Excellent service - got to the source of the problem & sorted quickly. Friendly & professional.

I had a bit of a mishap on a Sunday afternoon while doing some DIY and accidentally drilled through an electrical cable. FM Electrical responded incredibly quickly, arriving within the hour and had the issue safely resolved shortly after. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout. I was especially grateful for the prompt response on a weekend. Highly recommend FM Electrical for their reliability and excellent customer service.

Completed work as promised, were flexible with times and left the place clean and tidy. Thanks!

Excellent service, I phoned FM electrical in an emergency late at night (21:15) due to a burning smell from my fuse box. Mohamad arrived within 40minutes and fixed the solution fast, replacing the main fuse switch with a new one that he had in his van.

Arrived quickly and did an excellent and thorough job in sorting our electrical problem which ended up needing to replace the whole panel. Farook was professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely use him again. Thank you.

Came out at 2am urgently with about 30 min wait, kept me fully up to date and sorted out the issue. He was very helpful will definitely use again

Farook came at very short notice, worked non stop until he'd solved the problem and worked very diligently

Brilliant service, messaged him in the morning as we had no hot water and our boiler was completely shut off. Within an hour he was out and the problem was fixed in minutes. Really friendly guy as well. Would recommend to anyone and thank you again for your help.

Thank you farrow I would use you again great job and tell all my family and friends to thank you so much catherine

Fantastic service highly recommend

Great service. Sorted the problem very quickly and even had time to sort the outside security lights.

Farook arrived within the time quoted and sorted the issue straight away. Would recommend FM Electrical

Farook is the best tradesman I've come across in 30 years. Reliable, friendly, great quality of work, very reasonably priced, used him to fit a shower, amongst other jobs. At the weekend I cut through a hedge trimmer wire and couldn't get the electricity back on, insurance company let us down, Farook was out within an hour on a Sunday afternoon. Top man, highly recommended!

Really friendly came within 20 minutes of calling even on a sunday night at 10 pm. Done an excellent job in no time at all and tidied up after himself. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Plus really reasonable prices. Thanks for doing an amazing job

Had a long-standing electrical supply issue with my water boiler. Farouk was around the same day I called to offer assistance and identify the issue, in less than a week he was around again to fix the problem for a very reasonable price. 5/5.

Excellent service. Very friendly and reliable. I will continue to use his services and i recommend him to anyone who is looking for, especially an emergency electrician.

Excellent service. We called on Sunday evening because we had a total power failure. Electrician came within half an hour, found and fixed the fault within 15 minutes and re-checked all the lights,, sockets etc. before he left. Considering it was a Sunday evening emergency call out, the price was a lot less than I expected. Very, very impressed.

The electrician took 3 hours to find a easy fault that would normally take 30 minutes to find (I confirmed this with a friend electrician afterwards) and charged us more than 500 pounds.

Was able to get to us in under an hour. Really friendly and professional. Would recommend and use again. Thank you.

Made a call after a power outage at home and they were with us within the hour. Problem identified and isolated and within half an hour power including heating restored. Great service, well priced and highly recommended.

Great job done by Faruk, thanks again.

My family and I have used FM Electrical for a number of years. Always found Farook hard-working and professional in his approach. Very pleased with the lighting that he has replaced for us recently 👍😊

Very pleased with their work and happy to recommend to others. Worked around problems in a safe and cost-friendly way, discussed the pros/cons of options with me before starting work. Very polite and made sure any mess was cleared up before leaving.

Farook gave a fantastic service, spotted the issue right away and fixed it quickly for a good price. Highly recommend for any electrical problems

This gentleman is nothing short of exceptional. My elderly parents had struggled with no ground floor lighting for 5 days. No electrical was able to find the fault. Farook came, spent until 2am (missing his son's birthday) to isolate and repair the fault. There are no words to describe the gratitude!! Forook is not only a very gifted electrician but an exceptional person who CARES. He represents standards and pride in your work and you would be crazy not to use him!! Thank you some much again.

Farook came as quickly as possible and resolved the issue in my home. He explained everything so clearly and was very thorough. Would recommend him to others

Excellent service well priced and and job well done ..thanks

Really helpful, quick response, sorted fast!

I first used Farook 3 years ago based on approx. 100 positive reviews(where have they gone Google) and have used him several times since, he is not only a very pleasant guy but a seriously good electrician who doesn't charge the earth. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a top electrician Thanks Farook

I called FM Electrical at 9am for a job and he was at my home by 10.30am and fixed the problem. Thank you Farouk! Lovely, quick and would highly recommend.

Sorted out my electrical issue quickly and effectively

Very professional and quick, thank you

Farouk helped me out when the ground floor electric tripped. He diligently worked through the problem until the solution was found. He gave me good advice on how to improve the circuit distribution to prevent further issues. I am extremely happy with his service and results Thank you

Farook is an absolute hero. Great guy, really friendly, hard working and clearly takes pride in what he does. I run a small bakery in South Liverpool. Our ovens died at 4:30am on a busy Saturday morning. Finding someone who could work on 3-phase commercial electrics at that time of the morning was difficult, but I found FM Electrical on Google and called them around 5am. Less than an hour later Farook was at our door, ready to take on the job with a smile on his face! He quickly identified the problem and performed repairs which would allow us to finish baking the day's bread. He came back later on that afternoon to perform a more in-depth repair so the problem doesn't occur again. A job well done in my opinion! Thank you Farook. You are amazing!

I had an emergency situation when the kitchen sockets blew, and I called Farouk (because I had used his professional services before a year or so ago). Farouk attended my home quickly. He was courteous, professional, and provided his usual high standards of work. He made the faulty appliance safe, and then fitted new sockets where applicable. Highly recommended. Very reliable

Prompt and courteous and reliable service. Highly recommend

Light switch blowing and sockets not working in kitchen, so gave Farouk a call and he answered while on another job. Fixed both issues late into the night. Top Man!

Quick response, my lights went out and FM Electrical identified the fault quickly and fixed it. I recommend Farook and FM Electrical
