I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service recently rendered. It has come to my attention that during service interventions, there is a discernible lack of care afforded to household furnishings. Furthermore, it appears that during periods of high demand, under-qualified personnel are deployed, who subsequently attempt to resolve issues remotely. Despite being charged professional rates, the service resulted in damage to my switchboard. Rather than presenting options for replacement, compensation, or a discount, the damaged component was merely repaired with an adhesive. This level of service is unacceptable, particularly when compounded by the unprofessional conduct exhibited by one of your representatives. As a result, I will no longer be engaging your services, nor can I recommend them to others, given the financial expenditure and the damage incurred to household items.
I am absolutely thrilled with the ground spotlights Emin from MEK Electrician installed in our front and back gardens. The lights look amazing and have completely transformed my home. The project ended up being a bit bigger than I first anticipated, but Emin went the extra mile to get it all done perfectly. He was friendly, professional, and took it all in his stride. Contacted Muhammed on a Wednesday for an EICR; inspection done Thursday, all remedial work (gas bonding, water bonding, cooker MCB) completed Friday afternoon, and a Satisfactory EICR issued the same evening. Clear written communication throughout, transparent about findings with proper classification codes, fixed price held with no extras, and well documented work. NAPIT registered. Would happily use again and recommend.

Came to do the electrics in my kitchen as part of a refurbishment. Didn’t know what to expect but have received excellent service, throughout. Worked late into Saturday evening to get the job finished. Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Totally recommend.
Replied to a a call out on a Sunday afternoon to fix fault in old kitchen circuit. Identified issue quickly and put in place a fix that allowed us to have all functioning again by that evening. Returned the following evening to finish the work and install an external pipe to fix faulty section of ring. Was fast at work and friendly
Excellent service from MEK Electrical! I had an emergency situation and he responded very quickly. He even guided me via video call to temporarily restore power in my kitchen until he could attend in person. Really helpful, professional, and reliable. I cannot highly recommend Mek Electrical Services enough! Emin responded to my text message promptly and we were able to arrange the job for the same day. Great work! Super friendly and reliable guy who does a great job. He always tidies up any mess created before leaving too. Neat work, ensures good quality and goes the extra mile to ensure clients are happy! Fixed my shower, extractor fan, fuse board and lots of other things and will likely be back to fulfill other electrical work in the home. Would definitely recommend!
