Warmer Energy Solutions Limited

Excellent job. Well done to all the team . Very satisfied with my decision. The management comes to the site to check the job done. Mr Solomon thanks to you have very helpful. Thanks to everyone. Very appreciated 👏 keep up the good work.

Super professional, would absolutely recommend

Amazing service throughout, really friendly team who always communicated with me regularly. The kit looks really neat, looking forward to getting to grips with the system.

I've just had solar panels, a Sigenergy gateway, battery system and EV charger installed by Warmer Energy. Every person I dealt with from the business was polite, helpful and competent and the pricing is very competitive. I asked a lot of technical questions in my initial enquiry which were answered promptly and well. The installation and commissioning took 1 day and was to a high standard which I am more than happy with, and I now have a great system installed saving me money on my energy bills.

Solar panels and storage battery installation. Overall, very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company. The process right from the start was quite efficient and pleasant. Initial quote provided by Hugh promptly, via email, unlike most other companies which will annoy the customer with repeated and unnecessary phone calls. This was followed by a survey to asses our home requirements. The surveyors (Sam and Tom) were very nice and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all our questions effectively. Installation was delayed, due to equipment taking longer than expected to clear customs; at this stage there was some lack of communication by admin staff, we had to contact the company for clarification. But, we were rewarded by a very welcome upgrade to the latest battery technology, at no change to the price. Organisation and time management of the installation process was excellent. The scaffolders arrived on time and were very good and quick. Then the electricians team arrived the following day lead by Tom. For the most part, performance was excellent. A team of a few young men arrived first in the morning, they clearly had very limited experience in the technology being installed. They also rushed to make a few drill holes in the wall/ patio which were unnecessary, but when Tom arrived a bit later he was able to put everything right and the installation went smoothly. The roofers arrived later on the same day to install the solar panels and the whole job was finished in one day. The scaffolders came back a couple of days later and took the scaffolding down in no time! All in all, a well orchestrated effort, with wich we are very pleased . Suggestion - the group of young electricians could do with some more training, particularly with regads to new tech. I am sure they have a brilliant future ahead...

I have tried to contact Warmer but put on hold for 15 minutes when a message comes on too say leave your name and phone number with a message I have done that quite a few times and no reply, I am sitting in a very cold house with very high electric bill I have complained on numerous occasions but no one wants to address the situation, I have found that warmer do not communicate very well at all I would love someone to respond so I can get this resolved .

Pleasant sales and installation staff, including the scaffolders. Got the system that I wanted following lots of exploration of available options. Unfortunately a bit of an admin nightmare - wrong MSC certificate provided, still no electrical certificate nearly 4 months later, export MPAN generated for wrong address so still unable to get an export tariff after countless emails with my electricity supplier. No response to my emails from Warmer Energy Solutions themselves

Nick came and did a full inspection for mums new boiler etc. very thorough, very pleasant and informative. Thankyou Nick

Improvements carried out to improve the energy rating of the property. Brilliant from day one. Installations completed by three days as they planned. these will make a massive difference over the winter and hopefully keep the many chest infections at bay. Everyone of their team was helpful from day one, phone calls, visits and during the installation process. To be honest I can't thank them enough as I know this will make a massive difference to my health. Thanks again Alan

These guys go well over and above what you expect from anyone. Simply cannot thank them enough. Dedicated to end. A massive thank you guys.

Absolutely Outstanding Solar Installation – Highly Recommended! From start to finish, the service from Warmer Energy has been exceptional. We had a 58-panel Solar PV system installed along with a 20kW battery storage solution, and the whole process was seamless. The initial survey was carried out by a very experienced and knowledgeable surveyor who took the time to explain everything clearly and tailored the system to suit our needs. No hard sell – just honest, helpful advice. The installation team was brilliant – professional, tidy, and knowledgable. They worked efficiently and kept us informed every step of the way. Customer service has been spot on throughout. From arranging DNO approvals to helping us register for SEG, they handled everything with minimal hassle for us. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. We’re already seeing fantastic performance from the system and having the 20kW battery has given us huge flexibility and peace of mind around energy usage and costs for our business. If you’re thinking about going solar, I can’t recommend Warmer highly enough. Great people, great products, and truly excellent service. Thank you to the whole team!

Could not fault the guys can't recommend them enough. Kept informed all the way through the installation many thanks

Had new boiler and radiators fitted good communication with team also had the pipes boxed in and the job was well done

From start to finish, I have had many chances to see a professional company at work. Communication was spot on, calls and emails to update me at every step of the way. The attention to detail in the survey was pretty eye opening and took the lad a long time to get all the information they needed. They arranged the power supply upgrade with the the power company and the day it was commissioned, they had dates in place to do the air source heat pump, panels and insulation's. The installers were knowledgeable , professional and nice. Felt at ease and safe knowing they were on top of it all, Brian and Chris were exemplary. (Maybe not the best singers, but at least their radio station choice was good). Every thought, adaption and problem solving moment was fully discussed, explained and implemented by these guys. Couldn't have wanted a better experience. Good on them, you won;t go wrong using these guys.

The worse company I’ve ever dealt with. They filled our walls with insulation and installed screen for central heating, where they damaged pipes, system was not functioning for weeks where their engineers had no idea what was going on. I called a plumber from directory as their engineers were taking few days to visit. I was told to carry the repair and send the invoice for work done which was out of working hours. Since then their behaviour changed words changed, telling me plumber said they did not provide the invoice which they are telling they did. I would never ever recommend anyone to carry any work done by these cowboys. They will do 70% work then disappear for weeks to finish the rest, and you chase them. They accept damaging items, pipes, boiler, and recommend you to carry work but at end of the day back off.

Very helpful and friendly right from the start they arrived on time were very friendly and polite worked straight through explaining everything they were doing and making sure I understood how it all worked and left no mess it was all cleaned up afterwards and got great customer service as they were very keen to make sure I was happy with the work that was done I couldn’t fault Conner and his team I would highly recommend warmer energy solutions to everyone

We have had a heat pump heating system, insolation , solar panels and inverter. these guys are professionals in all aspects from start to finish and we now have a lovely warm home . Many Thanks

Cannot recommend this company highly enough from start to finish the process was made so simple and professional application was made idiot proof which suits me fine .workforce arrived on time and worked there butt's off very polite and respectful also did great clean up job.i thought I would have to cancel work when I broke my ankle but was reassured by team it was not a problem and they where right can't believe such major work that should turn your home to turmoil was made so easy .Best company I've ever dealt with .thankyou to everyone involved .liz

Excellent from start to finish! From the original survey, the claim process, the installation all went like clockwork. Communicated well at all stages. All the tradesmen did a great job. They accommodated new fittings with the minimum of upheaval. Well done!

We initially had delays in getting communication updates, which I believe is down to the take up volume of for the government EC04 grant. We first applied back in September 2023 and now June 2024 we are nearing installation. Sean and Soloman have communicated well since we have been placed in the pipeline of installation. We were pleased to be able to pay an additional cost to have a solar battery system, rather than the solar only system, which I thank them for their flexibility. We are nearing getting the heat pump and solar fitted.

Dear Warmer Energy Team, I wanted to express my gratitude and satisfaction for the outstanding service and quality of work provided by your team during the installation of our heat source pump, new radiators, and solar panels. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step of the process was handled with utmost professionalism and expertise. The installation team was punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. They ensured that the work was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to our daily routine which was completed over a two-day period. The new heating system and solar panels will contribute to saving energy and helping the UK use more greener energy, and we are looking forward to a significant improvement in our home's energy efficiency and comfort. The team's attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service truly exceeded my expectations and there are no worlds to express my gratitude. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Warmer Energy Solutions who are seeking energy-efficient home solutions. Thank you once again for your excellent service. We look forward to enjoying the benefits of our new energy systems for many years to come. Now we need to get the solar panels connected to an energy company so as to start saving money on the electricity bills to come. Massive thanks to Sam, Connor and Jamie including the rest of the team! Kindest regards, Alan Brown

Warmer Energy Solutions installed our heat pump and solar panels in December. During the installation an engineer fell through the master bedroom ceiling. Fair enough accidents happen. I was told to send the invoice through and I would be reimbursed. This never happened despite repeated requests. The following night we were awoken by a very loud bang at around 2am. Followed by another several hours later. This was one of many issues reported that have never been fixed. It was suggested the pump speed was too high and needed reducing. Did Warmer Energy Solutions send someone to do this? Of course not. I had to pay an electrician to do it. This didn’t resolve the issue which has been identified as water hammer due to poor installation. We had to change the times to heat the water during the day so it “bangs” when we’re at work. I expect one day this will blow a joint and flood my house. We’re not done yet! The system has broken down due no less than 30 times since installation. No I’m not exaggerating, I really wish I was. The solution was to tell me how to reset the system myself. No engineer has been to try and identify the issue. In January I noticed a wet patch on the kitchen ceiling. They hadn’t tightened the Mag filter sufficiently. Most likely the first casualty of the water hammer, probably not the last. Despite the number of issues we’ve had, Warner Energy Solutions have not refund a penny to me nor sent an engineer back to fix the system which has already passed the projected annual running costs after less than 6 months. Pretty ridiculous given the very mild winter we’ve had this year. Don’t bother trying to get in touch with support either. You might get a reply to 1 in 10 emails, none of which will be remotely useful in any way.

I Have had Warmer Energy Solutions Limited carry out the installation of a new heating system. The work was carried out by engineers David and Stephen. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and i am impressed by the expertise and understanding of the installation team. A thoroughly good and positive experience and i would recommend their work strongly.

Did heat pump and solar panels very quick at what they do, the workmen cleaned up after the job.

Warmer Energy solutions was amazing, they installed a heat pump and solar panels for us, our life changed, the house is warm and and very comfortable, the hot water is brilliant, the work was done very professionally and fast and efficient, the company is very helpful, specially Solomon I can't thank him enough he is brilliant, thank you very much. Zeyad , aster.

Well I can't fault them in any way. The installation went as planned and the fitters are very professional . Very pleased with all aspects of this service. Thanks Sam

Dave from Warmer Energy Solutions visited us today to carry out the initial survey for installing Air source heating under ECO4. Unlike other companies that have visited, he was clearly very knowledgeable about everything and explained what would be involved in fitting the system. Details of pipes, tanks, where things would have to go and the implications/problems of putting them there. His honest approach has enabled us to make an informed decision on how to proceed. We are very grateful. Thankyou

Fantastic service from Warmer Energy Solutions, from my first call through to installation they have worked hard and been professional. The team have explained everything to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

The company have changed the my life and my house! Hated the winters, enormous bills on Electric only heating. I qualified for full new Air source heating and solar! For start to finish they keep my informed! Great to work with. Installation was excellent and the couple days of upheaval so worth it. Bills are less than half and my whole house is warm all day/night! Fantastic!

All the workmen were polite and helpful. All the mess was cleaned up each day. Out of all ghezworkmen we have had over the last 30 months these were by far the best. Would definitely recommend Warmer energy to friends and family.

We got our air pump and radiators installed efficiently in a couple of days with solar panels as well. Still to see how the heating works in colder weather and a couple of snagging issues still to sort. Water pressure needs regulated as the shower has too much cold, and there is no remote control we can use via an app because water has to be controlled in a panel in the garage. Not ideal but hoping to be able to upgrade the Honeywell thermostat sometime. Good team of workers to get the install done.

Very good company to deal with, the fitters Mike, Eddy and Brian worked really hard and stayed a few hours past their time to get the job completed. They did a brilliant job. The heat pump is working well and it’s great to have hot water all day! There were some manufacturing issues with the tank but warmer energy solutions dealt with it and fixed any problems efficiently. They keep you well notified along the way. We had the cavity walls filled, trickle vents and solar panels fitted as well. Everything is completed to a very high standard and works brilliantly. I highly recommend warmer energy solutions if you’re thinking of upgrading your heating system. The house has never been so warm! Following on from this, the repairs that need doing have not been done yet. This company though did an excellent job installing everything, once that’s done communication stops and they don’t get back to you. I message every week and every week they say they will get back to me they don’t. Disappointing customer service after installation, seems that once they get their money they’re done with you.

Absolutely fantastic service, the install team Chris and Eddie were first class and never stopped, these guys are amazing. The build guality and attention to detail is superb. Nothing was to much trouble. Always polite and helpful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Customer service from the management team was also first class.

Excellent services and great repairs. The team listens to what you need and they handle it professional and are on time every time we needed them. Would highly recommend

The install team were great and customer service provided excellent support. Very professional service throughout. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Had the hybrid pump fitted in Feb and already feeling the benefits in savings. Great service, great lads, kept fully informed of the installation process from start to finish. Installation went well, lads all cleared up after themselves. Had a good laugh with them as well. Didn't cost us a bean to get the works done either. Thanks Warmer Energy.

Chris and Brian were always on time and left my house neat and tidy at end of the day. Very friendly couple of guys. I was kept well informed by Garvan and Solomon of what was happening every step of the way. Chris ensured I was familiar with the way my heating worked and left all the co tact number i case I should need them. Very impressed with this company from start to finish.

Professional firm. would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Just had a full installation of complete new system. An air source heat pump along with new radiators and pipework. Eveyone involved were fantastic from start to finish. The 2 plumbers, did a full week's work in just 2 days. They were pleasant and hard working. The electricians were in and out in just 2 hrs. I was really worried about getting this done as I knew it would be a big upheaval but it was totally worth it. My house has never been warmer. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks so much. Karen

Ever agreed to something not fully understand it that was me a month ago . From the surveyor coming out to the system getting approved and fitted it only took two weeks. The plumbers who came out to do the system I can't speak highly enough of them (Mike and Eddy) both boys went above and beyond what they needed to especially taking care that my 80 year old mother was warm enough during the installation. On the second day two very nice electricians came and again they were absolutely brilliant explaining the system how it works and how to get the best and cheapest running costs and for even explaining how solar panels would benefit the house hold. Even on the completion of the job and despite having a five hour journey back to Manchester (in live in Scotland) Eddy made sure that my coal buckets were filled and logs brought in to make sure mam was warm while the system started to work. Mike even phone up the following morning on his way to his next job to make sure I had operated the system correctly and mam and I had been warm enough. As for the system this has taken a week to work out what is the best and cheapest options and can't recommend it enough cleaner than the old big log burner (less dusting) One very satisfied customer

Very disappointed with this company I haven’t had a full working heating system since mid December constantly ignored me finally attended last week just to be told they can’t fix it & to call daikin which I did & they can’t reach the system as it was installed too high up & they said it should have never been installed this way in the first place. Now me and my family don’t have no hot water or heating for over a month. Worst company also it’s the 3rd time in less than 2 years. Very unprofessional & not helpful at all.

We had an air source heat pump system installed. The fitters worked in freezing weather to get our system up and running as soon as possible. They were polite and friendly. I would without a doubt recommend this company to anyone .

I had a heat pump installation done and from the start I had excellent service, from the plumbers, electrician and the office staff all gave top class service. I must give the plumbers extra top marks as their job wasn't an easy one with a lot of problems to overcome, however throughout the process they remained chatty and answered all my questions. Top marks to the entire team. Well done.

Excellent service and very impressed with my new Air Source Heat Pump Installation plus radiators that have transformed my cold home into a very cosy one, the build quality of the components are top quality, I would certainly recommend Warmer Energy Solutions Limited to anyone.

We recently had a new boiler and radiators fitted throughout the house. The engineers communicated well, arrived on time and did a great job. We are really pleased with the results.

Faulty boiler, number not contactable.

Had the air source heat pump fitted. Service was excellent from beginning to end and a coupon of issues I had were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. The two chaps who fitted the heat pump were fantastic and made sure I was fully informed of everything they were doing. They were a pleasure to have in my home. Good communication with the company throughout the whole process.

So I wasn't sure when this company reached out to me if they were legit! In fact I'd registered for the government eco green grant and this was the company pulling it all together for Eon. After asking them about a billion questions and (bless them) they calmly and diligently explained about the funding, heat pumps, hybrids, grants and everything that goes with it, I now have a MUCH more eco friendly and fabulous system installed in my property thanks to these guys! It's fricking BRILLIANT and all because of this company doing all the leg work so perfectly. Honestly, I scoured the internet and was freaking out before signing a contract with them, I mean that's scary right?! And yet IMO they are the most lovely, real technically driven team I've probably ever worked with!! Garvan, Sol, Sean and the technical installers too and Dave the structural engineer, I would rate them 10 stars if I could. If anyone wants to reach out to me please do - this company is too busy getting on with making sure customers are looked after and happy to be checking their online presence so I find it my pleasure to let you know what the process is like with this company. A+++++ (like their heat pump systems!) 😄👌👍

My boiler is faulty and under warranty I cant contact anyone Disgusted
