Omer and his team were reliable, responsive and turned docs around within 24 hours. Would recommend.

Smooth and hassle-free installation of the new boiler. The engineer was punctual, professional, and made sure everything was tidy before leaving. Really pleased with the quality of work—great service all around. Friendly and knowledgeable engineer.

Emergency boiler repair. They came quickly and repaired the boiler without any fuss. Friendly and efficient - I would recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. I booked the appointment through Omer, who was incredibly helpful and managed to fit us in for a same-day assessment. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and ensured we received the certificate promptly. A very efficient and professional experience—highly recommended. Will definitely be using their services again!

I found this company on line to carry out an electric and gas certification . Never used the firm before so had low expectations- the process however was v quick and easy, I had an immediate response, clear quote, and the engineers came exactly when expected- calling when on their way. Both engineers were very nice, did their inspections quickly without a fuss and were very professional. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, speed and value for money. Will certainly use again. Thank you Omer.

I was grateful for the speedy response to my request for a gas safety check a rental property. They were prompt with good communication

Excellent Service, I needed a EICR and Gas certificate carried out and both were arranged on the same day and both arrived early/on time. Communication was excellent too. Would definitely recommend

Very prompt and professional—definitely a company that remembers the importance of customer service. Recommended

Great service.. from the start to finish I was helped from the staff to the engineer.. supplied and installed the boiler and I’m glad I used this company.. honest and reliable

Great service! on time, great communication, professional service and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great service, for EPC and Gas Certificate. Engineers were prompt and professional. Will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Arrived in time slot they said they would (believe me when I say this was rare as I’d been let down previously). Their engineer Naaem did a thorough inspection and also pointed out areas for improvement (I live in a 30 yr old building so some features aren’t up to modern specs). Sent cert I needed as soon as I paid online. Why isn’t everyone like this?

Great service - would definitely recommend. 10/10 communication. I needed a gas certificate and electrical safety inspection, and both were completed very quickly (within less than 1 week of enquiring). Very quick and professional service.

Fantastic customer service. Prompt, efficient, reliable, with clear and effective communication throughout! Would definitely recommend this organisation. Thank you to Omer!
