SJG Electrical Contractors were recommended to me after a really stressful experience with a previous electrical company who replaced my consumer unit but left the main safety issue unresolved. I was getting tingling/buzzing sensations when touching my laptop and other metal-cased appliances and honestly felt worried in my own home. From the start, Stephen, Finley and the team were kind, patient and genuinely reassuring. They listened properly, explained everything clearly, and took my safety concerns seriously. Finley was thorough and professional, found the real issue, fixed the earthing properly, tested everything, and the problem stopped straight away. They also provided a clear report which really helped me. Pricing was fair, workmanship was excellent, and I finally feel safe again. Thank you so much to Stephen, Finley and the whole SJG team. Flawless services My wife and I were concerned that the work we required within the property would disrupt the care systems we rely on a 24/7 basis. SJG electrical attended without hesitation to asses the situation without needing us to provide photos/videos(like how they did it in the old days) It felt like their first priority what to see how they could help…instead of chasing money. Due to the nature of my wife’s condition, I’m not going to indulge this review with the works carried out. All I can say is, SJG have allowed us not only to live in comfort, but care for each due to our circumstances. Other companies quoted over 150% more than what we paid.

Steve and Dwyane installed electric into our newly built summer house. They were tidy, polite, professional and a pleasure to have complete work for us. SJG were approachable, reasonably priced and professional, they provided a great service and went above and beyond. They explained what they had done, discussed with me if they needed to do further electrics and explained why. I was able to get the whole circui board up to the legislation requirements and certified. I felt involved in the whole process and Stephen was contactable and responded quick to my queries.
