasonable demands from the buyer, they scrambled to expedite the survey we needed alongside other quotation work and I couldn’t be happier with the standard of service, the speed, and the professionalism of the office staff, surveyors and site inspectors. Fantastic service and would 100% recommend ☺️

What an absolute pleasure to deal with, never fail to get the job done, regardless of size of job. Dealt with Olive and Victor now on many occasions. What an amazing speedy same day service. Thanks very much 😀

Such a professional company

Very good service thank you 🙏🏼

Amazing company!! Came out to help a cat stuck in a drain had all the tools and very professional. What amazing people thank you xx

Had an issue with waste coming back out of of drain. Just to say exceptional service from Victor, he was very methodical in what he did, showed me where the issue was and sorted it out. He is an absolute credit to your company. Thank you for getting this sorted so quickly for me.

I’m new to housing and housing problems. Had the pleasure of talking to Flo. She’s an absolute credit to the company. She broke everything down for me and made the experience 10 times easier . Thank you once again Flo ! I wish you the best

Very professional from start to finish. Fast response and the guys who came out really knew their stuff. Clear pricing with no hidden charges. Would highly recommend this company.

Super quick response in just a few hours and Victor did an excellent job. I was kept informed throughout and Victor left the job site clean & tidy

Outstanding job beginning to finish. Thank you for solving the problem out. I am so grateful for your service and support may the our Lord Jesus Christ bless you continue abundantly.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish I contacted Drain Surgeons today at 5:20 PM after leaving a Google review, and was quickly greeted by a lovely lady named Flo. From the very first moment, she showed nothing but kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. Within 45 minutes, an engineer called Lucas was already on-site—unbelievable response time! A payment promise was arranged quickly, and the service was excellent value for money. The engineer Lucas who attended was not only highly competent but also an absolute gentleman. He ensured the issue was fully resolved before leaving, all within a three-hour window. Flo and the team at Drain Surgeons made what could have been a stressful situation seamless and reassuring. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable, fast, and courteous drain unblocking services in Reading. Five stars!

Tony provides a first class service. He was ever so helpful in explaining how the block likely occurred, working with enthusiasm, professionally and is an ambassador to the company he works for. Polite and courteous at all times, Tony was simply fantastic.

Outstanding service, even on a Sunday and during an urgent situation. They arrived within an hour and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their prompt and reliable support

my kitchen waste pipe was blocked, called them within 30 minutes Engineer Victor Revadavia came, and fixed problem. he is so kind, and helpful. definitely recommended.

I had a blocked drain from the kitchen and a Man named Tony came round to unblock it. I have had an issue 4 times over the last 10 years and had other companies out to fix it but they didn’t do a great job, but Tony has done a better job then any of the previous visits from other companies, I watched him in and throughout and he has drained and cleaned the pipes to the best I have ever seen, the amount of build of grease and oil and whatever stuff that he cleaned out was amazing, a stand up chap, great work ethic, will definitely be using your company in the future.

The worst customer service ever experienced. Avoid this company at all costs.

Monday evening external drain blocked, flowing onto patio. Engineer Tony Murrell came. After some initial investigations and testing, together we located the neighbour as the drain access. Then Tony was able to swiftly clear the blockage, which we subsequently, successfully flushed through. All good. Cause was identified as probably due to a relocated drain access point, which resulted in a pipe diameter change, so a place for debris to dwell. Check the rest of the drain, looked in great condition, as we have water softener. Good discussions together throughout. Thank you Drain Surgeons!

Faultless service.

Fantastic service from my initial call to explain the issue to when Tony turned up first thing the following morning to fix the issue. A pleasure to deal with

Ghsfoor abdul

The response to my initial enquiry was very good. The engineer Tony was very informative and helpful. He did an excellent job explaining what was happening. Very happy with the company and have now agreed to carry on with the suggested work.

Amazing job had many people out for my blocked toilet Lucas did a great job 100% recommend

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Had a slow draining kitchen sink and Flo explained how they would go about finding and removing the problem and how the pricing worked. She made sure I had enough time to move things so that the team would have the access they needed. Lukasz arrived on time and we talked through the issue and he systematically checked and cleared all the pipes, explaining everything as he went, until he found and removed the problem. He also cleaned everything down before he left. I can highly recommend the team.

Excellent customer support and on time services. Highly qualified technicians and a modern approach to solving the problem. I've used their services in Dubai and never regret it.

Great, quick and professional service. Highly recommend.

I have just had a shocking experience with them. I had booked with them days before and they confirmed me with a time . How ever on the day where I messaged the owner to find out if they are coming, he denied confirming a time. I referred him to the chat which he had given me. Somehow the chat escalated and owner made it clear it was his business, cancelled the work and said they will not come . I was still in shock on processing how quickly this happens and how owner got angry and just cancelled the work which I had to postpones some works for them to come to prepare for my sons birthday Very unhappy, as an interior designer who does a lot of design cleaning for my client I would not recommend them. This job was for me and it was to prepare the house for a birthday and this experience totally ruined it .

Customer of Drainsurgeons for about six years during which time I have found the staff friendly and helpful. I have been struggling with Parkinsons Disease during that time and have been most impressed by the service provided - emptying a large cesspool.

Quick response time, dealt with the problem easily. Lukasz was really friendly and professional. Great customer service from Olly with turning it around for us quickly.

I would certainly recommend this company. We needed a septic tank emptying. They came very promptly and did the job efficiently and without fuss.

First class service. Monika was quick to respond our needs and the onsite service provided was second to none.

Would 100% recommend. After being messed about by another firm I came across Drain Surgeons on Monday evening, contacted them and got an emergency job booked in for draining of our septic tank. John arrived at 9am the following morning and promptly got on with the task at hand cleared the tank and unblocked a drain. We do usually use another company for our empties every 18 months - they were unavailable to help, they are a good firm too, but for the excellent communication, prompt arrival and how quickly the job was done I'll be using Drain Surgeons in the future for my empties of our tank. Thanks again.

Very impressed with the service from Drain Surgeons. Friendly and helpful staff. Carried out a tricky and unusual extraction with patience and humour

First class service/knowledge would recommend Drain Surgeons Ltd, in a heart beat.

Tried 2 other companies prior and can honestly say great family business. Call Operator was very knowledgeable and drain technician Victor very efficient. Highly recommend

After moving into a new home with multiple drainage issues and unbelievably poor responses from the developer, Dean of DSL and his excellent team responded quickly to our request for which they treated as an emergency. Their assistance using their state of the art equipment, within hours had all drains unblocked, cleaned and working all in order, making the new home livable and odor-free. Highly recommended especially with the ever growing housing developments in Dubai. Again, many thanks to Dean and his team.

Ringing around drain unblocking company’s in a panic after our garage flooded from a backed up drain, drain surgeons straight away said they could help. Monika made the process quick and easy, and victor turned up within 2 hours of calling. He was polite and friendly and happy to speak to me about the work he was doing. Price very reasonable aswell. If we ever are in a similar situation again this is the first company I will call.

The drain surgeon didn't do his job, unfortunately 😕

Top class service from Victor, would highly recommend. Victor came out on the early May bank holiday within 2 hours of my call to fix a blocked outside drain which was close to backing up into the house. Not only was he incredibly thorough (fixing the flow in all outdoor drains), but his cleanliness was immaculate, he was polite and respectful, and he even took the time to entertain my 3-year old by talking him through his work and letting him look down the manholes (my boy was so impressed, he has been pretending to fix blocked pipes in our house ever since!)

Contacted to ask for a callout. Was told because I contacted last time and cancelled ‘within 30mins might I add as it was not our side of the blockage’ was told I would have to wait a week because of cancelling. straight attitude on the phone as soon as she said oh yes you called before. Then getting spoken over when trying to explain the reasoning. To then be told ‘she did not say I would have to wait because of cancelling she never said that. Have been removed from site emergency contact. Everyone has a bad day but don’t answer a call with attitude and not to expect it back.

Fabulous work by Victor! Highly recommended.

Great service by Dean and his team. We had an issue with drain smell. Him and his team moved their schedule around to accommodate us before the eid break. They did a thorough review of the issue and provided me with detailed understanding of where the underlying issues were while cleaning. Would really recommend these guys. Don’t waste your time with others. They might be on the pricier side but it’s always better to pay once and be done with it than doing it several times with others.

Excellent service from Drain Surgeons. Our appointment was very quick and easy to arrange. The lady I spoke with in the office listened to what our concern was with this particular drain and then arranged a suitable inspection appointment to suit us. She was also very helpful in ensuring we were getting the right service. We received updates letting us know where the engineer (Ryan) was in relation to arriving. Once onsite, Ryan listened to our concerns regarding the particular drain and then performed a detailed inspection showing the exact state of all the feeds into this particular drain as well as inspecting it through to the main sewer. He was very thorough and agreed what would be sensible to do to solve the problem and then ensured that we were happy with what he had done. As there was still time left, Ryan then checked all the other drains on our property just to be sure that there weren't any other problems or issues that might come up in the future. We are delighted with the service we received and I cannot rate Drain Surgeons, and particularly Ryan highly enough. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

We used drain surgeon in one of our rental in Reading. We received an invoice with a job description where time was entered for 1.5 hours. We were sent an invoice to pay for 2 hours. We contacted the tenant to confirm the timings and asked Drain Surgeon to provide evidence as this is a "fraud" when you are invoicing for the extra hour when you have not done the work. When we challenged Drain Surgeon and spoke with Helen Brock, she replied saying our claim as a "fraud" was a false statement. We told her we had CCTV footage confirming the engineers' in and out time. She remained dead silent and had no reply. Luckily we could see in the CCTV what was done and how long the engineer was there. The engineer should be sacked for raising incorrect invoices and overcharging the customer. This is fraud and it appears the company did nothing for this kind of behaviour. Is this the practice of your company? This is not acceptable. All landlords should be aware of these practices. We will not be using Drain Surgeon anymore and don't recommend it.

Ok these people are brilliant. Was a bit taken aback at the upfront fee but it’s callout PLUS first hour combined which makes it reasonable. Victor was excellent - fixed blocked drain very fast and stayed to do a further inspection to see what future remedial action could be taken - as I’d paid for the time already. Definitely recommend

I highly recommend Drain Surgeons. From the initial call the service was exceptional and Lukasz came really quickly. He was so friendly, thorough and sorted the issue really quickly. He was so professional despite fairly grim job to resolve. Many thanks

Many thanks to Drain Surgeons for promptly clearing my sewer drain which was rising into my back garden. And many thanks to Jodi for going the extra mile and coming out so late at 7:30pm. It was a tough job but Jodi kept at it and eventually it cleared. I'm so grateful for the service provided.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Called the office to explain the issue, they were super friendly and helpful and advised someone would be out in a few hours. Victor arrived within 2 hours and quickly identified the issue. He was very professional and extremely respectful of our property. He kept me informed and talked me through the issue, including showing me everything on the cameras. He was vey clean and tidy and made sure I was completely happy before he left. Excellent service from everyone I dealt with at Drain Surgeons but particularly Victor. Great company, great service, highly recommend! .

Great company from start to finish. From the first phone call, to the job on site they were so professional. Had a small cesspit that needed to be cleared and I was really worried as we live on a farm. There was no need too, super professional and manoeuvred themselves round the farm like a pro. Even the farmer was impressed he didn't have to tow him out and it takes a lot to impress him.

Very much recommend this company (Ryan & Victor). Firstly in July 2023 Ryan came out as an emergency as our drains were blocked and toilet filling up. We had a young baby and didn’t want to be ripped off but their pricing seemed very reasonable. The company were prompt and helpful and Ryan worked fast to unblock our outside drains and clearly identified the problem. Then in February 2024 my mother had a blocked outside drainage identified on a survey and we suggested she used Drain Surgeons - Victor worked quickly to unblock and fix it. We would use this company again if need be!

Outstanding service. Very thorough and friendly. Job done quick and efficiently. Thanks to the office staff and Ryan working on-site!!

You think when you buy a new house that the drains should be clear? Well that's not the case in Dubai. I'm very happy that I took the advice of a friend of mine to call up Dean and book an appointment to come check our drains. Extremely educational by sharing knowledge about the system we have and impartial in advising of the correct course of action to be taken regardless of money. Really friendly and professional and I would recommend to anyone who has any issues with their drains to spend their money here! An absolute must!!!

Highly recommend Drain Surgeons, they did a fantastic job re-lining our cracked clay pipe using blue light technology. They were polite, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and the staff in the office always helpful and quick to get back to you. We had 3 or 4 quotes to do this job and Drain Surgeons were the best for price and skill and offered blue light technology which no other company quoted us for. They saved us having to dig down and replace a pipe. Thank you, could'nt recommend enough!

The team came less than 2 hours after I called, where polite, professional - I am glad I called them. I am not sure it is possible to find anyone better than Drain Surgeons!

This is such a lovely company to deal with from start to finish. Everyone is happy, listens to you and genuinely wants to help. Well done for just being good eggs!

Victor who attended our property was excellent. Went about our problem analytically and even opened up nearby Thames Water drain to check where blockage was. Nice attitude that every problem has a solution.

first class service . would 100% recomend

Very thorough and friendly. Job done quick and efficiently. Thankyou office staff for quick response and understanding.

My name is mimi and I had jodi come in to do my drains and I must say he was an absolute delight to have . Talked me through everything and was a pleasure to have him to do the work so proactive and so intelligent I am super pleased with the work he's done . Bravo my dear

Victor did a terrific job with our blocked downpipe which was a lot less straight-forward than it appeared. He identified the problem immediately, explained how he would resolve it & did so with great professionalism. Cleaned everything up afterwards. Would recommend Drain Surgeons. Very impressed.

My knowledge of septjc tanks was minimal. Lots of information given, and a first rate job done.

We had a issue with an old drainage system from the moment we moved in and Oliver has been extremely helpful in resolving the problem for us. Drain Surgeons have put in a new treatment plant and soak away. Justin, who lead the team onsite, was very helpful and ensured the work ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and we will only be using Drain Surgeons for all future work.

After locating a blocked drainage system at the retirement development I manage, Drain Surgeons where contacted, attended within an hour, and within 2 hours, job done. Ryan was fantastic, talking me through every step. He took every care not to leave uncovered drains unattended, was polite and courteous with my residents, even offering to carry one residents bags for her. Top job! Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

For the 2nd year running, Drain Surgeons have been fantastic in responding to full sess pit at a holiday home on the Thames. Called Sunday evening and by 9am Monday Dave Hartley the engineer arrived and saved our holiday! Cannot recommend enough, thanks to the Team at Drain Surgeons.

Not that impressed with Drain Surgeons,, Cost me £180 and still got blocked drain!

Ryan did a great job at unblocking our drain. He was polite and professional and talked me through everything. Very impressed with the service we received

Very impressed with the work of the Drain Surgeon engineer. He managed to locate two covers which were hidden beneath dense vegetation. All done with good humour and considerable expertise. Will certainly use them again.

Had a major issue with our cesspit, Dean was extremely helpful. He and the boys were knowledgeable and offered differing solutions to obtaining parts to help keep cost down. They were quick to attend and responded quickly to any queries. The whole group are top lads and will get your issue resolved. Really pleased we used them. Thanks again 👍👍👍👍 Edit: 2023 - Once again Dean and the boys came up trumps. Top lads and always willing to go the extra mile.

I called and asked if they can fix my saniflow toilet as they claim they can unblock any drain. thy said they may not be able to help. When I asked if they unblocked any drain as they said. Drain surgeon went to to say they can send an engineer out but have to charge call out fee. We as customers knew nothing about drain and how to fix, so we were hopeful when they sent an engineer. Engineer came and immediately said they can't help. While the company knew at the very beginning that they couldn't help but still took customer's money. This is DISHONEST and UNETHICAL as they didn't give us any advice to turn elsewhere yet still send an engineer out. I know that things get difficult these days, but this is not how you took money from other people's pocket.

Called this morning for an emergency septic tank draining. Dave the engineer was very friendly and went above and beyond to serve us fast, as we are relocating tomorrow. From the office to the engineers, Drain Surgeons are overall fantastic.

Lee is very effective and friendly

Have used DS for several years. Very satisfied with the professional and quality of service they provide. This year my tank was emptied in my absence and there was no evidence they had been. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A big Thank you to Victor Edwards from Drain Surgeons and Thames Water for the amazing Job done in Knaphill, Woking on the 15/02/2022 ; making our area a better place to live.

Viktor was polite and efficient. Good job, thank you.

Great service, never thought they could sort it having tried myself. All done and dusted within the hour.

Excellent service, the engineer how attended the property was very polite, he new his job well and left no mess after emptying my cesspit. I will definitely be using them again. :)

Excellent service, very friendly staff and engineers - would certainly recommend

Always very reliable - a great service all round!

Exceptional service ! Can’t recommend them more highly . These guys are amazing . I had a broken down biodigester about to overflow , the lady I called was super , and instantly sent a lorry to rescue a potentially horrible situation . Superb service and very competitive price

Seb and Flo were very professional and helpful. Seb went beyond the call of duty to delver the highest standards. Will use drainsurgeons again and request their smallest tanker for our particular needs.

Installing a new sewage treatment tank to replace existing non-compliant septic tank - Justin and Aaron, have done a fantastic job. I cannot praise them enough, and your backup team as well, the electricians and the tanker driver etc. Professional: Everything done correctly, documented daily, made safe continuously. Careful: This was tricky access, but the guys were so careful to avoid damage and keep things clean. Personable: Such nice guys, a pleasure to chat with them and understand what they were doing. Job well done: It works fine, and by the time they have finished they will have repaired the lawn, brought in new topsoil and grass seed, all of which are beyond my expectations. Value for money: I got 5 quotations and you were the lowest by far. But the standard of work is impeccable.

I called Drain Surgeons Ltd at 9.30am Monday because my loos weren’t flushing and sinks not draining. I thought my sewage tank needed emptying. Seb turned up in his tanker before 11.30, saw the tank was far from full, and the treatment system and pump were working well. So he set about looking for a blockage, which he found and then dealt with very quickly. He was brilliant - really helpful, explained everything well and was clearly determined to sort out any problems before he left. The office staff were all very good too. Whole service quite exceptional.

Delighted with the helpful courteous way your engineer unblocked the drain for me. He even talked with Thames Water on my behalf explaining the problem. I will definitely recommend your company to all my friends and family.

Drain Surgeons came out this morning to unblock a drain. Victor was quick, efficient and had the job done in no time at all. It's the second time that I've used Drain Surgeons and they've been very good on both occasions.

Brilliant job! My drain had blocked (of course) at a weekend. Exceptionally friendly service from the person who answered the phone. The lovely man who did the drain was quick, helpful and equally friendly. I will definitely have Drain Surgeons as my 'go to' for any future drain work. Expensive but if this is the quality of service Drain Surgeons usually give then they are well worth the money.

Oliver,Gary & Dil did a fantastic job on our new drainage field.Great service, attention to detail.Highly recommend Adrian Surgeons. Mark & Julia Williams, Russells Water, Henley on Thames.

Brilliant ! Victor turned up within the hour he was so polite, friendly and helpful. Being a lady (that doesn't understand drainage) he explained everything very clearly and go the job done within no time. I would highly recommend this company -

Great service, highly efficient, prompt and very effective for my septic tank. I will be using drain surgeons again.

Not cheap, but Victor came within 2 hours, did a thoroughly professional job clearing our surface water drain and wrote a helpful, detailed report.

Great Service! We needed a cctv survey of the drains on a property we are purchasing. They have made the whole process so easy and simple, from the ease of booking to the, amazing service given at the survey. Victor was such a friendly and helpful guy and did an amazing job. We got the report back that same morning. Would highly recommended.

First class service and job well done. Cut out ingress of roots & Reline 30 metres of 6 inch pipe across a field in long grass all in the same day

Prompt and professional service. Special thanks to Victor for his timely, friendly and amazing response.

Highest Recommendation of Victor, from Drain Surgeons. Speedy response coupled with expert attention to detail. He delivers a high level of service from start to finish - leaving the areas of work immaculate. Linda in Esher, Surrey

Great service. Did came out on Sunday and done a good job.

Drain Surgeons responded to an emergency on a Saturday afternoon to the great relief of my elderly parents. Despite being out of geographic range they offered assistance and were extremely professional with their contact and kept us completely informed, and clear about the pricing and timings. The driver Pete, arrived from over 50 miles away with a few hours of our request for help, resolved the problem and left my parents and I very impressed and grateful. It is not possible to do better than this.

Oliver's help at resolving a difficult situation for us was first class. Went the extra mile

Replaced our old septic tank with a water treatment plant. Really pleased with the result. They were professional and kept everything clean and tidy while they did the work.

Quick responce, on site within 2 hours sorted problems out on commercial property very professional. ACD Maintenance Steve Lane

Excellent service and very efficient. All communications with both the office and Dave, who cleaned out the tank, were really polite and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

Great experience with the Drain Surgeons Crew - very efficient office team - Flo & Monika - lads on 'the tools' are very helpful and informative - Dave, Dave & Victor - good standard of equipment - they simply get the job done!

We had a complicated job site which required, multiple tankers on site during night works. We have worked with Drain Surgeons before and contacted them regarding these works. They arrived on site early and went straight to work as soon as the traffic management was in place. They worked tirelessly throughout the night to complete the works without issue. We would highly recommend Drain Surgeons and will be using them again.

Excellent service - fast and efficient and came out within a couple of hours of phoning. Carlo was a lovely chap who was polite, tidy and informative. Ladies on the phone great too. Really excellent service - thanks

Did a quick, no nonsense job on a blocked drain. Arrived on the same day as booked. Recommended! Also used again and while they were not able to fix the problem, they very clearly explained the challenges and did everything that they could to try to resolve.

Drain Surgeons have helped me twice now as well as some planned work. I have been very pleased with their manner and work ethic as well as trying everything they can to sort out the problems - Lukacs and Victor have been very helpful and diligent - thoroughly recommend them and DS, thank you

Extremely efficient and friendly service and at a very reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending Drain Surgeons to family and friends.

Excellent and knowledgeable service. I was given useful advice over the phone which was followed up with efficient work at my home. Will most definitely be using them again.

Very good - arrive on time, communication excellent, professionally turned out team and all very polite and helpful, work done quickly and efficiently and site left in good condition.

We had fantastic service from Drain Surgeons- from ringing at lunchtime to having our downpipe cleared by teatime- everyone we spoke to or met was so friendly and helpful- would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Very quick and efficient. Most definitely will use again!

Nasty smell in our kitchen which turned out to be a collapsed sewer after recent building works. Drain Surgeons came out same-day, versus the weeks waits I'd had quoted elsewhere, found the problem and were able to get out and fix it all the next day. Friendly staff, efficient and effective. Would definitely recommend!

Very good service, friendly, quick, very professional.

Had new septic tank installed. The work was excellent, minimum damage to garden. Grass was reseeded when left and everything left in a good state. The work was completed on time, allowance made for storm that came through during the work. Was given regular updates on progress and when operatives would be on site.

Very professional and efficient, it was a routine septic tank empty. Good coms to advise of arrival time, driver very courteous, tidy and took pictures for reference in future visits. Would use again and would recommend

Excellent service beforehand. Regular text updates about arrival time. Very pleasant and efficient operative. Thank you.

Always very impressed with Drain Surgeons professional , and always cheery Our usual guy is Dave who is exceptional yesterday we had a specialist team with Lukasz also great

These guys know what they are doing. Friendly polite happy to give advice and suggestions. Exactly what you want from professionals. They did a first rate job would use again and recommend 100%

DO NOT USE - Terrible Service. Have a drainage issue with my septic tank. Have charged me 3 times and not helped with fixing the issue. Call handler is patronising. Despite being told the manager was not available, he miraculously came on the call and said he had heard the whole conversation?! His reponse was for me to find someone else. Having 4 young children in a house with drainage issues is clearly not a matter of priority when their own team didn't book my appointment in as promised. Customer is not right in this establishment. I was made to feel as though they were doing me a favour when in reality I am paying and asking for an issue to be fixed.

Excellent service from Sam at Drain Surgeons today. Really considerate of the fact that there were people and horses about and managed to get a manhole cover open that we haven't managed to do in 8 years! Recommend.

Very attentive staff. From the call to the execution of the job always professional and friendly. Job always completed to satisfaction. Will always recommend.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a major blockage in the drains within our building and Drain Surgeons were the only company who could deal with it. They came out on time on both visits and completed the works efficiently. Their customer service and workmanship is the best we have experienced with any trade. Dean and Dave were both brilliant and helpful providing updates and solutions.

Fantastic service, quick to come , hardworking made sure job had been completed, friendly on approach recommend again for sure 👌👍

Our company has been using Drain Surgeons for some time now. Not only are their drivers helpful and efficient, but the office team are also courteous, friendly and well organised and keep me well informed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Drain Surgeons.

These guys are fab, they put in two septic tanks and drainage on to our properties and we couldn't be happier (never thought I'd say that about septic tanks). Oliver and his team did a great job and I would highly recommend them all

Very prompt and efficient service. Would recommend and use again.

I have been using Drain Surgeons for many years as we have a septic tank. They have always been 100% reliable and friendly to deal with.

We moved to a new house with a sceptic tank a few months ago and twice have used drain surgeons. We knew nothing about the emptying of sceptic tanks or how they work but drain surgeons talked us through every step. Everyone at the company is both knowledgable and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending them Graeme

Great service, turned up bang on time, sorted the problem quickly and the price was reasonable. Thank you will use again

I was very pleased with the work they carried out installing a soakaway they were prompt and tidy and left the site clean plus the crew great and friendly.

Very efficient courteous and helpful. No issues recommending at all

Fast, cheap & efficient. Very pleased with the service

This is the second time I have used Drain Surgeons and both times they have been excellent in response time and ability to resolve the problem. Victor was very professional and courteous. Can`t recommend them enough!

Technician Arrived when scheduled, and was knowledgeable and friendly. Job was a bit tricky as was 80m from the road and about a 15m height from road to the tank. Emptied and cleaned and report on health of system sent. Very professional , and will use again

Absolutely first class. Oli and his team had a can do attitude to solving and overcoming a challenging mains sewer connection for me. Will be recommending to one and all and would not hesitate to use them again Keep up the good work!

Had a blocked drain for 3 weeks had two diffrent drain compiens but they came and fixed it in 10-15 minutes very friendly and custumer foucsed

Worth every penny! not only did they unblock a drain but the camera revealed another problem and their advice came freely. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly.

Excellent service see you again for next years emptying🤓

Drain surgeons have always been customer focused and go out of their way to assist their customers. All the team from the admin staff to the tank drivers are all fantastic and so helpful.

This guys are great ! Efficient and reliable. They have also embraced mobile technology so they also communicate about their logistics /time of arrival etc.. ./ and even offer photo evidence of their work if you want this ! Good people. Good value too. .

Wonderfully quick response, very polite and knowledgeable engineer who did a clean, quick and all together a great job

Good and efficient service. Verypleasant driver.

I was quoted £155 to empty a septic tank with payment in advance. I made a booking and received an invoice for £185! so I made a booking with another Co.for 3 days later. When I queried the invoice it was corrected and I did finally go with DS and cancelled my 2nd choice. Their on site service was fine.

Good, quick and friendy service from Drain Surgeons. Arrived promptly, very courteous and professional. Would recommend.

Competitively priced, excellent service and all worked well!

they are really reliable and efficient, I can’t fault them.

Brilliant service. On time with great communication!

Excellent service.

Brilliant - fast, clean, friendly and professional - will definitely use them again 👍

Very reliable and helpful company-especially in "emergency," which does happen sometimes!

Good service, came quickly and no fuss or mess.

great service Ian who came was very professional and helpful would recommend them .also kept me up-to-date with txt messages with a arrival time

Great service, always. Responsive, efficient, polite. My go to company now after ten years of shopping around!

Good customer service and although they couldn’t attend on the appointed day, they sent a tank the following day being a Saturday. The chap was professional and explained how the septic tank worked. If it hadn’t been for the missed appointment they would have scored 5stars.

Quick and courteous, very reliable 👍

Very responsive and excellent service including a second call out as the blockage was too far away for the regular truck to reach first time. Would highly recommend

Great job by the driver getting down a difficult access drive with the 7.5 tonne vehicle. Friendly/helpful customer service staff.

Quick response to an emergency empty of septic tank. Operative's work was efficient and clean. Also checked drains leading to tank and cleared one blockage. Highly recommend.

Great service, on time, quick and clean

Be warned that as soon as you book a visit, they will pepper you with demands for payment, irrespective of when the appointment is due. After the visit they will inundate you with demands for payment, irrespective of whether you have paid or not because it's easier for them to send you an automated email than it is to actually check to see if your payment has been received or not. Avoid like the plague.

Very efficient service provided by a lovely team.... will use on a regular basis to keep my septic tanks in tip top condition.

Very efficient service.

as good as always - we will always use them

Alway prompt, good service with a smile

Always very happy with the service provided

First class service with the office and with the cess pit emptying. Efficient and friendly.

These guys are brilliant. They always go the extra mile and I just know they will be there when they say and do a good job. Thank you.

At short notice Drain Surgeons responded to request to within 3 days. Their service was very informative and the communication was very good on the day with tracking up to and post the service.

Drain Surgeons were so friendly and helpful when I needed a bank holiday septic tank clearing. Highly recommend, efficient and reasonable price.

Excellent. Arrived exactly on time. Took great care with CCTV survey of all the Churches drains (approx 130m). Report summary and photos arrived within 1 hour!

We have used this service annually for many years and always find them knowledgeable, on time and efficient. They understand the challenge of bringing their vehicle into a domestic space and offer good advice when needed

I called drain surgeons because I had a blocked toilet, I was so pleased with the service. my toilet was back working within the hour of my call to them! Highly recommended this company and the staff are very friendly too! Well done

Absolutely exceptional service. Drain Surgeons were very attentive and kept well informed as to the status of my service. I really wasn't expecting them to be so prompt and courteous. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the price..... more than reasonable for the professional service that was delivered. I would definitely recommend the Drain Surgeons.

Very good service from nice people - and that’s what counts.

Easy to order and pay by phone, excellent service and fair price!

Use Drain Surgeons for my yearly septic tank empty. Great service as usual.

Horrific experience. Charged double the amount the tank holds. Gratuitous payment chasing and harassment days before payment was due. High prices. Will not use again. Customer since 2018.

Blocked toilet caused by roots in the drain. Promptly fixed by Stuart T., Dave C, and Paul H. Extremely professional, highly recommended.

Fantastic Job professional quick and cleaned up the area after ! always top notch service

Excellent service, never had a problem getting work scheduled at short notice and completed.

Absolutely top notch👍 - from initial phone call to remedy of situation that another company ( Lanes Drains) failed to be able to resolve . The after service too was exemplary!👏

Prompt service at better rates than others, quick and efficient septic tank clearance, will definitely use again. Reading/ Henley area.

Drain Surgeons have delivered us fantastic service for emptying our sceptic tank and also establish the assessment and status of our established system. Big shout out to Stewert, Luke and Helen. A great quality team at a great price. Thank You Phil and Sue

B and Stuart 👍🏼

Good job thanks

Very prompt and thorough service. Informed me within minutes of arrival to empty my septic tank. Took images to confirm the before and after. The operative was a very kind guy who didn't mind me watching. First time user and will definitely use next year.

I have uses Drain Surgeons for a septic tank survey/inspection and regularly for tank emptying. Always responsive; quick to attend the house and super-efficient and friendly on site. Prices seem fair enough so no complaints and would thoroughly recommend.

Fast and efficient as always. Great job.

I can't recommend Drain Surgeons highly enough. Stuart and Bee were brilliant! We moved house 2 weeks ago and had already had 2 other drain companies and 3 visits to try and sort out a blockage with no Luck. Stuart and Bee took the time to explain what they would do and answered all our questions. They removed the blockage completely and identified an issue in the pipe that we were able to see by camera They were very Knowledgeable, professional, neat and tidy, but above all they sorted out the blockage and then made sure we were absolutely happy before they left. The will also be coming back to sort out the problem causing the blockage.....!

Jack and Bee came late to near Newbury on a dark, rainy Saturday night no more than an hour after we called. They were very professional, extremely courteous and couldn't have been more helpful. They sorted out the problem quickly and then spent extra time to look at what had caused the problem and how to stop it happening again. would recommend with no hesitation. Thanks guys!

I've just had our three septic tanks pumped out by your driver Lee and would like to say how very pleased I am with your service. You let me know what time he was coming and he turned up pretty much on the dot, his work was very clean, tidy and professional ! Will definitely be using you again.

The only cess ppit operator with a small lorry designed for narrow lanes. The driver was excellent and squeezed through the tiniest of gaps. Very friendly and efficient. Well done

A first class service!! A true example of how work like this should be done. From the project manager Stuart to the engineers, Dave and Ollie nothing was to much to ensure customer satisfaction. All of them know what they are doing and they are an extremely friendly and good humoured bunch. We would definitely recommend them and the Drain Surgeons team in the future.

Great service.Lee,the operative was very friendly and helpful, and did a great job.(Not least of which was backing the big tanker up a narrow cul-de-sac!) Highly recommended.

My tenant uses Drain Surgeons for regular emptying of the septic tank, on the last visit they reported that the two manhole covers were damaged / missing and didn’t have proper frames installed. As an overseas landlord it was extremely helpful to be provided with a written report containing clearly labeled photographs of the areas of concern and a fixed price which seemed very reasonable. I authorized the work and asked for the earliest opening in the schedule, when i followed up a couple of days later I was informed the work had already been carried out and was emailed a report of the repairs again with detailed photographs and no changes to the fixed price. I am extremely happy with the service, the quality of workmanship, the no hassle way Drain Surgeons coordinated with my tenant, and the interaction with the head office manager Luke, who dealt with everything, and once complete, provided various options for payment, which again was much appreciated being an overseas client. I will definitely use Drain Surgeons again if the need arises and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for their services. Phil Kirby

Excellent Customer service, did have few problems engineer Tom was a bit inexperienced but Paul come to the rescue and saved the day, excellent job. Office staff very friendly. Would use again.

We were lucky enough to have George attend to replace a manhole cover for us. He did a really great job and was so patient with my son who (from a safe distance) talked at him non-stop while he was completing the work! After George left, our son, said it was really nice to talk to someone new. He's been craving interaction since lockdown started and George was so good listening and chatting with him. He's a credit to a an extremely helpful, efficient company. An absolute gent!

Thank you very much Drain Surgeons. After some initial confusion as to the reason I called you, you came up trumps and provided me with a good technical survey and a thorough understanding of the nature of my problem with underground water and, most important, a solution

Arrived on exact time quoted. Steve , the operator was extremely friendly and informative . He guided me through all procedure, explaining every detail. Worked in a very methodical / clean manner . I will definitely use this Company in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Reported my blocked drain at about 2am and by 7:30am had an email offering help to come on the same day! Fixed pricing mentioned up front for specific services. Great service from their friendly engineer Paul. Got the issue sorted very quickly... Which turned out to all be caused by a toothbrush (not one of ours) Highly recommended for drain/waste pipe unblockage. Thanks! -Jed

Great service, never fails.

Fabulous speedy professional service happy to have such a team to call on

I used Drain Surgeons for the first time this year in February to empty my tank, Customer service on the phone was perfect, the website is comprehensive, detailed and very lrofessional, i really liked the text message that was sent to me about an hour before the engineer arrived, Stuart Taylor did the job- fantastic young man, polite , engaging, clean and very thorough with the tank, this is my favourite company by far and perfectly reasonable fees for the job they have to do, it’s thumbs up from me, a big thank you to an honest and reputable company. I Jolly.

Outstanding service from the first call to book the job with Roxy to a heads up call from Steve the driver to say when he would arrive and confirm directions. Came when they said they would; did the job; quick, tidy and efficient. There is another company much closer to us (between Rowstock and Wantage) but for speed, service, reliability and efficiency I would recommend Drain Surgeons every time.

Called about a block drain at my home on a Saturday morning they arrived that afternoon. Kept to the quoted price and Nick did a great job, very professional, and left everything clean and tidy. He explained what he had done and gave good advice on what to do in future. Would highly recommend this company.

Our initial experience was not the best but within hours of explaining our concerns the team was back on site to rectify all the issues and did a professional job. We are very pleased with the end result. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive.

7am Sunday morning, drains blocked! Only Drain Surgeons were prepared to respond and the job was completed by midday. Prompt and efficient service, good price. Will definitely be first call for any drain issues in future.

This company took over from another company I have used for a number of years. The prices for emptying the septic tank had gone up from last year (the old supplier) from £120 to £145. Quite an increase from October 2019! The operator was very pleasant and the job was done well and in a timely manner. There was a slight problem with the bill which they claimed was sent through but I had not received anything within a week and when I received the first chasing telephone call, I provided an email address and the bill was paid in full within 2 hours of receipt of this bill.

They did a good job and were helpful on the phone. Driver was a nice bloke too.

Wonderful service, quick, easy, value for money, will definitely use again and again for our regular cesspit empty

Drain Surgeons came within 2 days of my call. They are very efficient and courteous too.

Friendly, helpful staff and the job was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend.

From the registration plates on the vehicles to the attitude of the operatives Drain Surgeons are 100% focused on delivering (or should that be removing) what the customer needs. Informative, professional, tidy, and making sure that the job gets done. Our tanks had not been emptied for at least 35 years, but probably not for 60+, and were jammed full. The 1st tanker was one of the smaller vehicles, but enough was eventually sucked away for the drains to no longer back up. The second vehicle was bigger, and we spent some time just trying to get up close to the building, even before work began. The guys spent as much time as was needed to get the job done, with no time watching, and persevered when things looked difficult. They gave good advise, and will be on our regular call back list for sure. Well done and thanks. D and K

Very impressed with the speed, effectiveness and price of this company, thoroughly recommended. Adrian and Stuart did a splendid job in nasty conditions. Will go straight to them again if the need arises.

First time we have used them, fast service, efficient, professional helpful and knowledgeable, will definitely use again.

Highly recommended. The driver arrived on site promptly, and was very efficient and helpful. The service was good value for money. Will definitely use again

Called out during the xmas break, cost a little more but that was to be expected. Turned up as promised and completed the job as requested, fully satisfied with work, would recommend.

Great service, driver was courteous and efficient.

On time, friendly, efficient service and completed at the agreed price.

Great service, very prompt and wonderful followup reminder service so I don't have to keep chasing this task.

Rand the company at 11am, they had an engineer out to me by 4pm. It was a nasty blockage but quickly identified using their fancy camera equipment, and quickly unblocked. Very good service, highly satisfied.

Excellent service, quick to respond and attend, professional staff, problem solved immediately, EFFICIENT, value for money!

Fantastic quick service

Fantastic service, would definitely use them again if we had another emergency. Got to us quickly and left us running free and clear in less than an hour. Many thanks.

I've used them for several years now for clearing drains and our biotank and I can unequivocally recommend them - good service, nice guys, and competitive pricing too.

Great service, very responsive, friendly team, problem sorted quickly. Would happily use again if ever needed.

Very professional and quick. Knowledgeable about the system we have installed and suggested a fix beyond what he was capable of doing. Will definitely use this service again.

Nice quick efficient service as always, had an overflowing sewage, drain surgeons came out to empty in very short period of time, thank you

Living on a pedestrian only island in the river Thames it can be hard to get services such as septic tanks emptied. Luckily as a community we were able to hire Drain Surgeons who were able to run very long pipes over the bridge and to empty our tanks. Pipes would easily have had to be 500 meters in length so not an easy job. Very happy with the service. Thanks!

We have used Drain Surgeons twice in our business and each time the service was excellent, they were there when they said they would be, they explained what they would do and made sure we were happy with the level of work that was carried out, only charging for work that needed to be done with total communication from the beginning to the end, very professional and friendly staff always very happy to answer questions, would highly recommend, excellent service.

Quick and prompt service, thank you!

Had the drain surgeons team out to help with a septic tank failure the team is second to none very helpful professional good clean equipment a very pleasant company and team to deal with thank you all at drain surgeons

DO NOT RECOMMEND - awful work standard and poor value for money. Lazy and produced sub-standard work. Eventually had to pay 3rd party to do the work properly

Great service, would definitely recommend

Their engineer turned up on time. Was polite and professional and did a great job. We were very pleased with the work and would recommend to others. Efficient scheduling and invoicing and kept to estimate.

I have used them 2 times so far and I am very happy with the service. They have been very reliable and good priced.

Came out really quickly on a Saturday. Difficult job but cleared the blockage. Friendly and helpful

Excellent service can’t recommend highly enough

I have always found Drain Surgeons to be very professional , ultra helpful & brilliant at problem solving solutions . A really nice Company to deal with.

Quick turn around, thorough professional service and all for a good price.

Excellent service - friendly and very professional staff who provided good advice and a fast response. Will definitely use again.

Friendly and efficient service.

Very efficient and professional . Also sent photos before and after the job. Very helpful. Tracey Michaels

Delighted with Drain Surgeons, as they were very professional and reliable. Came when they said they would, works carried professionally and charged exactly what I was quoted. Also to add, there was superb communication throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

This is the first time we have used Drain Surgeons UK Ltd and found their service efficient and friendly.

Great service, fast response and friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Dean and his team responded really quickly and fixed the leaky mains pipe within the morning. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with

Brilliant company to deal with from the initial phone call to the drains all clear and running freely again. They arrived on time and were polite and professional and sorted the problem in no time. Even took the time to show me the problem found on their camera system. If we have any problems in the future I will definitely be giving them a call

Friendly, efficient and reliable service at a good price!

Drain Surgeons are efficient, friendly, reliable and I recommend their services. John has been the gentleman that has come to sort out our klargester since C&R services days and nothing is too much trouble for him. Prices are competitive too.

Good service nice helpful people

Dean was amazing as I was let down by another contractor. Sent somebody within an hour and done the job . I would highly recommend them , very professional as well . Thanks

I used C & R Services for years for the periodic emptying of our Septic Tank but discovered this time that it is under new ownership trading as Drain Surgeons UK Ltd. I must say that I was most impressed with the prompt and efficient service I received from the new firm. The office responds promptly and the driver of the vehicle was on time and was most courteous and helpful. Full marks all round.

We had previously used C & R Services for emptying our Septic Tank and the company is now under new management as Drain Surgeons UK Ltd. Their service was very friendly, helpful and flexible, particularly when I had to reschedule at the last minute due to an unexpected work commitment. The driver was very prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.

Prompt, courteous service. Competitive prices

No con at all, the drain was blocked and within 5 mins it was unblocked! Fully vouch for honesty, communication and speed.

Highly professional service from a very friendly team, from the moment you call to the completion of the job. Call with confidence.

Arrived on time as promised. Polite driver. Very efficient. Would recommend if asked.

Great Service
