Drains Are Us Ltd

Couldn't have been any better. Came early, explained everything, cleared the blockage and reasonably priced. No extra charge, no nonsense, can't recommend Shaun highly enough!

Based in Kenilworth. Excellent service. Has all the kit: cameras, rods, pressure washers etc. Drain backing up. Found problem quickly and resolved. Recommended.

Shaun's exceptionally fast response to a blocked drain in the home of a new tiny baby and mum was brilliant...... I will always recommend him as he knows his stuff MANY thanks Shaun

Drains Are Us came out within less than 24 hours when we had a problem with several blocked drains. He quickly diagnosed thr problem and he could have charged us a lot of money but instead he gave us some excellent advice and a very reasonable call out charge. Would always use in the future, knowledgable and honest.

We had Shaun come out today, and what can I say- thanks so much. We previously had scam company drain division come out who charged us hundreds for not doing anything. Shaun came out in short notice and got the job done in an hour for an excellent price. Really wish I would have found him in the first place. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service - Shaun and team are really professional and friendly and found the source of the problem and resolved it quickly. Highly recommended.

Came out quickly as arranged and had the blockage sorted in no time. Advised on how to prevent similar future issues - root ingress. Would recommend.

Great service from Shaun, drain and downpipe cleared in no time for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

First rate friendly and efficient service. CCTV inspection showed we didn't have a problem so stopped me worrying.

We had a awful smell from the toilet and couldn't work out the issue, so called drains r us, who came out and put a camera down to see what was going on. We had a few issues that needed fixing. So we got it booked in and job was done. Very professional, arrived on time, completed the job. Would definitely recommend.

Quick and helpful response from Shaun, good quality and tidy job from the guys on the day.

I have used Drains Are Us in the past, so there was no question they were my first port of call for a blocked drain that I had. Their communication was quick and clear and they came out the next working day morning and it was all sorted very quickly. They were knowledgeable and professional and explained what had happened to block the drain and how to prevent it happening again. I would recommend them without hesitation

Excellent, friendly, thorough and professional service. Highly recommended.

Extensive investigations to work out the problem and gave good advice how to deal with issue. Hopefully Shaun can return soon to repair the drain.

Excellent job. Was quickly able to find blockage and sort it out. Also found a problem that may save us from a lot of headaches in the future. Recommended.

Fantastic services, fast, efficient and friendly, thank you so much no doubt we will use you again. highly recommend!

Really impressed with the professionalism and speed that this business came out to help. We were fearing the worse that it was a plumbing issue but they showed us that roots were growing in our man holes!!! show a camera of how the pipes are looking for so really happy. Thank you!

Brilliant service. I initially had a survey done by Drains Are Us which was very thorough, and have since had the drains unblocked/jet washed. A house survey suggested far more drastic action was needed, but Shaun assured me they just needed a good clean! Thoroughly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, Engineer Dave was Courteous, Professional and extremely EFFICIENT IN EVERY WAY, NO CALL OUT SERVICE , HONEST WITH WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE ( after experiencing AN UTTER RIP OFF BY PM247 plumbers who charged £144 THAT WAS PAID PRIOR TO ATTENDING & WAS MEANT TO ATTEMPT UNBLOCKING DRAINS…AND BEFORE ANY INVESTIGATION PRECEDED TO USE MY DRAIN PLUNGER TOOK A QUICK PHOTOGRAPH OF MY INSPECTION HOLE THEN WENT TO HIS VAN TO INVOICE ME ANOTHER £600 to proceed with ANY WORK….!! DAVE FROM DRAINS ARE US WAS OUTSTANDING AND PROCEEDED TO UNBLOCK DRAINS THAT TOOK HIM AN HOUR WITH HIS OWN TOOLS! For a total of £168 including coming out and completing job!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Shaun is super helpful and has sorted out our drainage issues (including our 5 year old wedging a flannel into the bath drainage pipe!) really quickly, coming along at short notice. Very cheerful too, which always helps :)

Available within 24 hours and fixed the issue very quickly and left no mess etc. Very happy.

Excellent service from start to finish. Really helpful and knowledgeable on all drainage aspects both commercial and domestic. I'll be using Drains 'R' Us to look after all of my hospitality sites going forward.

Exceptional, arrived before the expected time, efficiently undertook the blockage then advised me to contact him if any recurrence of the problem Well satisfied 😌

Excellent service, used this company before and they are very reasonably priced too, fast efficient clean work .

Shaun came round to look at our drain. It turns out we had a bigger, separate issue with our main water supply, but Shaun offered some practical advice and recommended other tradesman who could help and even offerd to give any further advice down the line of we needed any. Very impressed with his level of customer service and generalIgeneral helpfulness. I would highly recommend Drains Are Us Ltd.

Phoned about a blocked drain. Responded within an hour. Flat fee with no hidden extras. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Called them twice. No answer. Answerphone message said that they would call back within 30 minutes. 4 days later still no call. Very poor customer service.

Best in the industry, fast and friendly completed the job and trubbole shooting in seconds

Very prompt service and very polite. Sorted out our drains in no time at all. If required again we will be using this company.

Straightforward, honest and no gobbledegook with Shaun. Speedy and very thorough. What a joy when there so many rumours of rip off merchants in this trade to find one you can trust.

Great Service, quick answer to my call, good job done!

Great service from a very professional and prompt team. Would recommend 100%

Just had a visit from Dave at Drains Are Us to unblock my kitchen sink - very friendly and thorough service, took his time to make sure everything was done properly. 100% recommended.

Prompt and thorough service. Best drain company I have used. Friendly and competitively priced.

Prompt and efficient service. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent services and very competitive.

Very satisfied, polite & pleasant guy Came on time, didn't mess around (although the job wasn't straightforward), worked hard to successfully clear the drain and then cleaned up properly. Would highly recommend.

Would have given then no stars if I could. Called twice and recoded message promised to phone back in 30 minutes. They never did on either occasion! Don't waste your time.
