Great service. Doing this sort of work for a band can be a faff (and required after hours. But we were really well looked after and all equipment was sorted efficiently. As a bonus the engineer (Brian) was super chatty, and had some great stories to share.

The recent PAT test carried out by Office Test at our 55+ shelter was thorough and efficient. The tests ensured that all electrical appliances in the facility were safe and compliant.
Office test have been great whenever we have used them for various things at the charity where I work. They have delivered excellent First Aid training to our staff, regularly do PAT testing at a time that suits us. Staff always on hand at the office to deal with any queries and they keep in touch during any ongoing jobs. Would recommend and intend to continue using in the future.

Do not let these incompetent useless pat testers near your fire alarm or fire extinguishers they have no idea what they're doing. Leave the fire industry to the experts not these pat testers who saw pound signs and thought they’d try it.
Horrible company, definitely AVOID! Engineers are all self employed, underpaid, abused and forced into taking horrible jobs ! even though they’re self employed they get threatened with no work by their operations team when they reject a job that is not cost effective for them! Horrible management! Definitely avoid their two faced, operations manager called Sam who likes playing the boss game and mistreating their engineers! The guys are just awesome, every time I call them they resolve the stuff quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.
I recently had Covid, Fire, H&S and Legionella risk assessments done by Office Test. The consultants were extremely knowledgeable in all the latest requirements and helped me to get my business compliant. My account manager Will was so pleasant and couldn’t have done more to help me. I will definitely be using again and will trial them for my upcoming electrical tests.
Don’t believe the customer testimonies on the website. I’ve been trying to use their services for the last three days. Atrocious. They handle customer queries worse than Boris has handled the pandemic.
Worst service ever!!! so terrible!!! avoid!!! I've had less stress in my life and growing up we used to fight bears for ownership of the cave >:(
Avoid at all costs! So unhelpful, they do not resolve your problem
