Kola Construction Ltd | Home Improvements

High-quality workmanship from a hardworking, professional company. Would highly recommend. A big thank you to the whole team at Kola Construction for the fantastic work they’ve done on our home. From start to finish, they were reliable, trustworthy, and incredibly hard working. The team were always professional, polite, friendly, and kept everything tidy throughout the process, which made a real difference day to day. We had our back garden patio replaced with resin, the side of the house redone, and a brand new driveway installed—and the transformation is amazing. Before this, we had old paving slabs that caused quite severe flooding, which was always a worry, especially with the heavy rain we seem to get more and more of. Since having the new resin surfaces laid, that concern has completely gone, and it’s given me and my family real peace of mind. The quality of the finish is outstanding, and you can tell the team take real pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard, and the end result has completely improved the overall kerb appeal of our home. This was money well spent and one of the best investments we’ve made in protecting our home, especially with the unreliable and unpredictable weather we get. Once the work was done a few hours later I got a phone call from Tony checking I was happy with everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Kola Construction to anyone looking for a professional and dependable company. Thanks again to the whole team—we’re absolutely delighted with the results.

I describe Kola Construction as efficient and very cooperative. The team was very timely, and the communication with the projecct Manager was superb, we knew what was going on and when. I would definitely recommend Kola Construction to my friends and family and i would definitely use Kola again without hesitation. thank you Kola.

Excellent Resin Driveway Installation – Highly Recommended! I recently had my driveway redone with a resin surface by Kola Construction in Poole (Ashley Road), and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding – the driveway looks sleek, smooth, and has completely transformed the exterior of my home. The attention to detail was evident, and they ensured everything was done to the highest standard. Communication throughout the project was excellent, with clear timelines and updates. The team was friendly, punctual, and left the site clean and tidy after completing the job. I would highly recommend Kola Construction to anyone considering a resin driveway or any construction work. A top-class service from a reliable company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had Kola to sort out our back garden. New resin patio, new lawn and create a raised flower bed. All completed in just over a day. Work is to a very high standard and they have enough people working on site. At the end of the Job all waste etc was taken away. A very fair price for the work resulting in a very satisfied customer. It appears the company is expanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any building/home improvement project.

We were very pleased with the outcome of our decking and the company was very professional.

We recently used the Kola team to complete a rear Garden upgrade, consisting of a Resin Bound pathway and Patio, ground levelling work and a newly laid lawn. Over the years we have used many contractors and are familiar with most projects and finishes, however had never used Resin Bound before. With this in mind I took some time to research various contractors and Resin specialists, before deciding on Kola - this based on other customers feedback and importantly, the clarity of bringing our vision to life during the estimate process. The quote we received was very competitive and the timescales pledged exactly where we would have hoped they could have been. The team who completed the project were exceptional, they are clearly happy in their work and demonstrate great pride in all they do and despite some shocking weather always managed to always leave the site clean and tidy. Their craftsmanship and work ethic are both outstanding, arriving exactly when they said they would, keeping us informed of each stage of the process and never leaving anything they had planned for the day, half finished. As for the project, we could not be more pleased, the end result far exceeds our expectations in every respect. Our Garden has been completely transformed and I have to say I am so pleased to have chosen the Resin finish and of course Kola, it really does look stunning. In summary, I would not hesitate in recommending Tony and his team. Within Kola there is clearly a deep rooted desire to deliver exceptional standards of workmanship and customer service in each project they complete, from start to finish and beyond. With sincere thanks

The team were very professional, punctual, and courteous. I discussed ideas with them whilst the project was in progress and felt informed throughout the project. Time fortunately was not an issue for me for the project, as poor weather caused some delays, but I was confident that it would be completed when weather allowed. The care taken during the installation of the block pavers was impressive. The team paid attention to every detail and the quality of work has left a positive impression on me. Thank you.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received. The attention to detail, prompt responses, and overall professionalism were truly commendable. It's not every day that one encounters such a high level of service, and I wanted to acknowledge and thank you for making my experience memorable. Keep up the excellent work!

Very happy with our beautiful new resin bond area stretching from the pavement to front door, down the side pathway and opening up to a ‘patio’ area in the back garden. Very personal service from Tony (Kola), Joseph and Monika. Prompt responses to any queries. Courteous and tidy work from the rest of the team.

We are sincerely grateful for the exceptional services provided by the Kola Construction team. They successfully repaired our old wooden fencing and revitalised our worn-out cement driveway. The overall outcome of both projects is simply astonishing - the level of precision, cleanliness, and installation expertise displayed is truly commendable. Our new block paving has transformed our driveway into a stunning feature, exuding beauty and elegance. Additionally, the modern touch brought by the composite fencing installation is absolutely incredible. We cannot overstate our appreciation for the hard work invested by the Kola Construction team in these two projects. We encountered some issues regarding the delivery of materials by suppliers as well as communication matters. However, we are pleased to share that we overcome these obstacles, resulting in an incredible results. Tony and the entire Kola Construction team have demonstrated their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. We extend our gratitude to Tony and the entire Kola Construction team for their outstanding work. We recommend their services to anyone seeking exceptional craftsmanship and a seamless construction experience. Warm regards, Mychelle & Paul

Fantastic job and lovely people. Such attention to detail, and included all the eccentric and tiny details I asked them to!

These builders worked on the house next door and made a real mess of our grass verge - all they left us was a churned up mud patch with no grass. Very unprofessional - have no respect for neighbour's property

The resin drive they laid for us looks really great. It has finished off the house beautifully and is much easier to keep clean than the tarmac we had before.
