Adam came out at short notice to check a potential safety issue with our consumer unit - he was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Have now requested Adam to carry out some further non-urgent work.

Adam came to fix some on going issues I’d had in my home after moving in 12 months ago. He was professional and kept me fully informed of what repairs needed to be done and why. Billing and paying was a simple process and broke down everything that had been done and the cost involved. I will be using him again in the near future as I have some other electrical works I would like to be done in the home.

Adam's done loads for us. New circuits, consumer unit, lighting, sockets, inspections, wiring security cameras, smart home sensors and switches. He helped me safely test and configure some tricky smart switch relays before committing to work being done. Excellent communication, advice, standard of work and looking after your home. Highly recommended, wouldn't want to go to anyone else.

We hired Adam to connect a new garden building to mains electricity, via a cable run through the garden. Adam was very professional, his quotes were reasonable and accurate, and he was knowledgeable about what was required. Over a period of a few months, Adam turned up when he said he would, and did the job as he had promised. Communication was always timely and effective. Throughout, Adam insisted on doing things the right way (even when other professionals didn't!), which is exactly what you want from an electrician. We booked Adam to wire up a summerhouse. He did a great job. He did the job in stages so we could get the place insulated and lined and dig a trench, in between him fitting the wiring, installing the fittings and laying the cable from the house. He is a lovely chap and knows his stuff. He takes time to explain everything thoroughly and his communication was very good. When we had an issue a week later, he came back to investigate at the earliest opportunity despite it being over the festive period. It turned out to be an issue in the fuse board unconnected to his work, which he fixed for us at minimal cost.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I absolutely would. After being massively let down by 2 previous electricians we had been left in a mess with no working lights downstairs. Adam came and completely changed my view on electricians. He set out a clear plan with me and explained everything thoroughly and more importantly fixed what the previous ones had messed up. We couldn't recommend Adam more. We called him out because of a burning smell in our house - we suspected our bathroom fan was the issue. As it turned out, the smell was caused by a loose connection in our fuseboard which had started to burn through the plastic of our fuse box. Despite only being 4 days away from going away on holiday with a lot of jobs booked, Adam went out of his way to make our house safe, restore our power and reassure us. Firstly, each and every one of Adam’s 5-star reviews are well deserved! I initially contacted Adam via his business WhatsApp account, and within minutes he had replied offering me a slot the following morning! Unfortunately, I couldn’t accommodate that time and Adam made a point of fitting in around my schedule and visited later in the evening to assess what I wanted doing. A week later I was booked in! A few days prior to Adam arriving, I had a slight hitch as other work was going to be carried out on the same day that he was due to arrive. On bringing this to his attention he was more than accommodating and arranged to come much earlier in the day, to ensure that he had completed the electrics prior to my other work being carried out. I can’t thank him enough for this, as he made what could have been an awkward situation stress free. On the day, he arrived on the dot and set about changing two lights and fitting some double sockets. He just went about his work, and he’s a very lovely man to talk to and really puts you at ease. Adam is one of those rare tradespeople who actually fulfil the promises they make. He responded promptly to my telephone enquiry about sorting an electrical problem for me. We agreed a time for him to visit and he kept me infirmed (twice) about his eta. When he arrived he set to work immediately and talked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We sent Adam a enquiring WhatsApp message which was replied to pretty quickly. Adam was able to come the next day. He let us know his rates during the few WhatsApp messages we exchanged. He arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed what the problem was. Then we were informed the nature of the problem and Adam priced the job there and then, and again we were told how much the overall cost would be. It all sounded good and reasonable so he got the go ahead from us, and he was able to repair the fault there and then. Adam seems a friendly, professional, honest guy. He definitely didn’t prolong the job for financial gain, as some other tradesmen may do. I would fully trust him! His work was very neat & tidy and we were happy with it. I wouldn’t think twice about seeking his services again for future electrical work.

We were looking for an electrician to replace an outside security light and an internal double power socket. Having found Adam on google and seen a number of good reviews, we contacted him and were impressed from the outset by his professional approach in providing an estimate in writing, agreeing a date/time for the work, using a pre- job “site checklist” and generally communicating ( esp sending us several “reminders” of the appointment). On the agreed day Adam arrived on time - gave us a choice of external lights at different costs and explained the key differences. He carried out the work in a very friendly, proficient and timely manner, particularly in view of a couple of slightly confusing issues with existing wiring which came to light during the job. No mess or undue disruption resulting and a warranty provided for the work carried out. All in all an excellent service and good value for money. Communications were really clear from when I sent the request (he’s also one of the only electricians I contacted online who actually replied) to when he sent me the final works certificate. Adam carried out a full rewire of our first home (1940's 3 bed). He was extremely polite, professional and easy to communicate with. He took the time ensure he understood exactly what we wanted and provided a detailed quote. He also allowed me to work with him to do some of the prep and cleanup work to help get finished on a tight timeline He was really dedicated to getting the work done in a professional and timely manner and kept to the agreed timeline and costs.
