Business Electrical

Used them for an EICR assessment. Turned up when they said. The electrician was very pleasant and helpful. He was thorough in what he did and the certificate was provided promptly. I am new to the area but was impressed and would use them for all electric work.

A very friendly service who provide a great standard of work. They are easy to work with and have been the best in Bristol from my experience!

Professional and a great service, I would highly recommend

Great service, quick and effective and trustworthy,

Fitted a new cooker hood and swapped out all our light switch and socket fittings. Quick and easy to get a quote and book a date. Sunny and George who did the work arrived on time, were professional and friendly, got through the work quickly and left everything tidy. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

Good workmanship. Punctual. Good service. Competitive price.

Excellent job done on time and as quoted. Ali was superb, precise, so neat and really knows his stuff - we are very confident about our wiring now. Highly recommend Business Electrical

Responded quickly and efficiently installed a a new alarm detector.

We arranged EICRs for both our current and new property ahead of our move, and the customer service was excellent. The team scheduled us promptly and provided a clear, detailed breakdown of the remedial work required. Would recommend and will use again

Business Electrical visited and gave a detailed quote. Their quote seemed reasonable and there were no unexpected extras to pay. The guys who did the work, Edgar and Dan were very good. Helpful, friendly, very competent and very tidy in their work. Would definitely recommend

Recommended. Fair prices, good communication, work completed promptly. Good advice given. Will be using them again

Electric sockets, lights and LAN socket installation in garden office Ben came and had a quick look over the job that needed doing and was quick to ascertain the requirements. A quote was provided within a day and the price was what I was expecting so was happy to accept the quote and arrange for job to be done. Ally and Mylo arrived within a week as arranged and they got the work done quickly and efficiently. They had a good understanding of what was required but would double check with me if anything deviated from the original request. I’m very happy with the result and will use these guys again in the future when needed and would gladly recommend.

Very happy with the work carried out. The guys helped with electricity for new kitchen and were prompt in solving a small issue. The guys were very friendly and it was so nice to deal with them after having to deal with different trademen that didn’t do a good job. Any future electrical work I need, I’ll be coming back to them. 100% recommended.

Good professional service

Really good, very efficient, nice electrician. Recommend.

Very good. Highly recommend

I required remedial works doing after an EICR report and was very pleased to be referred to Business Electrical, which is a highly professional outfit. The quote was provided promptly at a reasonable rate and the works, which included the upgrade of two distribution boards, ran smoothly. Would happily recommend to others and wouldn't hesitate in using again. Have used Business Electrical again recently to replace several extractor fans and a couple of faulty sockets. Paul was very tidy and methodical in his work. Would happily use again for any electrical work I may need.

We had an emergency when our old consumer unit broke down, leaving us without electricity or heating in the middle of January. Dan from Business Electrical came to the rescue and exceeded all expectations! He was incredibly resourceful, finding clever solutions to manage the fault while ensuring we had power and heating restored as quickly as possible. Dan's expertise, attention to detail, and dedication were second to none. He replaced the consumer unit efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to handle. His commitment to customer service and going the extra mile truly stood out. We can't thank Dan enough and highly recommend him for anyone needing top-quality electrical work. Thank you, Dan!

Good service, tested our fire system and fixed lighting and a few other things in our unit

The whole team are very friendly and professional, and we are very pleased with the work carried out. We had a full house rewire whilst we were away and they kept us updated throughout. Would definitely recommend as a company and will be coming back in the future if we need any further work doing.

Amazing job! Super friendly, up front, timely, and good value. Highly recommend using them!

Friendly and helpful service by the team at Business Electrical- will definitely be using again for any future work needed!

I had a wonderful experience with Business Electrical! Professional from start to finish. I initially asked them to clean up live wires discovered in our house from previous owners into outlets & then we found a new EICR was needed along with new fusebox. The team were prompt with quote, fair with pricing, quick with availability and experts in the home. Kind, professional, approachable throughout. I will definitely be using the team again in future - special thanks to Ben, Edgars and Dan!

Helpful, efficient, professional and cost-effective service for work required at the office.

Had a great experience with these guys. Bought my first property and needed to get some bits updated. They were fast, reliable and really nice to work with. Thanks!

The team at Business Electrical were brilliant all round. From free helpful advice to a fully itemised and adjustable quote to flexible and timely work. Would certainly be using them again!

Good job good price

Brilliant service. We needed to replace a faulty UPS within our alarm receiving centre without any power loss occurring, Harry was brilliant and ensured everything was replaced and running correctly afterwards. Will definitely be using again.

Polite, tidy and quick. Many thanks.

Completed work as agreed, on time, to quality, on budget.

Very reliable and great work ethic from the Electrician.

It was easy to book and appointment. The works were to fix a defective bathroom light. The electrician arrived on time and I was charged the price quoted to me in advance which I thought was very reasonable.

I called 4 companies for a quote to decommission a wall socket. Business Electric were honest, provided a fair price and a timely fix date. The electrician (Paul) arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly and yet was more than happy to answer my general queries. Seems like a company who likes to do repeat business and not one which gives inflated prices. Recommended and will use this company again.

Quick, accommodating, and affordable!

Great service installing a new induction hob and sorting a broken light fitting, friendly folks - explained all that was happening and felt safe having the workers in my home. Would recommend!

Did some work for us at a Grade 1 listed building. Fantastic as always, great turnaround, well priced and reported. Many thanks.

Carried out work on our warehouse and as always, a great job we were very happy with. Great communication and easy to deal with.

Excellent and efficient service. Fixed two broken bedroom lights at a very reasonable cost.

Friendly and professional team who have completed work to a high standard. Would recommend to friends and family

Have had several electrical jobs done by Business Electrical and have been very impressed each time by their knowledge and professionalism. They take the time to explain to me what needs doing, patiently answer my inexpert questions and always respond quickly to emails. Wish all companies had the same customer service!

Great electricians, would definitely recommend.

Business Electrical have done work for us on two of our venues and both times did a very good job. The second time was a fix of another electrician's work and showed that we shouldn't have tried to cut corners! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a professional service

Fantastic service start to finish. Quote was very reasonable and the work was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. EV charger works perfectly and looks smart. Highly recommend their service! Thanks

Business Electrical changed our entire lighting system in our office to LED. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The team were friendly and polite and caused very little disruption or mess. The work was carried out in the time specified. The job was reasonable priced and no nasty surprises in the final bill, in fact they made a deduction due to certain work previously quoted for but in the end not required. I would recommend this company and use again for any electrical issues

Very professional service, they were easy to book in and upfront about costs and their terms and conditions

Diccon, Edgar, Paul and Stephen from Business Electrical are not only friendly, helpful and approachable, but also professional, together and pro-active when it comes to electrical work. Stephen came round to quote and was very knowledgeable when it came to quoting and inspecting for an interconnected fire alarm system, while Paul carried out and EICR report and flagged that I needed to upgrade the fuse board for a safer system. This led to Diccon and Edgar's visit. Over two days they changed the board, installed interconnected smoke / heat alarms and PAT tested various appliances and extension cables in the house. Not only were they thorough and professional, but I really enjoyed chatting with them and they were keen to school me a bit on how electrics work and the kind of things I should be looking out for to keep improving the electrics in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

I had to get an EICR certificate on a tight schedule, the team were very efficient and managed to get the work done on time to a good standard. Very impressed and great communication throughout from Jon

We have recently used Business Electrical to do a full rewire on our house after being happy with their work on a previous property. Rewires are quite an involved job and through the whole process they have been friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We have had multiple members of the team working in the house at some point and they have all been a pleasure to have around. The office team have been helpful with advice and flexible with scheduling and changes to the original plan. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Called Business Electrical one morning when 2 rooms lost circuits and heat and hot water went out too. They came same day and managed to get heat and water on. Had to come back twice to get rest of systems up. Communication was excellent and electrician was polite and timely. Would recommend and would use again.

Very quick response to book in an EICR test, which was completed by Diccon and his apprentice. Professional and knowledgeable, plus just nice people to have around the house.

We got an excellent and efficient service and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

We had our kitchen rewired, and new appliances fitted, and the people from Business Electrical were unfailingly friendly, professional, efficient and reassuring. They did the job effectively, tidied up after themselves, and took time to explain things to us so that we understood what was going to happen and could make informed decisions. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very efficient and quick . Reasonable price.

Business Electrical were very quick to respond to my query and were able to book the works in within the short time frame we had. A quotation of remedial works was prepared quickly and the works completed soon after. The electrician was on time and very tidy and respectful. Would highly recommend

Great professional and speedy service. I would certainly recommend this amazing company!

Fixed a couple of problems, one which we didn't know we had, and worked a way of doing it without massive disruption. Friendly and informative people.

Business Electrical are Highly recommended. From First consultation and clear quote, to Patient attention waiting for us to be ready for first fix, to great on site electricians. Good communications from the office and good value. I would like to thank the team for their work on our project.

Needed to have some work done in the new flat -- truly exceptional service; very responsive. Pleasant electricians who did the job quickly and were also able to consult ad-hoc (and fix!) on other issues. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, professional and easy to get in contact with. Have been very helpful in bringing the electrics up to standard after buying my first house. There are still some jobs I want doing and I will be using Business Electrical in future to get it sorted.

My sister recommended their services after they did stuff at her house - I needed my extractor fan hooked up. There was some complications as I’d lost the paperwork for the fan already in the ceiling but they tried their hardest to figure it out. In the end we had to go with a new fan, which made the job more expensive than I had hoped but they installed it quick, made sure it’s ready for the builder to hook up to a ventilation tile and tidied up after themselves. Would use again and would recommend!

These guys are great - arrived at said time, completed at the asaid time, friendly, tidy, invoiced as quoted... a smooth operation...will definitely use again.

Really nice guys, efficient and friendly, would recommend and use again. Thanks!

Had to have our Release button on the door fixed. Jon offered a very quick service and very good customer service. Would recommended.

St Pauls

Good team - efficient & effective - friendly & helpful. Well recommended!

Great communication and quality work from everyone we dealt with at Business. They did some work on our home and were excellent at keeping us informed with progress and some necessary changes of approach. They were recommended to us and we would recommend them ourselves.

Excellent service, work delivered professionally and on time, as well as on budget. The team communicated with our team every step of the way and provided us with updates on ongoing work. We would recommend this company to small organisations looking for quality work while keeping value for money in mind!

On time, got the job done within the hour and gave some good advice that will save me some money down the line. Cheers.

Brilliant service, really happy I went with them.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Ben and his team were quick to respond (I was in a tight spot). Steve ran through the whole process in a professional and friendly manner always keeping me updated and at ease. Paul & Vince arrived bang on time, did a fantastic job and left zero mess, and again were very friendly. I will be using this company for all future work I need at my house. Ben and his team are a credit to their profession.

Needing a replacement boiler control unit, these guys responded immediately, assessed the issue and got it fixed the same day.

Thanks again to the Business Electrical team for the partial rewiring. Professional, clear, on time for meetings, they even finished the work earlier than planned!

Very professional, on time, excellent communication. Would recommend.

A professional and friendly service all round, I highly recommend.

Very prompt service - sorted all our problematic dimmer switches.

Great company. Creative and sensible advice about domestic installation, helpful and professional staff.

We had a number of guys through from Business Electrical throughout a long renovation process and they were very helpful and did a good job throughout.

Professional guys who completed our electrical certification. On time and accommodating, pleasurable to work with.

Excellent service, communication and timeliness. Thoroughly recommend.

Not cheap but safe, quality work, delivered earlier than promised and on budget.

Really great service, friendly and reliable. They have been a pleasure to have in my home too. Professional and all work completed to a high standard and reasonably priced. Definitely coming back for future work required 😊

Complicated work which was timely and well executed, thank you.

Prompt and efficient service. The guys who arrived communicated well and were pleasant to have around. Job got sorted at a reasonable price. I will be happy to use this firm again.

Ben and the team did a fantastic job, quick communication, insightful suggestions and high quality of work, will definitely use again!

Have used Business Electrical a few times now for installing new lighting and adding to / changing socket configurations. They are always professional, efficient, polite and reliable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Reliable business.

Business Electrical were all we could have dreamed of and more! An excellent and highly professional service. Would recommend to anyone.

Ben, Paul and the team did a fantastic job rewiring our new home. They were clear, friendly communicators, highly efficient workers, and were committed to completing the work on time, to an excellent standard. They also provided us with temporary lighting and electricity where possible in between stages of the work, and kept the house tidy throughout. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Used them for an EICR check on a two bed flat. Ben was very communicative, clear, helpful, and on time. I had about five or six C2s on the test certificate, and all of it totalled 438 pounds to test and make good. Would use again.

Ali is excellent, very thorough and was great to have him done all our electrical lights. I would recommend them to any one.

Absolute legends. Sorted out my idiosyncratic wiring and made sure my flat's electrics are safe!

I have been very impressed with Business Electrical - very quick to respond to my initial enquiry, all my subsequent questions and then to do the work. Efficient, reliable and friendly service- thank you very much.

Really polite, helpful, communicative and great workmanship. Have used several times and always a great service.

Fantastic company. Great all round which is why I use them again and again! 5*

I got in touch with Business Electrical on Sunday night following a trip of one of my spotlights. They responded first thing on Monday morning to confirm pricing and availability. They sent out Laura to attend on Thursday morning. The repair was completed within an hour, including going out to pick up a new part. Very pleased with the prompt service, and good communication. Thanks guys.

The communication was great from the very beginning and the team was a pleasure to have around. I'm confident that we chose the most trusted and professional supplier to work with and happy that they managed to process our request in such a timely manner

Installed some additional circuits in our warehouse, competitive quote, quick and tidy

Gio and the team of 3 who undertook the works were a great help. Initially asked them to price 2nd fix on sockets, oven, washing machine etc, and to hide some cables and move switches which were along a wall. Gio recommended an EICR first after building works, which diagnosed some serious faults with the old fuseboard and lighting. We were allocated 2 days to sort which turned in to 4 due to various new issues found, which Gio and the team managed to fit in a single block of time without issues. Team were highly skilled, friendly, tidy and professional. Workmanship is high quality throughout

competitive quote for a rewire, showed up on time, friendly guys, great service
