Nicholas was very good and went the extra mile.

Techfix completed repairs at my property at a high quality and reasonable price. I recommend them.

Came out quickly after sn emergency call out in the early hours of the morning. Identified the issue and fixed it quickly - would definitely recommend.

Really polite, came back to finish the job late at night at no extra cost - would use again!

Great communication and saved me from spending on a job that wasn't needed

Nicholas from Techfix managed to not only find and fix a fault in the upstairs lighting ring, but he did it despite 3 other electricians failing and giving up. This man, no word of exaggeration, is a legend. Many thanks from the family!

At 3:15 am this morning I called on Techfix as I had no power at all. I was really impressed with the service. He arrived at my house within half an hour fix the problem and gone by 4:30 am and I had all my power back on. Very kind and polite will definitely use them again hopefully not for that problem though Thank you, Sue

Very good job.. The chandeliers were big one and he was patient did a good job.

Very helpful and came out to my house identified and resolved the issue with the sockets on a Sunday, thankyou for sorting so quicky.

Working with this company was an absolute pleasure, very prompt, very reliable and they provided an outstanding service. Highly recommended!!

Not particularly pleased with their service. Not all good, but also not all bad. I booked them in same week that I initially called them which was quicker than other electricians. However on the day they were going to do an electrical certificate for my house, they turned up an hour and a half late, no phone call or any warning. Nicolas, the electrician did apologise, after prompting. Then when they came to made the fixes required to pass the test, the electrician they sent forgot to bring some equipment, so they were gone for 2-3 hours in the middle of the day, while I was just sat there waiting. Again, no forewarning, that he was going to be gone for such a long time. This meant that they had to come back again the next day to finish off the fixes, wasting more of my time. Overall payed about £1000 to change the fusebox, and change a few lights and the electrical certificate - I wouldn't call that great value for money, but also not sure if other electricians would have done it for much cheaper. And they spread the work over 3 days. Would have given 5* if they had got all the work done in 1 day and had been better communicators.

Techfix we're flexible with timing to perform the work of changing a Consumer Unit in a property. The work itself was carried out to a good standard and we now have some extra capacity in the Fuseboard

Amazing, know how to be careful with the celling light wire and did an amazing job, respect to the worker who came 👏

Nicholas was brilliant and had installed my EV charger pretty quickly. Service was excellent and everything was completed in good time and there were no issues. I would highly recommend this company as you won’t be disappointed and I was happy with the price I was offered.

Excellent service! They did a great job with the electrical repairs and replaced the water heater efficiently and professionally. Everything works perfectly now.

Very good service

Nicolas is always punctual and provides excellent service. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend him to everyone looking for reliable and professional help!

Great service! All sorted quickly and very friendly guy! Will definitely use again

Best Electric company i know, reliable, quick, and great communication! There’s honest no other electric company i would recommend, especially with electric, you need to think about safety, and these guys honestly take that to the highest level!

Absolutely brilliant service. Can't recommend highly enough.

The team came in to remove and fit sockets and ceiling lights. Service provided was well priced, tidy and clean. Overall job well done!, thank you.

Utterly superb. Nicholas and his team were tasked with helping us transform our outdoor space at home by providing electrics to our cabin and gazebo. Right from the outset Nicholas was the absolute best; really friendly and professional, with an extremely clear and reasonable quote, great communication and he even helped us to make choices about what lights, cables and junction boxes to pick to get the look of our space right. When it came to working on site; Nicholas and Rash were incredibly polite, efficient and a pleasure to have around. To say we are delighted with the results is an understatement-thanks to Techfix Electric we've got an outdoor cinema room and power to an outdoor cooking space all in the style we wanted with industrial style fittings such as black junction boxes and brushed chrome light fixtures. All our friends and family have commented on how amazing it all looks and it really is down to Nicholas and Rash and the pride they took in their work. We couldn't recommend Techfix Electric enough and they are the only electricians we'd ever use in future.

Fast call out response and fixed the problem efficiently. Would certainly use them again.

Good job. Patient and friendly service despite the job being more complex than expected

Very professional and very happy for their help with my shower installation

Great service, quick and efficient on a freezing cold day. Called me to make sure everything was OK, arranged to come back out as I could not get my wifi to see my ev charger, but after reading through all the details I managed to get it online. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend hiring Nicholas. Having moved house, I've been in a rush to get things sorted before the end of the year. Nicholas has been very patient and accommodating, coming out as soon as I got the keys and ensuring he could fit the job in immediately. Nicholas installed spotlights, plug sockets and a video doorbell. High standard of work, great attention to detail and cleared up after the work was done. Would definitely hire him for any future electrical work. Thanks

came out quickly at 4am to identify and rectify an electrical fault. very quick and effective emergency fix

I needed an electrician to fit in a new smoke alarm in my property asap, in order to adhere to landlord regulations. I was concerned that I wouldn't get this done at such short notice and therefore had to consider delaying the tenancy date. However I remembered Techfix had completed an EICR for me a few years prior therefore I decided to contact them. When I called Nicholas ,the owner of the company, I was pleased with his quick response and was delighted to inform my tenant that he would be visiting the property to fit in the alarm the next day. A few days later I needed an electrician again. Nicholas went above and beyond to help me and I was so impressed to hear ,from my tenant, that he sent a member of his team to the property at aprox 9am the next morning to complete the job. Wow, talk about efficient!! Communication with Nicholas has always been easy due to his very courteous, polite and respectful manner. To sum up this review all I can say is that if you would like a good electrician who is thoughtful, well mannered, helpful, efficient, professional and actually cares about meeting their customers needs, then Nicholas from Techfix is the one to call! Thank you Nicholas, for your help🙏🏽🙏🏽

My electrics went down in my garage, so I called my property management company and they sent someone out. I was sent a message and told that the ETA would be with 2 hours and it was. Nicholas was very polite, well groomed and professional. Nothing was too much. In the time he was there we chatted about different things, while he was carrying out his work. Everything was completed to a fantastic standard and in a timely manner. I would recommend this company based on Nicholas alone. Thanks Nicholas, unfortunately 6 stars isn’t an option

Very helpful and responsive. It was nice to speak directly to a technician when I called to enquire about the services TechFix can provide. That made it easier to have a technical conversation rather than having to go through an admin and a call out charge before even knowing if my repairs can be fixed. When the electrician (Nicholas) turned up for the repairs I found him to be very professional and did the job. I will use TechFix again as I am very satisfied with the services provided.

Nicholas and his squad arrived early, I barely got the sleep out of my eyes hahhaha!! They carried out the work to a high standard and left the scene nice and tidy. Good service. Had some lights installed and electrical units checked.

Nicholas @ Techfix was a Godsend! In the processes of letting my property, I discovered I needed a new consumer unit with an accompanying ECIR report. I was held up for weeks trying to find a competitive quote. I also had tight timelines. Techfix were able to deliver within my timelines and were within budget. Nicholas was thorough, tidy and proactive not only in highlighting potential issues but having solutions for them. The result is that I now have a happily tenanted electric safe property. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Nicholas!

Nicholas Wright is very hard working and professional electrician, he's done some great electric work in my property in Erdington. I would very highly recommend him.

I am happy with the service and installation of the ring bell pro by this company (Texhfix Electric). We had the bell here for a little while and looking for a reliable electrician to install it and through speaking to people I was recommended Nicholas. I told him what I wanted done and he fit me in for the next working day. After coming and assessing the situation he relished the job was bigger than first expected and made suggestions on how it could be done. The job was then completed and the place was left nice and tidy. I would definitely recommend Nicholas’ services to anyone in need of an electrician. 1 star - for the price 1 star - for the service 1 star - for pace 1 star - friendliness 1 star - tidiness Thank you again!
