James Vaughan

Completely incompetent, lacks any manners and communication skills! If you wish to waste your time and money - go to this man. I never imagined a property transaction could be so unpleasant and stressful.

James is knowledgable, trustworthy and experienced. He’s always available and very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommended.

James is the epitome of professionalism and knowledge. His decades of experience put him leagues ahead of anyone else in the industry and any time we ever need his advice and help, he is always our go to and never lets us down - he goes above and beyond every time. I wish every experience could be this seamless, James comes with the highest recommendation from us.

James helped me find a home to rent in Knightsbridge. I found the experience to be absolutely painless and found James to be very knowledgeable about the area and a thorough professional, he is always willing to help whenever we face any issues. Absolute pleasure to deal with and we are now on the hunt to find a permanent home and the properties James shows me are often off market, he has great access to properties before they come to market. Always willing to guide me on prices and help me try to secure a deal, I would highly recommend.

Very efficient and professional. I have a lot of experience dealing with estate agents, but James Vaughan Properties is something unique. James helped with supervising contractors and indeed found wonderful tenants for 2 properties I own. I now deal with James on exclusive basis because I get the best services from him.
