Yesterday, a team of professionals arrived promptly to conduct an electrical inspection at our property. We received a courteous phone call in advance, informing us of their expected arrival time, around 1 pm. They had mentioned that the inspection might last up to 2 hours, but to our pleasant surprise, they efficiently completed the task in just 1 hour . We were truly impressed by their speed and professionalism. Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend their services.

What polite staff on both visits. Proffessional and friendly.
Rubbish communication and service. They've now failed to turn up on 3 seperate occassions to undertake work which their own electricians describe as an emergency and urgent. Update: Eventually turned up 1 day late. Engineer didn't have parts required to complete the job, so had to visit wholesalers. Made installation "safe" but didn't complete all required repairs during this visit. 😱 Found additional problems, which were not noticed during original inpection. 🧐 Now waiting to be offered another appointment. 😡😡😡
Quick and professional
The election was earlier than I expected which was great. Also the inspection took less time than I expected which was also great. The electrician was a really nice guy, discovered a minor irregularity and fixed it there and then to save me the inconvenience of a return visit. Wish all companies were like this one!

Our engineer was really lovely, so considerate of the fact we were WFH today and talked us through what he was doing and his observations. he made sure that we were aware of any changes being made and talked through the reasoning as well as being just a genuinely lovely person. Our engineer was a credit to the company, as was the call handler who answered when I had missed the initial call. Overall a wonderful job and very happy with the outcome. Thanks!

Wonderful service! Engineer was friendly and very experienced.
I have had my rented home's electrical infrastructure serviced by NSI twice within two weeks. The first technician that came out was seemingly done in just about 2 hours, with only a minimal power cut. Two weeks later we were informed a "Senior" technician needed to re-do the required service, but no one would say why it was necessary. The second technician was visiting from Liverpool (I live down South) and he was much more thorough with his work, with multiple power cuts over a period of about 4 hours. I have not yet been informed of the results, nor has anyone from NSI explained why a 2nd visit was necessary.
The guy who came to do my electrical check was very friendly and the company were very kind when I rang up for information

The engineers were efficient anfd helpful completed their work quietly and quickly
Excellent job performed with minimal interference. Very friendly and nice staff member.
The contact from them was wrong. Then no contact. I had to phone them back but it was just a short message and then cut off? Wrong tex messages. Eventually the person that did the inspection was not pleasant to have in the house. Then wrong tex messages again. Then nothing. I rang the estate agent to find out when they were calling as I couldn't ring them! The chap who called to do the remedial work, Chris, was a pleasure to have in the house and was efficient and knew what he was doing. Its a shame the company is so c r a p!
Was a very professional experience thank you
Arrived on time as planned, very polite and friendly. Very thorough job , checked even really difficult to get to things A1***

Very fast inspection, knew what he was doing and didnt want to take up too much of our day, friendly and explained what was happening to us. Top service
Only one reason for missing 2 stasr is the company don't give you a time when they are calling and threten you with and additional charge if the appointment is missed. No reflection on the professional who called as he was brilliant. Him and him only get 5 stars.
Emma and I were both very impressed by the technician's efficiency and the thoroughness of his approach. He applied a minor fix on the spot to improve our safety with zero and, throughout his visit, came across as a very good egg. Likeable, knowledgeable and a cracking attitude. Blonde Evertonian chap with a beard whose name I wish we'd asked to help you now identify him easily.
Courteous, professional and efficient! :)
Very professional outstanding work completed very efficiently
Very happy with the service. Friendly and efficient guy.

We have been using NSI's "SAFE Certified" package for a while now and the service we have received is brilliant. Three services are all completed in one visit with decent savings due to all of them being combined. We will definitely keep coming back year on year for this package. Charlotte S. Senior Lettings Negotiator Parklane Properties
Very efficient and courteous staff. The engineer was amazing and very good
Rory was brilliant, quick, efficient and very polite.
Very positive experience with NSI. Our engineer Rory was punctual, tidy and explained everything that he was doing.
Amazing service. David from National Safety Inspections was sent to replace an old electric switch panel, and a couple of other things around the house. He did everything in the best way possible, was very friendly, responsive and patient explaining everything to me. It was a pleasure to have him around to fix the electricals. The company itself has organised everything well - they would call and text you to make sure you book an appointment, and the feedback mechanism is refined and designed for the client to spend minimum effort to leave feedback. A point for future improvement - I wish they would also send out an automated confirmation text with a date and a time slot listed on there (and if an engineer is late - an automated message that they will come later, with a very approximate slot of when to expect them). We had another person come in before, and I remembered that they need to come in in the morning, but then nobody came, I had a meeting I had to go to, so I rang them up. NSI operators were very professional and welcoming, so that's always a plus, they have explained to me that the person is booked for the afternoon slot. It would be nice to be notified of the time slot and if the engineer is late, again, an automated message would suffice, so that I can plan my other tasks around the changes and if the confusion was on my part - I would have a reminder about it. This time everything was on time, but still no time slot confirmation apart from knowing that an engineer would be due to come in the morning. But overall - a great company and does its job well!
Good communication when booking the appointment, the electrician arrived on time and was smart and polite. He kept me informed of what he was doing and tidied up when he finished. Thank you for a great service!

Highly professional, neat work carried out, excellent quality work
Mask was worn and hand sanitation. All social distancing rules applied. Very quick and efficient. Asked to enter each zone of the house when needed. Very friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable whilst he was here. He called before the visit to see whether I wanted my appointment sooner in the day and whether there was any requirements with regard to covid. Top engineer. Only problem I had was my appointment was for the previous week but Company had not informed me of the changed date and I was waiting around for no engineer. Telephone operator was very apologetic tho.

The service was great, professional and very considerate - the engineer wore a mask for the duration and did his job effectively, clearing up fully after. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I was unable to find out what time to expect him but that's my only gripe.

Firstly, Rory and Darren arrived on time. They obviously work together a lot, they both went about their different task, quickly and without fuss. Rory frequently explaining, what happens next, turning off the power etc. The icing on the cake was they even put away a step ladder I had lent them, saving them going down to their van, especially as our lift is working. Two top guys, definitely 5*.

Asked for an afternoon slot, called an hour beforehand to make sure we were ready and in. On arrival they were both friendly and let me know what they needed to do as well as how long it will take. They were both happy for our dog to be let out of his cage and were really friendly towards my dog, and were mindful of things like the front door and other entry points in case he wondered out the house. Both were extremely safe with regards to COVID-19 and social distancing measures, and did bit let it prevent them from giving and expert and professional service

He got the job the done thoroughly and efficiently, even though I was his last job of the day.
Polite, explained what was going on. NSI contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment and any issues. Overall great service and experience.
This service was quick and adapted well with my working patterns. The engineer was on time, polite and efficient. The only critic I can make is that I was not told in advance that access to the fuse box was needed. Luckily I already cleared the way just in case and I'm glad I did! Otherwise no issues at all.
Polite, friendly and quick :)
Fast and great. Lovely guy.
Very friendly team. Respectful of my space and adhered well to covid guidelines.

Very thorough inspection and great service, the guy that came was concerned about a plug socket next to the cooker and made sure that we were able to use it safety again that evening.
The person who carried out the testing followed all current covid protocols and was polite throughout. I was informed at the end of the test of what recommendations would be given to the landlord. Overall, a hassle free experience.
The agent was a very pleasant young guy. Answered my questions and made small talk. He was very professional and polite. Thank you
Very professional, friendly and efficient carrying out the work. Many Thanks
Really nice guy, did everything as quickly as possible and explained everything. Kept his face mask on and was careful around Covid guidelines. Edit: Oven tripped the electrics in the middle of cooking dinner the same night. Can only presume it was due to the electrician as it wasn't tripping earlier.

The actual safety inspection was excellent but the company's scheduling is abysmal. They'd booked my appointment for 11.30am but the chap didn't arrive until 1.30pm because they'd booked him in for another appointment 2 hours drive away!!
We had a electrician come and test the electrics in the house. He was very professional, did a thorough job and dealt with my very inquisitive and chatty children very kindly!
