Recently I've had a visit from one of niblock's engineers for electrical safety check . I was impressed how kind , professional and well tidy he is , he made sure everything is explained during the process , changed some smoke alarms and bathroom light . I was a bit shock he even hoovered the areas he worked in . I don't remember his name but he was a turkish fella . Definitely they deserve 5 star .

Serious Warning about NIBlock Electricals: This is a strong warning about the absolutely unacceptable conduct of Niblock Electrical. Their behavior during a recent job was nothing short of appalling. Their staff crossed multiple professional and ethical boundaries, demonstrating egregious misconduct in our tenants' homes. They made unacceptable derogatory comments about living conditions and, most disturbingly, threatened forced entry into private residences where women and children live. Such intimidating behavior is completely inexcusable. The level of disrespect shown to our tenants was shocking. Any company entering residential properties should understand basic principles of privacy, respect, and professional conduct – Niblock Electricals demonstrated none of these fundamental standards. I am documenting this experience to strongly warn other business owners and property managers: Do NOT engage with this company. Their conduct was beyond unprofessional and caused significant distress to our tenants. There are numerous reputable electrical companies available who understand and respect professional boundaries and basic human dignity. This is not a matter of poor service – it's about completely unacceptable behavior that no business or resident should ever have to experience.

I feel compelled to write this as a public service announcement for any business owners considering NIBLOCK ELECTRICAL SERVICES LTD. PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. One of their electricians was sent to perform a routine check on a few flats we manage, and what followed was nothing short of appalling. I received a frantic call from my tenants reporting that the electrician was verbally abusive, forced their way into private living quarters, and made overtly racist comments towards them. The tenants were understandably distraught, and I have since received video evidence corroborating their claims. Even with just a brief review of the recordings, it is painfully clear that this individual behaved in an unprofessional, abusive, and discriminatory manner, invading the tenants' privacy in an unforgivable way. Even more appalling, we received a report of the same electrician entering a sleeping woman’s room without her consent—an inexcusable and deeply disturbing violation. In all my years of managing properties, this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any tradesperson. Their conduct was abhorrent, and their disregard for basic decency and respect is unacceptable. BE WARNED.

Rob and Kai attended promptly at the agreed time which made the appointment stress free from the off! They were both non-judgemental, friendly and clearly explained the process.

On 10/12/21, we had an appointment for electrical test and changing old circuit part. The engineer was on time. He said did the job and tested. However during Saturday and Sunday one electrical line button keep cutting off and we tried to push it up and cut off again I had my daughter and her very young children overnight and it was nightmare.

Very impressed by the Niblock electrical engineer who upgraded at my address in Croydon.
