Lucid Electrical Services

Thanks a lot. Great service. Ben bailed us out at short notice, fitting a new extractor fan above the hob just before Christmas. Cheers

Ben fitted outside and inside lights for us. His service was great! Would definitely recommend

Ben was absolutely fantastic! He replaced our electric hob quickly and professionally. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone needing electrical work.

Recently had our 1930’s house rewired by Lucid Electrical Services and we couldn’t speak highly enough about them - whole house done within a week, cleaned up after themselves, highly recommend! We’ll definitely be using them for any future electrical work we may need ⭐️

Ben was very pleasant to have in the house and did a fantastic job, fit me in to do the work within a couple of days. Finally found a reliable electrician. Thanks again Ben

Really happy with the work Ben did for us. Managed to fit us in at short notice which was a great help. Great communication throughout and work completed to a high standard. Highly recommend!

Lucid electrical services didn’t come out and physically attend my property but I was in need of speaking to an electrician about an issue we had. They messaged me straight back, bearing in mind it was 10pm in the evening and told me what the issue was and directed me to reach out to northern power (as was a serious fault). Really appreciate the help and I will definitely go back in the future and recommend.

Ben came at short notice to complete an EICR for us. He was really responsive throughout, pleasant, thorough and explained what needed to be done and why. When he identified a few repairs he ordered the parts immediately and returned the next day to finish off. Very happy overall and would definitely use again.

Called to ask for advice and was helped to fix my problem. Such friendly service and so happy to help. Thank you so much.

Ben was lovely, and did the work we needed really quickly

Great service . Communication was 5* . Helpful advice offered . Would definitely recommend. Thank you Lucid 👏

Highly recommend using Lucid ES. Our circuit board went down the day before my sons birthday party with no light or power and a fridge and freezer full of party food... We could not get any electrician from near or far to attend. Despite being fully booked Lucid took the time to handle my enquiry from their online enquiry service and even took the time to call me and go through some safe troubleshooting steps to see if i could rectify the issue myself. Unfortunatley the RCD needed replacing, they sourced the parts straight away and came out of hours to make sure we were back up and running. Would also say at a very reasonable fee. Will definately be using them again in the future!

We consulted Ben for a second opinion after being told our fusebox was very old and could blow up at any time from another electrician. Ben came several hours later the same day, he arrived promptly when he said he would. He reassured us regarding the fusebox not being a safety problem and if we do want to upgrade at some point the quote was half of what the original electrician had quoted. He did this all free of charge. It can be very difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy trades person but Ben was a breath of fresh air. I have saved his number for any future problems and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician with integrity.

Excellent service, great value for money and top bloke. Came out quickly to solve an issue with power to my garage, which I was greatful for as I would have lost food stock . He even gave me a bit of business advice whilst fixing the issue. I definitely recommend.

Have used Ben at Lucid Electrical for several years now on our buy-to let properties and he has always given us good service at reasonable cost & installation work is always neat & tidy.

Super quick getting out to us when we needed someone ASAP! Easy to speak to and ask any questions, prompt responses and really tidy! Thanks again 👍🏻

Prompt, problem solver, personable, tidy and quality service. Will certainly use again.

Great customer service, no job or question was too much. Highly recommended! Thanks Ben

Ben has done a number of jobs for me now and is always responsive and thorough. Would recomend.

Outdoor cameras and lighting system installed. Looks great. Left no mess, tidied everything up and the finished products work really well.

I would always go straight back to Ben for all my electrical work. He’s efficient and gets the job done correctly for sensible prices. I’m already recommending him to my family & friends. I wouldn’t hesitate in using every time moving forward. Great job !

Top lad. Great work, clean and tidy. A coffee on the house for this all when we open!

Excellent efficient small electrical job. Very pleased I’m a repeat customer 👍👍

House needed a complete re-wire to make it fit for long term rental. Really happy with the service and professionalism from Lucid Electrical Services. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional company. Helped me out yesterday when I had a power cut to my property. He advised over the phone what I needed to do rather than coming out. He assessed by me sending pictures to him and telling me to check on the meter etc I would recommend this company and should I need the service I will use again. No issues in recommending this company to anyone.

Great service. Ben fixed problem and sourced part quickly and professionally. Will use again! Cheers.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and addressed our questions.Thank you for your advice.A bonus was you turned up when you said you would not like so many tradespeople these days . Would thoroughly recommend Lucid Electrical Services

Had an urgent electrical issue with our cooker and looking for a local engineer, found Ben. Arrived swiftly, on time and found the 'not so straight forward' problem quickly and fixed it there and then! Due to the issue he could have told us it was anything, even that we needed a new cooker but being a good honest tradesman, found it was a simple issue not associated with the actual problem but causing it anyhow! Thanks Ben, honesty and integrity....not easy to find these days!

Very friendly and efficient. Prompt at organising a quote and completing the work. Highly recommend.

Ben was on time, efficient, priced competitively, would recommend Lucid Electrical to everyone.

Known Ben for over 7 years, always there when needed, very reliable. Completes work to a high standard.

Recommended. Ben responded promptly, gave us clear sensible advice and has done a quality job to fit a new consumer unit. It even looks good on the inside now!

Needed an electrician for a small number of jobs around the house including some additional sockets, kitchen pendant lights and installation of a ring doorbell. Lucid came round on time as previously agreed and completed the jobs too high standard. Work was neat and tidy and Ben was a friendly electrician explaining what he was doing as he went. Thoroughly recommended local tradesman.

Ben did a number of jobs for us in the property we had just purchased, including installing a car charger. His knowledge and advice was invaluable and we feel our property is now electrically safe following all the work he undertook.

Ben was fantastic. Managed to fit in my request super quick and was really helpful. The job required an extra bit of work which he promptly responded to. Fabulous service, would definitely recommend.

Great service and good quality of products.

Quick and efficient replacement of all my smoke alarms. Fairly priced and friendly service.

Great experience from start to finish. The work was reasonably priced and finished to a high standard. Would recommend and use again

Highly recommended. Professional and competitively priced.

Couldn't rare the work they do more highly and have already recommended Lucid to a number of other people. Ben knows what he's doing, explains clearly anything needing clarification and is both reliable and honest in his work

Good bloke, punctual and did everything to specification with no problems.

Very professional service, on time, clean job and very fair price. Thank you

Ben (Lucid Electrical ) now is my go to electrican on speed dial. Always on time and very clean and tidy with brilliant rates couldnt be more happy to put his name forward to anyone wanting electrical needs

Arranged to quote after 3, arrived at 2. Then messaged me instead of another customer after I tried to re-arrange. Gave a new time and didn’t show. Wouldnt waste your time, try someone else.

I needed an electrician at a short notice after having my ceiling ruined by a cowboy. Lucid fixed the ceiling and managed to fit 20 lights in a very short time frame. Very responsive and cares about doing a good job.

Fantastic company to deal with, no hidden extras and really competitive prices.

Ben kindly stepped in to do some remedial electric repairs when my letting agent failed to flag these needed doing in a timely way. He got the job done to a high standard very quickly (even working late into the evening to get it done on time). Excellent work and service; would greatly recommend.

Ben is a lovely chap to deal with, always turns up and his work is excellent. Tracy at scoffs

Having had a few quotes from local electricians, we selected Lucid Electrical Services as they are a local company to us. We had sockets replaced, new sockets installed, new lights, new light switches and are so pleased with the work that Ben has done. He's got a great manner, is professional and genuinely helpful with any electrical queries. We'd highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future!

First time I have used this company but cant fault their punctuality, professionalism or quality of work. Turned up on time, did the work required and very friendly. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thankyou very much.

Extremely pleased with the work done by Lucid Electrical Services. They went well beyond the original request and corrected bad workmanship from a previous company of installers. I would recommend Lucid to anyone and would certainly use their services again.

Ben is very reliable, does a great job at a fair price. He's always helpful and cheerful with it too.

Great service, Neat & Tidy. Faultless - will be using Ben in the future

What can I say fantastic. Been let down previously. Lucid were obviously very busy but never made us feel second in line. If we ever needed another electrician we will definitely be calling these. Doubt full as we had a full house rewire

Got let down by another electrician, Lucid where every reliable, and very quick to fix my problem. I would highly recommend and definitely would use again.

Great service and reasonably priced. Will be using again.
