PHC Property Services

Thanks to the team for a great job. Everything delivered on time and on budget. And exactly as promised or even better. The team took real pride in doing a very professional job and were straightforward and friendly to work with. The office garden looks great and I am very pleased I chose PHC.

Over the moon with my new out building created by PHC property services, I’m currently using as a salon. The craftsmanship and eye for detail is fantastic. Super professional and reliable. It’s created a much happier and easier work space for me, making life a lot easier to juggle work / life balance.

We had Paul from PHC Property Services over to advise us on a Summerhouse or She Shed, Paul gave us loads of options to go with and not once did we get pressured into having something we didn’t want. Would 100% recommend his service as we managed to get more then quoted from a garden centre. We now have a fully insulated summerhouse with full electrics, Wi-fi the works. Also Paul showed us a colour chart of the different colours of panels to have on the outside and different lighting options. When Paul come over to do the works we did change something and wasn’t a problem and was done, all works was completed earlier then said and where the summerhouse was built it was all clean and tidy, to me everything was done to a high standard. Since having the summerhouse built we have had Paul over for some electrical work again again all work was carried out to a high standard.

I would highly recommend PHC Property Services who created a fantastic fully insulated, fully plastered and wired Garden Room for us. Paul and his team were friendly, always turned up on time and excellent workmanship of a high quality. Paul was on-site the whole project unlike others who juggle lots of different jobs. His pricing is very competitive and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Paul is a friendly, reliable electrician. He responds promptly and is very flexible to our needs. I would highly recommend him.

As a cold caller Paul attended promptly stayed late and didn’t desert us when others may have done (right before Christmas), checked all was safe, then returned to provided excellent advice and a detailed quotation. The work was subsequently completed to the highest standard at a very competitive rate. Highly recommended- thanks Paul.

I booked Paul for some down lights to be installed into our new kitchen and some garden lights for night effect - Paul was refreshingly on time and did our quote the same day. Paul arrived on my home at the agreed time and the work was completed as expected - I’d highly recommend Paul for any electrical work and will certainly my use again

Paul installed some spotlights for us in our kitchen, all done within the time frame he told us. Reliable and polite, and I think good value for money. Would recommend

Paul of PHC carried out a full new wiring for our extension, a great job and would certainly recommend their services!

Paul recently carried out electrical work on our bathroom and also fitted an outside socket. He is very reliable, and professional and we are very satisfied with the work he has done and would highly recommend him.

PHC Property Services re-wired our three bed semi. Their pricing was very competitive, they were always at our house when they said he would be and everything was left neat and tidy when they left for the day. In addition, PHC managed to use the existing conduits in the wall removing the need for us to make good following the rewire and saving us £££! I would not hesitate to use PHC again and would recommend them to anyone!

Paul built some lovely cupboards round our house, third time we’ve used him & the service is always spot on tbh, always tidies up and the quality of his work is great.
