A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Neil from Surrey Electrical Services Ltd finally came to my house to quote and left telling me "I'll send you a quote later". A few days later I'd still heard nothing so sent Neil a message politely asking how he was doing with the estimate. it has now been almost 2 weeks and I've heard absolutely nothing. Unnecessary and unprofessional!
Not happy with this company as the made an appointment to come to my house to sort out an electrical problem and a week later still waiting and no explanation by phone or text. Fortunately I have found someone else.
