Great service. Alex is a friendly and knowledgeable guy; he managed to solve a desperate (visitors due) situation on a Sunday afternoon and cleared a blocked kitchen sink. Very quick & efficient, within 15 mins he was on his way and I was happily back to prepping supper. Would recommend.

I use better drains for a few jobs at McDonalds stores in Bournemouth and Poole. They went above and beyond to make sure there were no issues after all drains were blocked. Not only did they unblock the drains they made sure they were all clean and free from sewage. A camera was used to inspect showing evidence to the customer that the issue were gone. Alex is easy to talk to and we’ll solve mostly any drainage issues. What a fantastic company 10 out of 10 in my eyes will be using them for the future..

Alex came to my home Sunday morning after contacting him Saturday afternoon regarding blocked drain. All sorted and a great service.10/10

After going online to get a quote for my blocked drain, Alex from Better Draines called me straight away & when he came to unblock he was very helpful & friendly & he literally took him a few minutes to unblock my drains quickly. I definitely would highly recommend Better Drains & worth every penny.

Very quick, very professional 😊 thank you

Alex came to my home three days ago (early on a Sunday morning) believing he had a relatively simple blockage with which to deal. After trying really hard, Alex realized this was a very tricky one. He came back both yesterday morning and again today, with a plumber colleague, to resolve what has proven to be an extremely difficult and challenging situation. They have been outstanding in their diligence, commitment and determination to get the blockage removed and put in place measures to ensure that access, should it be necessary, to the waste pipes is less problematic in future. Apart from the fact that they are both extremely conscientious and dedicated, Alex and, his colleague from Build Right Construction, are courteous and sensitive to their customer’s needs. Alex is a true professional. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I wish him well as he builds Better Drains….

Amazing and efficient service. Main drain outside was fully blocked and now cleared. Friendly and polite service. Made sure everything was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend

Alex gave a really prompt reply to a query and was knowledgeable and reassuring throughout his visit. Clean with his work (offering shoe covers if he needed to enter house) and didn’t mind me being involved ( watching the drain survey on the screen)., Definitely my “go to “ with any drainage problems in the future

We are very happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend him.
