Very professional service and attitude. Ryan is a great engineer with a great electrical knowledge. Helpful & friendly. Highly recommended

We recently re modeled our kitchen and found Ryan locally in Lavenham to handle all the electrical work. We can highly recommend Ryan, the work he completed was to an extremely high standard. The lighting under cabinet has been done so well, everyone who has seen it has been impressed. I've seen lots of under cabinet lighting that looks tacky but Ryan's understanding of not only everything electrical but also how to use lighting, has improved the look of our kitchen. We will definitely use Ryan for any future electrical work. Oh, and he is an extremely nice guy, which helps when doing any building work. Gary

Ryan and Luke are always very helpful. I only ever call RB Response and have only used these guys for the last few years

Highly recommend this company! Ryan was quick to get me booked in for an EICR, and I received a full report less than 24 hours after he conducted the test, alongside photographs explaining the different areas. Quick to respond to my queries and a great price when comparing to other companies. Thank you so much Ryan for your professional and efficient service!

Really pleased with Ryan’s work. He’s considerate, friendly, reasonably priced and very good at his trade. We will certainly use Ryan whenever we need any electrical work done and that will be very soon 😁

Initially the job was just to install a cooker but ended up being a complete overhaul of our electric system, including a panel upgrade. Ryan was great throughout, very professional and quick to respond to messages. The work was done in a reasonable timeframe given some other unavoidable delays and we’re happy with everything. We would definitely recommend RB Response and use them in the future.

Ryan has done a few jobs for us over the past few months and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. We always get a prompt response and professional results every time.

Excellent service by both Ryan and Luke. Would highly recommend RB Response for your electrical needs!

Fast response and professional service. Highly recommend Ryan

We couldn’t have had a quicker response than from Ryan at RB Response Ltd. I rang just after 9:00 am , explained our problem, had a quote within minutes and he was here at 11:00. Ryan diagnosed our RCD problem and was finished by 12:00! Friendly, efficient and expert service from Ryan at reasonable cost. We highly recommend RB Response Ltd.

Professional and reliable electricians Ryan and his team have never let me down.

Finally an electrician I can trust. Ryan was great, professional and troubleshooted my issues at home reliably. Speedy responses and as an added bonus, he’s a perfectionist! Highly recommend if you want the job done effectively and efficiently.

Excellent service. Very prompt response (as in the company name), and speedily ordered and fitted the parts. Courteous and friendly. Did a very satisfactory job and I highly recommend them.

Called RB Response - very quick to organise coming out to sort out the problem! Very reasonable! Will definitely use again!

We struggled to find someone available to fix our cooker extractor, and Ryan responded very quickly on Monday afternoon, quoted different options for replacement, ordered a new unit and fitted on Wednesday morning. We are very happy with his work and particularly pleased with his very prompt response.

I can highly recommend RB Response Ltd. We have used them for many of our electrical refits new and old. Their level of service is top notch. Reliable, on time and on they stick to price quoted. This is a rare find at the moment. We will never use anyone else as we trust them implicitly.

RB Response Ltd is one of the most professional and dedicated electrician company I have ever come across. Ryan’s quality of work can hardly be matched by others and the end result stands out every single time. I have no hesitation in recommending Ryan.
