Really nice lad came and fitted the EV charger with no fuss. Would recommend.

We had ideal come to our house to do a full rewire in April. They explained the work, quoted for all the jobs we wanted doing and explained the timeline and how the work would be carried out. We were able to arrange for the rewire to be carried out while we were away on holiday to minimise the disruption. Following the rewire we received our installation certificate and excellent aftercare. Thanks lads!

Excellent communication, showed up on time, completed work and sent out certificates very promptly. Would highly recommend!

Tom and his team were very efficient with the total rewire of my house. They worked quickly, were very accommodating adding new and replacing old sockets where requested, and they were very informative, ensuring we understood everything about the new fuse box. They also removed/unwired the old electrical heaters and connected my oven for free. I’m overall very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Michael and his team, they came out to replace our fuse box, all work was done to a high standard and we've had no issues since. Lovely guys, quick and professional service.

Michael and his team was highly recommended to me by my sister and brother inlaw for a full house rewire. I contacted Michael and within weeks Michael and his team done a full rewire to the highest standard within 3 days. I was extremely impressed with the work and they even cleaned up after themselves. I received a certificate straight away. I would definitely use Michael and his team again in the future. Thank you Michael and the lads

Needed an EICR sorted urgently on a property we were in the process of buying. Sent off an enquiry at ~9PM, had a bespoke quote by 10AM that was clearly tailored to the specifics of what we’d asked for. Contacted the estate agents themselves, booked the inspection, and had it completed well within the short window we gave them. Full report was sent back to us the same day before close of business. Efficient, thorough, and genuinely easy to deal with. Would recommend.

Had a quick job needed doing to remove some wiring from an old alarm box. Sent a quote request on the Ideal website and Tom called back within the hour and gave the price. Job was sorted by the end of the day. No fuss, good price and did a solid job.

Tom and Tom responded promptly to my request and took about 5 minutes to solve my simple problem.

Would highly recommend ideal electrical Thomas was out in less than hour and fixed our electrical issue will defo use them again.

Excellent service. Very responsive, professional, quality of work and honest. I’ve been using Michael’s service for quite some time and always very honest and good. Highly recommended.

Top Tier Service From Tom And The Team Came For Diagnostic Checks When They Said They Would. Unfortunately Gave Terminal Diagnosis On My Wiring. Managed To Fit Me In Next Day As An Emergency. Turned Up On Time Gave Us Final Say On Everything, Let Us Choose How Many Sockets And Where We Wanted Them. Kept Us Updated Throughout And Completed The Full Rewire With New Consumer Unit In Double Quick Time. Really Courteous, Respectful Service, Left My House Tidy Afterwards Really Happy With The Service, Would Definitely Use Again (Though Hopefully Won't Need To) And Wouldn't Hesitate In Recommending To Everyone Else. Thank You

Quick to respond and great our problem has been fixed. Really good service, thanks!

I highly recommend ldeal Electrical Solutions. He is extremely skilled at his job and consistently delivers high-quality work. He is reliable, professional and always responds promptly when needed. He takes time to explain the work clearly and always arrives on time, making the entire process stress free. If you are looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and highly professional electrician, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Michael and the team completed a full house rewire on my property & I was incredibly impressed. The whole job was completed in a matter of weeks from first contacting them, while I was still awaiting an initial quote from elsewhere! Michael was super helpful and considerate of my choices, advising where certain sockets might work best, and did a great job at communicating before, during and after the works to make sure I was happy with everything. It is super helpful having the standard pricing for house rewiring, so you know exactly what to expect on your invoice. Optional upgrades of extra sockets, outside lights, and USB sockets, etc. were very fairly priced and easy to add-on too. They even fit an EV charger for me at a very reasonable price too. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. The team kept disruption to a minimum and were mindful of my furniture and dust sheets, etc. And they did a great job at putting things back and cleaning up after themselves too. Would definitely recommend Michael & Ideal Electrical Solutions if you're looking to rewire your house and want the peace of mind knowing a skilled, reliable and decently priced team will handle it for you.

Excellent customer services. Well trained engineers and reasonable prices. Finished a job when curry's highly experienced engineer refused for no reason.

Super fast turnaround, reliable and well priced - thanks Tom & Tom

I had Tom and Tom round to do some electrical testing and to replace a new circuit board and I can’t recommend them enough. From my initial enquiry through to installation, communication was quick and professional and they were beyond helpful on the day. Thanks so much for everything!

Really great service end to end , Super quick response to our original enquiry for a full rewire of a 3 bed bungalow in Heswall. We explained that we needed to do the work asap and Michael and his team did exactly that. They did an excellent job, advised us on certain aspects and the quality of the install was second to none - all done in 4 days flat! amazing and credit were credits due - top team - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Alan green

Michael fit us in at short notice when we our fuse switch socket started smoking. Communication was great, price was reasonable for an emergency call out. We were pleased with the work and would definitely use him again for other electrical jobs.

Reported an issue with my electric boiler having no hot water. Got in contact with Ideal Electrical for an emergency electrician and he has come out and sorted the issues same day. 10/10 service would recommend to anyone!

Exceptional service from start to finish. Michael works to a standard that’s genuinely hard to find — precise, organised, and consistently professional. Everything was quick and smooth (from the first contact and clear quote to the high‑quality completion of the job). Very tidy work, with far less mess and disruption than I expected. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and he comes across as genuinely trustworthy. I liked the website as well — everything is clearly laid out with services and prices upfront, which reflects how Michael works in person, with the same clarity and transparency. His experience shows in the quality of his work. Pleased I found a professional at this level. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled service, I'll definitely work with them again.

I couldn't fault the services from Ideal Electrical Solutions in the slightest, they are absolutely fantastic. My partner and I are first-time buyers and wanted to get an EICR due to the age of the house. I submitted a request for a quote online and got a call from Tom within half an hour. He was really friendly, answered all of my questions patiently, and explained the process and expected costs upfront. Even though I only submitted the request at 3.30pm, he offered to get in touch with the estate agents himself and do the inspection that same day. He then called back a couple of hours later having completed the job already where he gave me a really helpful summary over the phone and then said he'd get the report to me asap. His recommendations for work that needed doing were really clear and again, he explained the whole process brilliantly. The communication was excellent and I can't believe how quickly everything was sorted. I will definitely be calling back if the sale goes through for any future electrical work! Thanks Tom

Couldn’t recommend Ideal Electrical highly enough. Michael is so efficient and the standard of work is the best we’ve received from an electrical point of view. Always on hand to answer any queries and always turns up when he says he will, which is hard to find in the trade industry!

I cannot recommend Ideal Electrical Solutions enough; they were faultless from start to finish. From contacting me pretty much immediately after my enquiry, to discussing the job, getting me a quote and booking the visit in, the whole experience was perfect. What's more, the standard of the work was 10/10 and the engineer was prompt, professional and completed the job to the highest standard. Big thanks to Tom for co-ordinating everything and to Josh for his work on site. Top drawer service, I'm made up to have chosen these guys.

Ask him for EICR,He said consumer box need change cost over £1000,Ask another electrician ,Pass EICR without change consumer box.

Tom and Tom were great and professional. They did the job in short notice and were quick to install an external isolator switch for a future AC installation. They left everything tidy and as it was.

Micheal is a very good guy and knows his job. He completed my work perfectly.

James has just replaced our old shower. Excellent service, fast , professional, clean job. James was very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend! Thank you James !

I’ve been working with this company for years and highly recommend them. Reliable team and great work every time. Thank you again Michael and team! Paola

Very professional and friendly guy Michael. Fixed job in a minutes and worth it. Highly recommended. Thanks buddy.

We had a great experience with Ideal Electrical Solutions, with Thomas handling our job from start to finish. Our situation was a bit unusual as we live in London but had just bought a house in Liverpool, so clear communication was essential. The team completed a full house rewire in just 5 days, which was impressive, and they also arranged plastering work afterward, making the whole process much smoother for us. Thomas was always quick to respond to messages and calls, consistently friendly, helpful, and informative, which gave us real peace of mind while managing everything remotely. We always knew where things stood and what the next steps were. Highly recommend Ideal Electrical Solutions for anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and professional electricians.

Had a call from Tom within 30 mins of submitting a website enquiry and arranged an emergency EICR (for a home sale) the following day. There was some unexpected (but absolutely necessary) remedial work to be done to make the electrics safe. Tom organised for Josh to come and complete the work that same day. The whole team were incredibly personable and polite and completed the work to a high standard. Other trades people take note... THIS is the way to run a business and leave the customer not just happy... but blown away with the level of service and communication provided. Very pleased we chose Ideal and will be recommending to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and friendly electrician.

Amazing service. Came at really short notice due to a tenant moving in the same day. Friendly & really helpful. Respectful of property. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

I can’t praise Tom and the team enough. I woke up to having no electrics- rang them at 8 and by 10.30am I had power restored. The fault revealed that I needed a full rewire and Tom was able to fit me in for the following week. The standard of work was amazing, excellent communication and they were able to sort out a plumber for me due to a leak they found. They carried out the work with the least disruption and mess as they could- I would say they cleaned my kitchen better than me! They also fitted smoke alarms which I didn’t expect. I would highly recommend them to everyone and would use again in a heart beat. Thank you so much ❤️

I gave micheal a call on Thursday and he came out Friday and got the job finished very quickly, very professional and to a high standard. Really helpful, sorted us out quickly. Thank you mate

Needed some electrical sockets moving at short notice before Christmas. Contacted Ideal Electrical Solutions online for a quote and quickly received a phone call to discuss the job, which was quoted at a really reasonable price and booked in for the following week. Job all done now - they did a great job, even with my tricky walls that took longer than expected to sort out. Appreciated that everything was tidied up before they left. Will be booking them in for another job in the New Year. Thank you.

Amazing guys thank u

Great rewire, very helpful great communication, thank you

Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an electrician in Liverpool. We recently bought an old house so we needed a new socket fitted for a cooker we ordered. The lads came out and got the job done quickly, professionally and too a high standard!

Needed an EICR in Liverpool city centre. Very quick, efficient and excellent service and communications. Highly recommended.

We are really pleased with their work. The first time I got connected with them through NIEIC contractors site. They are very responsive and gave the quote for rewire work, we bought house with electrical consumer unit and wiring more than two decades old. From the sales , Michael has visited our property and discussed with us. Their communications are very good and proper. Until this moment, the team responding existing customer queries and solving the problems very efficiently . They have completed the rewire with in 3 days , ideally this work would be carried out 10 dayss. Thomas and Michael team has kept their promise as customers deadline. The quality of the work is extraordinary. Especially Thomas accepts customer opinions and suggest options. Additionally our house we had a problem to remove LVT and install the new wiring . We don’t have much budget towards all floor removals . We requested them to make less damage on walls and floors. They cooperated and helped us saving some money this, These guys quotes reasonably good price compare with other contractors . They are comfortable with negotiation for budget consumers. We had only 3 days left time for complete rewire , We surprised to see our house rewire completed before the deadline and our move was smooth . do expect your house become a mess after rewire due to the dust. They have provided EIC after work completion and they took care end to end council approval for us. Very reliable guys in terms of standards and compliance , I have called few times for their support, they responded as soon as possible . You can contact Michael, he always listen and attend the issue more efficiently . Definitely I would recommend them to everyone .All the best for ideal electrical solutions .

Thank you Michael for sorting out the electrical issue/ cooker issue at my property swiftly... The peace of mind you gave me with your service is truly appreciated. Thank you once again.

Recently had a full rewire done by Thomas and his colleagues at very very short notice. I cannot fault the support and advice I received at every step with what I knew was a very messy job. I am really pleased with the work done. Would highly recommend.

Amazing work by Micheal, came here multiple times and alway fixed the electricity properly. Would recommend calling them if you need an emergency electrician.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Michael. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. Michael took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood all my options, and delivered outstanding service with a friendly and positive attitude. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart. If you’re looking for someone reliable and genuinely committed to great customer service, Michael is the one to ask for. Highly recommended!

These guys are great, they care about what they do and they will help you anyway they can. They keep in contact answer all questions and act quickly and professionally. Thanks guys for making the process easier and for being so prompt and helpful

I had an issue with the fuse that was affecting the hot water in my apartment, and Micheal came to fix it. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed the fuse, ensuring everything was working perfectly. I really appreciated his help. Highly recommended!

I contacted Michael to install a sauna in my home. The communication from the off was unbelievable, he got back to me that same night. He came to my house the following week to look where the sauna was going and he explained the electrical installation process. When Michael came to install the electrics, he arrived on time and worked so efficiently. I was let down on the sauna so had to wait months for another one. As soon as I contacted him to let him know the new one was arriving, he was right back in touch about when he would come and wire the sauna in. I can honestly say he is the best trades person I’ve ever dealt with. His communication is like nothing I’ve ever received and the quality of his work is amazing. I wouldn’t use anyone else for any electrical work and he will be recommended to all of my friends and family.

This guy's are amazing good price and fast

Needed an EICR urgently for a house sale. Tom and team provided a quote within an hour of filling out the website form and arrived to do the test within the same week. Faults all fixed on the same day and a successful cert! Will definitely be using again 🤟

Was really impressed with the communication and service of this company, they gave us a price for the job up front, stuck to it and did a great job. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.

Phoned on the Monday to discuss the job and by Wednesday it was complete. TV mounted, new power socket fitted behind it, and kitchen sockets replaced. Micheal and Adam were professional, tidy, friendly, and fast, giving a clear breakdown and fair price. I’d ordered the wrong TV bracket but they picked up the correct one without any fuss. That evening I had a small issue, got an immediate call back with advice, and he even offered to come first thing the next morning to check, though it turned out not to be needed. Excellent service, highly recommend. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service, very quick intervention and professional, I would definitely recommend for emergencies and not only.

Micheal came out today after I made the silly mistake of drilling through some wiring buried in the wall. He was here within 15 mins, job done within another 15 while explaining the problem and the repair and all without making me feel like an idiot for my mistake (even though I wouldn't have blamed him!) Any emergency electrical work you need doing, don't hesitate to get in touch with them. Top service all round.

Called the emergency line. At our house within 20 minutes. Identified and ensured our socket was safe super quick. Michael is a lovely guy aswell.

Michael genuinely turned up in less than 3 minutes after making the phone call. I was lucky he was just around the corner finishing another job. Came out and fixed the problem I had, no fuss, no mess, straightforward explanation about the problem and sorted it. Was also more than half the cost of another company I contacted today. Thank you so much, what a legend!

Fast and efficient, friendly and honest. Nice and clean on site too. Thank you 👍

Upgraded my consumer unit today, gave me a quote last week (Monday) and told me they’d be with me a 9am today, the quote was spot on and the boys were knocking at my door at at 9:02, so 100% spot on, professional and tidy workers, I would recommend them to friends and family!

Rang at 7am about faulty shower switch. Attended after 8, so I didn't incur a callout fee . Switch replaced by 0900. Fantastic service and costing. Well done Michael you are now my go to electrician .

These guys have just completed a rewire of my new home in Formby. Led by Tom, the team of Josh, Dave, Grace and Ryan were all conscientious and the attention to detail and customer service provided by all was fantastic - to a high level unlike any other trades people (I didn't already know) I have previously worked with in almost 30 years of home ownership. Over the week it was almost like having friends round such was that care and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them and being newly returned to the area, I am more than happy to use their network of contacts for other work I need to get done. Top lads and girl ! Thanks very much

Required a full rewire of a property I recently purchased along with my partner due to the age of the wiring in the house. The work was booked and performed in the space of about a week. They gave a firm timeline for completion and even completed the job before the time given. The lads that came round were lovely and courteous, and had kept the overall damage of chases to a minimum and even recommended further traders for any follow up works besides the electrical stuff. Only wish I had that spare kettle ready for them during their work.

Really quick turnaround and great service for my EICR and for a whole house re-wire. The team were very professional, and put the plug sockets, lights and switches exactly where I wanted them. Thomas kept me in the loop with photos during the week of the re-wire. He even came back and fixed a faulty smoke alarm within an hour of me asking. Overall excellent service and would recommend Ideal Electrical to anyone in Liverpool looking for an electrician. Thanks!

Fast and friendly service, cheaper than others we've found. Will definitely use again for bith work and home and will recommend friends and family!

Tom and his team of electricians did a fantastic job at rewiring our whole house. They listened to what we needed and helped us make decisions for the best solutions for plug and socket locations. They were very professional, friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had throughout and going the extra mile to help with other little things whilst working on this job. I would highly recommend Ideal Electrical Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable electrician and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Tom and Tom came and upgraded our distribution board. Did a great job. Fast and neat.

After looking at the excellent reviews on line I called Michael as our kitchen sockets tripped the electricity and we could not get them to come back on again. It was on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend so the call out fee was a little extra but still a small price to pay under the circumstances. Michael came very quickly and sorted things out. He was able to pinpoint the problem to our washing machine and was able to explain what had happened and gave us some very helpful information. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again, hopefully not in an emergency situation next time. Check out the website 😊 Thank you Michael!

Very professional and excellent job done by Tom and Josh. Would highly recommend 👍

Michael did a really great job! Friendly and punctual, I've already booked them again for my next job. Thanks again!

My tenant reported a fault , Thomas attended the same day it was decided a full rewire was needed and they started two days later. Very open with pricing. Everyone was pleased so many thanks for a job well done

Thomas was fantastic he explained what needed to be done and how many days the job would take, he kept me updated with videos of the progress through out. When the job was complete the property was left tidy, my self and my tenant were extremely happy with Thomas and the team. I will be using them again in the future for any future electrical requirements. The price was competitive and fair for the specification of work. Would highly recommend.

Needed an electrician for a tenant whose kitchen sockets weren't working. They attended straight away, identified the problem immediately, were upfront on cost and job was completed in less than an hour for a fair price. Can't fault service, and recommend highly.

Very friendly, professional and did a great job. Highly recommended.

We contacted Ideal Electrical Solutions by phone. We wanted to replace our electrical sockets and ceiling lamp holders. We dealt with Mike throughout and he was 100% reliable. He answered all calls promptly and was punctual to the minute. His work is exemplary, as was his attention to detail. We agreed a price before hand but Mike went the extra mile and did some extra jobs at no further charge. All things considered, I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Ideal Electrical Solutions. We fully intend to use them again in the future. Ideal will be our 'Go to' guys for our domestic electrical work.

After consistent fuse blowing leaving the house without power on a winters night and risking the contents of the chest freezer, my electrician arrived within 30 minutes and identified the issue in the garage. So relieved and pleased with the polite, informative way I was treated and foremost that the issue was promptly resolved.

We recently had our first home rewired by Thomas & Thomas and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! Though the job took longer than expected, the team kept me updated throughout the entire process and communicated effectively, which gave me great peace of mind. Our full rewire consisted of an all new consumer unit, sockets, switches, spotlights, pendant lights, ethernet sockets, loft light, outdoors light and outdoor sockets along with new circuits for cooker and and boiler. A short list of snags at the end of a large job were resolved the next day and I'm very happy with the finished job. I would highly recommend Thomas & Thomas and will be reaching out to them again in future for any electrical work we may need. Thank you both and the team again.

Excellent Service and Communication - Highly Recommend! As a first-time home-buyer, I understand how important an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) can be, but at the same time a bit daunting. Ideal Electrical Solutions made the entire process seamless. From the very start, their communication was excellent. They reached out to my estate agents directly to arrange the appointment, which saved me a lot of hassle. I was kept informed every step of the way, from receiving accurate quotes, scheduling, and the completion of the report. Special mention to Thomas, the electrician who handled the EICR. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything in clear terms, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, I’m really happy with the service. Not only will I recommend them, I'll be using them in the future. Thank you, Thomas, and the rest of the team.

He was here a little before 4 and sorted out my oven getting unfitted and my light getting replaced immediately. He even sorted out some other bits for me that I didn’t expect him to. Fast, great reliable service and will definitely give him a shout next time I need electrical work done.

Tom Josh & yes another Tom came around to fit 3 double sockets in my bedroom, great bunch of lads very professional too, asked me where I’d like them placed, then I left them to it. After a while I got the nod they’d finished, so I popped upstairs to look at their work. It was exactly as they said it would be, then did a check on each socket while I was there and all was working spot on. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. On a personal note, I’d just like to thank Tom Josh & Tom personally for doing a fantastic job and they left the place clean & tidy too, thanks fellas Kindest regards Gary.

I’ve just moved into a house that needed quite a few jobs doing. Tom and Tom were really friendly, they gave me options with different prices for how I’d like things and let me decide. They came round to have a look at the jobs and give me a quote pretty much straight away. Communication was excellent! They were really flexible with fitting me in at a time that was convenient for me. The work was completed quickly but to a great standard. They even filled over the walls that they had to go into and cleaned up after all the work was completed. Would definitely recommend and will be using Tom and Tom again if anything we need any electrical work doing. Thanks again 🙂

After being let down by another local electrician, I was so pleased to have Ron from Ideal Electrical come and oversee the job. He showed up at my apartment at exactly 9.30am (the time agreed) and had the most wonderful attitude and charisma. I work from home which Ron knew and not once was I disturbed unnecessarily. Simply a professional. And if you do have the pleasure of meeting him, ask him a random question relating to the electric and you'll see in his eyes the glimmer of pride and happiness he has for what he does. In a world where quality customer service and passion often gets thrown to the back end, this was certainly a refreshing way to start my day. I genuinely highly recommend Ron and his team.
