Great Service. Although Graham did not carry out any work (blockage only needed slight nudge on inspection), the response and customer service were excellent throughout. I will be saving his number for any future work needed.

Had a blocked bath drain and Graham Bott from GSB Drainage came out quickly. Really friendly and professional, fixed the problem without any fuss. Great service, fast, and reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again if needed!

Very competent, very pleasant. Problem was a blocked rainwater soakaway. Graham found problem worse than expected - not just silt but tree roots in soakaway and feed to it. Worked hard to tackle and eventually clear. Customer kept informed of situation and options throughout. (His van an alladin's cave of tools and bits).

Graham was a great help with my drainage problem. Quick to arrange a visit. I was running late to get home and he waited around for me to get back. Very friendly and helpful guy with a lot of knowledge of his trade. Definitely will use him again and I would gladly recommend.

Great service from Graham.. was quick, polite, and had the drain unblocked within 15mins, checked his work with camera to ensure no further issues. Recommended.

Graham came out promptly, very quickly assessed the issue and was able to discover a manhole that had been covered up by the previous owner. He got the jetter and a camera down there and cleared the blockage. He also gave me advice on how to contact southern water to follow up the issue and was super friendly to myself and my neighbours whose drains he had to check. Also reasonably priced and would definitely use again

Great job for a very reasonable price. Will definitely call again!

Thank you so much GSB Drainage! I have an urgent issue regarding a blocked toilet. Graham turned up within the hour and sorted the problem quickly! Highly recommend.

Graham did a really good job on unblocking the external drains of my house. The cost was very reasonable (quite a bit cheaper than a quote from another firm). He used his camera to find the problems in the drains and therefore gave me free advice about the overall condition of the pipes and what potential problems may occur in the future (it's quite an old house). Very friendly, very prompt. Will recommend to friends.

Super easy to work with. Quick, efficient and knowledgable. Hired to unblock a toilet when moving home. Would highly recommend!

Honest and efficient. Very personable👌

Excellent service and professional. Fixed the problem in quick. Appreciated and highly recommended.

Wow, what an amazing service. Graham was brilliant. He was on time, friendly, very professional. He was also very patient and understanding with my parents who both have dementia. Graham attended my new build property as I was concerned about the draining (that they had inspected and said was fine) he used his his hi tech to inspect the draining system on my property and found the problem and even advised me on other issues that would cause backing up problems in the future, he cleaned the drains with a jetter! He was very efficient and came out very quickly! 5/5 service
