We needed to get a house inspected and the electrics checked over, we contacted 24-7 Electrical who came over as promised and gave us sound advice as to what was needed in the property. They came back and disconnected the electrics but installed a socket so that some power could be used. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting this out and got it all done as promised in no time at all. This is a very reliable and helpful Company and we recommend them to anyone that needs electrical advice / work. They have carried out jobs for us before and the guys have always been brilliant to deal with, always helpful and polite. We would tell anyone to give them a call, speak to Chris and he will sort you out.

Called regarding full house rewiring just messed me about but no work done dead company coid

I needed an EICR certificate for my house as just about to rent it out and didn’t know this was the law/regs now until agent said. I used Check-a-Trader and these got back to me promptly with a quote and dates/times available. I came and checked out their reviews and had others coming back to me but these were really competitive and reviews were great. I wasn’t disappointed. 3 engineers turned up on time and were all courteous, smart, took their shoes off! Plus they were professional and helped to repair a fault on a socket while testing the whole house wiring. Took them a good while and they were really thorough. I expected to receive an invoice way over the quote but within 2 days I had the comprehensive certificate and the invoice as quoted. Very impressed so don’t be wary, these guys stick to their promises and do a great job. I’ll only put up a review if really bad or exceptional. These were exceptional and so has their customer service in the office and response times. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

We used 24-7 Electrical for the installation of a wired smoke detection system. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. We had an initial consultation at our home to discuss the work, Chris was very knowledgable about what would be required, very thorough and very friendly. On the day of the work, everything was completed in a timely manner with minimum disruption and our home was left clean and tidy. The quality of work was of a very high standard and the technicians in our home were friendly and polite. We also found the cost very reasonable for our particular project and the work was done promptly to fit around our schedule. To summarise - highly recommended!

Conscience and apologetic if they have left any dust( my house is 80 years old with old plaster what do you expected!) just finished today! Wow! We were so impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism that Ben and his team put in for our rewire. We were so impressed with the work that was put in and how tidy the house was when we retuned. Ben always kept in touch with us to arrange times to come, let us know how they were getting on and if there was anything more they could do. 24-7 have just completed a full re-wire to my 3 bedroom house + garden. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone. The process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Ben visited twice before work began to consult with us, provided excellent advice, answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. Communication was consistently good with timely responses, a detailed, itemised quote and flexible appointments. The work was conducted professionally at all times with great care and respect to our property. On completion the property was cleaned and tidied beyond our expections. Ben came for a follow-up visit to do a couple of adjustments that we had identified after the quoted work had been completed at no extra cost. He explained the systems that had been installed so we now feel confident that the electrical system in our house is safe and fit for purpose and understand it's operation. Having sought multiple quotes and various advice before proceeding with such a big project we know that we made the best choice because 24-7 provided an exceptional standard of work at fantastic value. We will choose them for all future electrical work on our house and we highly recommend them.

Having used Ben and Chris before, when I recently had an eletrical problem I gave them a call and Ben arrived within half an hour to identify the problem, Chris then arrived at 8am the next morning as promised to fix it. Chris from 24-7 went and did some repairs to my mums property after a previous engineer from another company could not find the fault and made it worse.
