Very happy with the service, thank you

I had a great experience with MA Electricals. They helped resolve an issue with my boiler quickly and professionally, and also installed a Nest thermostat for me. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the Nest system works so I could get the most out of it. The installation was neat and tidy, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s always reassuring to deal with a company that is reliable, efficient, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. I would definitely recommend MA Electricals to anyone needing electrical or heating-related work.

Amazing service!! Very kind and caring people who want the best for you and will ensure they work around your budget.

Outstanding Honesty and Quality Work - Highly Recommended! I cannot recommend MA Electricals & Gas Works LTD highly enough, specifically the engineer, Mustaq and Sharjeel. I have worked with at least 8-10 gas and electrical engineers over the years, and sadly, most of them were dishonest or tried to cheat on the work they performed, leading to constant, expensive repairs. Mustaq, however, is a breath of fresh air—he is the most honest and trustworthy professional I have ever dealt with. His quality of work is truly exceptional. When he completed my new boiler installation and power flush, everything was done perfectly. More importantly, he goes above and beyond to be an ethical engineer, actively looking for ways to save you money wherever possible. MA Electricals & Gas Works LTD is 100% recommended. Mustaq is now my permanent, go-to person for all future electric and gas work. If you value honesty, quality, and fair pricing, look no further.

Polite and friendly, explained everything they did and showed us how the boiler and thermostat worked. Clean and professional work.

I recently had a new boiler fitted and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the installation professionally. The work was tidy, efficient, and completed faster than I expected. My heating and hot water are now working perfectly, and they even took the time to walk me through the controls and make sure I understood how everything worked before leaving. Overall, great service, fair pricing, and genuine peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler or heating work done.

Had a new boiler installed today and these gentlemen were fantastic! Very friendly, efficient, and informative! Even cleaned up afterwards, took the old boiler and cardboard out to the bins, & gave us some great tips! Will definitely go straight to them for any future servicing / issues as they were very professional. Thank you!

I found this company to be very experienced and I was very happy with all work done also very. Happy with the prices.

I needed to have my boiler replaced, the engineers were very transparent about cost and estimated timeframes, alongside with recommending a great boiler with extended warranty. The quotation was instant over a call and in less than a few days, I had the new boiler fitted and functioning (they picked it up from the store instead of delivery to save time)! Great service and quick, efficient installation in this cold weather!

The service was excellent and thoroughly professional. Mr Mustaq and his son Sharjeel provided a top-notch service. I had a Worcester Bosch 4000 green Combi boiler installed today, and everything was done perfectly. They know how to install it correctly according to Worcester’s specific instructions. I will definitely recommend them to my family. Thank you!

I can't praise Mushtaq enough. He visited to rectify a dangerously fitted boiler installed by another company. His knowledge and skills were first class, his work ethics were outstanding, stayed late until everything was made safe. He is a very tidy and thoughtful worker, sheets layed down to protect all my floors and surfaces. He talked me through all his work so I could understand what he was doing. He completed electrics, gas safety work, pipe work. He has skills in all areas. Can't recommend him enough. I'm so happy with his work, very professional. Would use this company again.

Subject: Installer Feedback – Ongoing Boiler Installation Hi I met the installer and his son on Friday when they came to prepare the foundation for the boiler. They decided to fill the flue hole with bricks, mortar, and concrete to create a secure base for installation. They were very organised, arrived on time, and agreed to return once the foundation had dried. They are now in the process of installing the boiler. Once the installation is complete, I will be happy to provide feedback—I’m already very pleased with the quality of their work so far. There was a remaining piece of MDF board that allowed the top up water door to close properly. They’ve promised to reinstall it, which is a great improvement. It means the kitchen will return to its integrated look, and I won’t need to worry about finding matching wallpaper for the old boxing around the boiler. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the job so far. Please send me any feedback forms to complete once the work is fully finished, ideally by the end of the day. Kind regards, Esfandiar

Ahmad is God sent. Very reliable and highly professional. I called him to fix an electrical fault. He fixed the fault and I am happy with his work. He is very reliable and helpful and you can count on him. I will definitely use him in the future. He certainly knows what he is doing.
