Our sockets were constantly tripping and we need an urgent fix. We received recommendations to contact AK Electrical Service. Andy at AK Electrical service was quick to respond and ultimately resolved our issue. We were very impressed with the speedy response and resolution. I contacted Andy to obtain a quote to change all the sockets in a new house I had bought (plus other electrical works) as he was recommended to me by a family member and i am so glad i did. He quoted me 100s less than what i previously had been quoted and he came to do the work which took him a few days. He put up new motion sensor lights outside and even came back to the house to adjust one for me. Tested all the electrics once finished and provided me with a certificate. Nice and friendly and did exactly what he said he would do! Would definately recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again! Thank you

I contacted Andy for a quote, and he was able to come out a couple of days later. He saw what needed to be done, and fixed a light fitting for free there and then, which was appreciated. Andy's quote was competitive so we arranged a date and time shortly after. Andy did a terrific job installing external and internal lights as well as a new extractor fan and switch. Really polite, professional and tidy. We will be contacting Andy again for future work and recommend him!

Andrew came when he said he would carried the work neatly and professionally. What I liked about Andrew is that whenever I asked a question via text he replied back hed come when he'd say which is very rare ,I have had a lot of work done at my house so was constantly looking for builders,plumbers half of them didn't reply back or never turned up when they said they would and a few that did turn up and do the job it weren't done professionally made a mess and took the money. The few experience I have had with Andrew it is proven that there are still good people out there who take their work seriously and make sure their customers are happy. Thank you Andy

Andy did a great job of fitting an isolation switch and terminals ready for the EV charger to be installed. Would definitely call him again about any future electrical work without hesitation.

Turned up promptly both to assess the job then to actually do the job. Installed double plug socket in my kitchen island. New kitchen so was concerned that it was done very neat and it was done perfectly. Can’t fault anything. Excellent job. Very reliable too. Had Andy round today to install 3 CCTV cameras at my house. He came round before Christmas to let me know about the cameras and where to fit them and booked me in for the work to be done today. First time using Andy - certainly won't be the last! His communication was excellent, turned up on time for the consultation and to complete the work. Andy provided me a reasonable quote quickly and managed to squeeze me in (Thank you!!). He made my cooker (dodgy wiring) safe, installed/repaired 3 plug sockets, installed 3 light fixtures & filled in all gaps. He even cleaned up after himself and amused my daughter when she kept mithering him. 10/10 would recommend

Messaged Andy about a faulty house alarm. Replied with minutes and kindly came out that afternoon to see what he could do. Unfortunately, I needed a new alarm system. He gave me a great price and came and installed. After a day, I noticed an issue with the alarm. Messaged Andy about it and he came the next morning and sorted the problem out.
