PSC Electrical London Limited

Fitted a charger for an electric car and updated our fuse box

Punctual, helpful in explaining work required. Happy to use again

The work completed at The Croydon Smile Hub was exceptional and carried out to a very high professional standard. PSC Electrical delivered on everything they promised and exceeded expectations. Their team arrived within the scheduled time window, completed the work to an excellent standard, and left the premises exactly as they found it, clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and professional electrical service. Kind regards, Troy Davis

Although Phil didn't come to the house, he provided invaluable advice which allowed us to fix a problem with our fusebox. He was very patient and supportive over the phone and furnished us with a helpful video to diagnose and resolve the problem. And there was no charge when there was clearly money to be made. I will certainly be using Phil for any future electrical work.

I've now used PSC Electrical twice and both times have been excellent. The team are courteous, efficient and friendly. They do a professional and thorough job, and are happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

PSC Electrical are a highly professional service. We were able to ring and ask for advice in advance, book in for a specified time slot, and pay by bank transfer once an invoice had been issued. We asked them to install our new oven, swap out a couple of light switches, and install a new extractor fan for the bathroom. The work they did was high quality, and we will be using them going forwards in the future.

Second time I've used these guys and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent same-day service, Marshall was a friendly and efficient guy, kept me informed all the way and knew exactly what to do.

A fantastic experience with PSC Electrical! Did not have to wait long for an appointment at all and they started the job earlier than expected. Marshall did a fabulous job, he was knowledgeable, clean, neat, efficient and very polite. I would highly recommend their services

Had two large light fixtures that required removal and replacing with standard pendants. They did everything quickly , cleanly to a high standard. Would highly recommend!

A truly fantastic experience with PSC Electrical! They were great at communicating, and I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. The electricians were excellent; knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Highly recommend!

Hired for a full rewire a few months back. After them, our plasterer messed up a few things and some of our lights stopped working. PSC came out really quickly, fixed everything and only charged for the call-out fee. Highly recommend

Phil was very responsive and detailed when we approached PSC for our solar panel, battery and EV charger installation. The team working on our property were courteous and patient when working around our home working and children, giving us plenty of heads up of any disruption periods or upcoming noise. The system has been running now for several months without issue, after being guided through the setup. If you want the absolute cheapest you find it elsewhere but if you want piece of mind and value we would highly recommend PSC.

Mitchell and George were absolutely fantastic. Worked effectively and quickly. Cleaned up and were very helpful. I could hear Mitchell teaching George, hopefully training the next generation of excellent elections

The team at PSC Electrical London Ltd were fabulous when we asked them to install an EV charger. Phil was very quick to arrange a remote survey plus he helped us obtain a grant. He has clearly built up a very successful business over the years. Marshall did a great job of the installation and was very tidy and courteous. Sharon was efficient and speedy to book everything in so quickly and adds a touch of class to the whole process. Highly recommended!!

Happy to recommend PSC Electrical, they’ve done a few jobs for us over the years including installing spotlights, changing smoke alarms etc. Reliable with good availability and fine workmanship.

My previous solar installer had stopped responding about an issue with my solar optimisers and inverter not working. PSC Electrical did a great job with the repair and working with SolarEdge to find out what the issue was, and replacing the part that caused it. Would highly recommend them.

Brilliant and would highly recommend

Quick quote and quick scheduling. Paid a deposit. Marshall turned up on time. He was courteous and professional and diligently set about the works agreed. Tidied up after the work and left. Invoiced less deposit. Pleased with prices quoted and work done. I will definitely use PSC again and have no reservation recommending them. Thank you Phil of PSC.

Poor service and dishonest. Had to hire someone else to complete the job. Beware.

Disappointing. I hired this company three times and they were absolutely fine the first two times, and then on the third occasion they came back to correct something they had done wrong, and the electrician didn't cover the work surface and has ended up scratching a wooden table. This would have been annoying but fixable with an apology or offer of compensation, but the extremely rude 'director' Philip refused to engage with me and accused me of lying to get out of the bill. Actually we paid the invoice in the end in recognition that the work was done. But given there is little other recourse for us we have been forced to leave a negative review, though I expect someone from the company will suggest that this is 'fake'. A careless and slapdash company with poor customer service and a terrible attitude towards addressing valid concerns.

We needed an EVSE installed so that could charge our electric car. This had become a nightmare of electricians turning up and sucking air through their teeth because of "complexity" and other online firms who wanted a Steven Spielberg photo and video shoot, supported by maps and diagrams of our house layout. And when provided, they wanted even more, then eventually tell us that they weren't interested. So, we wanted an EVSE charger installed in our detached garage. The consumer unit that needed to be connected to is under the staircase in the middle of our house. This would involve crawling under the floor to pull the cable through. Different maybe, but "complex"? Err, no. And then we found PSC Electrical London Ltd on the web. No photos, videos, diagrams or maps required. Phil actually took the trouble to pay a visit and he was just great. No issues, no problem crawling under the floor, no problem installing the unit in the garage where we wanted it. He calculated a price there and then, excellent. The formal estimate arrived online, deposit paid and install booked the following week. On the day of the install, Dean and Marshall arrived on time. Two really friendly and professional guys who did a fantastic job, no complaints, just got on with what need to be done and polite and communicative as well. Brilliant. The install was just so neat, and they cleaned up immaculately at the end, garage as well! I have no hesitation in recommending these guys and the fact that they do all other electrical work as well, they are in my contacts list for any future electrical work. Thanks guys, brilliant!!

Philip was very knowledge and extremely helpful in sorting out our electrical problem. Thank you

Very pleased. I engaged the service to install 2 outside wall lights. Was super professional and did the job thoroughly and efficiently. Also cleaned up all the waste etc. pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use the service when I need in the future

Excellent. Fast and professional service

Excellent, trouble-free installation of solar panels. The engineers were lovely; explained everything. At the end there was no sign that they had been here. All mess cleared up and all surfaces cleaned and made good.

Very happy with the work done. Dean was extremely helpful and I thank him for getting the job done so professionally.

Quick call out and resolution of the problem - brilliant service, thank you

All the reviews below are fake from competitors read the comments they all seem to be very similar and the names of the supposed clients are all fake not English names completely fabricated. This is a good company 👌

I’ve used PSC many times for a number of domestic and commercial electrical pieces of work (including installation of solar panels). They communicate well (from office to onsite) are always professional, prompt, experienced and lovely to have around. They are not the cheapest and wouldn't expect them to be given the high quality of service and work carried out - the cost is well earned - You get what you pay for! Highly recommend and I will continue to have them as my No 1. electrical contractors for years to come. Great service from top man “Phil”, all office staff and the team on site. Brilliant.

I couldn't believe how quickly this all happened. The time from my original email to all panels being installed was around 2 weeks. Phil and his team were great, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. There was no upselling - just an honest assessment of what was needed. Communication excellent, and the system seems to be working great. Thanks all!

I would recommend PSC Electrical to my friends and family. The work was carried out brilliant staff were great and very helpful clean tidy I wish all firm would work like PSC Staff thank you Phil

The electrician did not respond to attempts to communicate. He didn't return my calls or texts and left my kitchen in a state of disarray.

All round professional service - great communication allowing an urgent wiring issue to be resolved within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

PSC installed our solar panels and batteries a couple of years ago. They were courteous, punctual, and provided excellent service. Recently, we decided to add more batteries to our system. I spoke to Phil on Monday afternoon, and by lunchtime on Wednesday, the batteries were installed! The engineer remained friendly and professional throughout. I highly recommend using PSC.

Highly recommend. Absolutely fantastic, I'll happily use PSC Electrical for any future work. Excellent customer service, friendly, professional and they did a superb job. Couldn't ask for more.

Great service, thorough and transparent with their explanation of the works. Would highly recommend. Thank you

I absolutely recommend P S C! The team that came out to do the work were punctual and professional, took the time to move/cover any furniture and answered any questions we had even unrelated to the job at hand. Very happy with the end result too!

Really good. Did an efficient job, checked all decisions with me and made some clever suggestions for how to implement our fan.

Pax are great to deal with they turn up on time and are very professional and polite replaced a dimmer switch and double socket for me . I have used them a couple of times and will do so again.

Amazing with the neat and fast installations! Great work! Very knowledgeable with their work!

Great service, very quick job. Would definitely recommend

Prompt and professional service. Pleased with the result and would use them again.

Very quick to respond. Great friendly staff and electricians. Thank you.

Just had solar panels installed by the company. From the start they were very efficient, arrived when they said they would, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and were always happy to tell me what was happening. Since then the panels have worked perfectly and I can wholeheartedly recommend PSC Electrical.

Amazing service. Phil went out of his way to teach us what to do next time after fixing our problem. Would definitely recommend!

We needed an emergency call out one evening at my in-laws as there were some electrical issues which could have resulted in the loss of food in two fridge freezers. Phil gave us an ETA and duly arrived right on time. After a quick discussion he took a look at the consumer box and the flipped the tripping RCD back and like magic it started behaving itself again! We thought what a waste of Phil's time, but he felt more guilty than us because in his opinion he'd done nothing useful and insisted on waving his callout fee. Of course my elderly in-laws were full of gratitude for his act of kindness. Whilst we waited for something to go wrong (it didn't!) I had the opportunity to chat with Phil. I can honestly say he's a top man, full of useful info and a super genuine guy all round. I can't recommend him and his firm enough! Top, top service all round, thanks!

Their electricians did a very good job and were very helpful. Greatly recommended!

PSC Electrical did our solar installation. Phillip was very knowledgeable and friendly, the install went smoothly and we’ve had the panels and battery for a year now, and they’re great.

First came to review what a previous electrician had done and confirmed my suspicions that they had done half a job and left my fusebox in a dangerous state. PSC Electrical came quickly to resolve the situation, fixed the original problem, and informed me every step of the way what they were doing in terms I could understand. Wish I went to them first and have recommended them to everyone in my building. Great service!

Duncan identified a nick in the switch line of my bathroom within 15 minutes. He was friendly and efficient and my tenant was happy. I will hire these guys again for sure. Thanks for the speedy fix PSC!

I've chosen PSC Electrical to install PV panels and battery storage in my victorian terrace. My experience with PSC was fantastic from start to finish. The consultation with Philip was in-depth with many options, the office was very responsive and courteous and Dean and the installers were efficient, friendly and very tidy. I am very much impressed with the clever wiring they've run through my house. I would definitely recommend PSC for anyone looking for solar panel solutions. Will consider for future works as well.

Excellent experience with P S C, we needed an urgent callout on a Saturday morning due to issues installing a light fitting. Were really responsive and came incredibly quickly (within an hour), they completed the work with cleanliness and speed/quality explaining everything as they did it. I am already waiting on a quote for more work with them, as the service was second to none. Can't fault them for anything at all!

Very good team willing to really make the process easy and non-disturbing.

PCS installed a 14 panel solar array on the roof of my house in SW14. It has been a triumph - the battery and solar combined to cut our energy use and shift our load on the grid to cheaper hours of the day. It will pay back within 7 years. The team did a difficult wiring install very professionally and did everything on time and tidily. I would thoroughly recommend.

They were rude and unprofessional.

Don't waste your time with this company. They don't care about customer satisfaction.

Terrible customer service from this electrical company. They were unresponsive and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service from this electrical company. They were rude and dismissive when I had concerns.

Very good and polite

Replaced a faulty meter for my solar panels. Great service. friendly, professional, quick, cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend and use again!

PSC installed solar panels and a battery for us. We are very pleased with the result and think that they did a great job. Plus everyone was friendly and helpful all the way through.

PSC supplied and fitted solar panels. The initial consultation was very thorough and the benefits were clearly explained. The fitting was on time and everyone involved was polite and professional at all times. The work areas were left spotless every evening. I am confident that I could approach them with any query I have in the future.

Great service installing solar panels, Phil, Tom and the team were fantastic and the install went quickly and smoothly, all very tidy. Professional and friendly with great communication, I’d highly recommend

Did an inspection of my solar panel system - very thorough and very professional, very personable electrician. Very pleased customer.

Very happy with all parts of the service from PSC Electirical. Great customer service via email and phone, knowledgeable and capable electricians who did top notch work at a sensible speed. Also great price for the work. Will be using again and recommending.

The best! Highly recommended 👍 U.S.A. 🇺🇲

We had solar panels fitted by PSC electrical in September, and were really pleased with them. Phil was very prompt, communicative and professional when doing the survey and giving us a quote. Everything moved quite quickly which was a pleasant surprise as we had believed from other suppliers that there were delays in the supply chain. Tom and the installation team were polite, tidy and very professional. It took around 5 days in total (working round us being on holiday and scaffolding having to go up and come down). This was slightly longer than we initially expected but I understand our roof tiles were tricky. The team went above and beyond to make sure any chipped tiles were replaced and matched the existing ones. Central office communication was great, we were informed promptly when the installers were running late one day due to an emergency call-out, and the scaffolding was all arranged with no issues. Panels themselves have been working well since Sept, producing loads during October which was unseasonably sunny, and producing a decent amount even over winter. Would definitely recommend getting panels installed for cost and carbon reduction.

Solar panel installation

We use this company to install solar panels and batteries. They were very good to work with, with excellent communication - during a period when batteries were in short supply nationally they kept us regularly informed and then fitted them very quickly and professionally when they were available. There engineers were very professional, clear and efficient.

Gave good advice on the phone to avoid any call out charges and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Prompt and professional service to provide electrical safety certificate.

Fantastic guys who were very knowledgeable, sorted out the problem for me and even checked out a few more problems for me. Would 100% recommend and I will be using them for any future jobs - thank you!!

Dean was really helpful. Will be calling PSC again next time I need an electrician

We used PSC for a Solar PV and Battery installation, part of which involved upgrading the main consumer unit too, and a substantial amount of internal wiring/upgrading. The guys from PSC are really professional, courteous and the quality of their work is fantastic. We also appreciated the lengths they went to in explaining what was required before we went ahead with their installation. The final product works great and we are very happy to recommend PSC Electrical - top workmanship.

We count ourselves so fortunate to find Phil and PSC Electrical. We had been badly let down by another company and left with a dangerous situation. Phil moved everything and started work almost straight away - he did a complete rewire and replaced everything the others had done (and for half the price!) He had a whole team working on the house because the other lot had left it uninhabitable. They were a great group of people and did all they could to make the situation more bearable for us. Unreservedly recommend and would use again and again.

PSC installed a battery backed up solar system in my house. The initial installation went very smoothly and all installers were very friendly and polite at all times. However, PSC came into their own when we had some technical issues. They returned very quickly to try to fix the issues and were always very responsive to any communication. Problems all now fixed and I think the service was fantastic.

We turned to PSC electrical when we were very badly let down by Green Energy together who should be avoided. PSC Electrical have put in Solar Panels, a hybrid inverter, hot water diverter and two batteries. Phil and his installation team, Tom and Caitlin have been excellent. Turned up on time, very informative, friendly and competent. They have done exactly what they said they would and the system is up and running. Highly recommended. Customer focussed business.

Sorted out our solar panels very quickly. Would 100% recommend.

Really satisfied by the service. Both admins and the engineers have always been kind and available when answering my questions. The work has been carried out quickly and the house was left clean and tidy. Would really recommend PSC.

I called out PSC Electrical to fit a new fuseboard and to rewire a kitchen after faults to the previous circuit. The team arrived punctually on both days and carried out the works swiftly and professionally. They also made sure the area was clean and tidy before they left. Would definitely recommend their services.

Arrive on time made a excellent job clean up before they left cant thank them enough will use again

PSC installed by residential solar system. They are unbelievably good. Good value, good work, quick, professional. If you're in London and want solar, use these guys.

Good Service

Very please with the response from PSC. Dealt with our issue in a professional manner. Very pleased.

I used PSC Electrical to both upgrade my consumer unit and to also install Solar panels. From the first visit to installation they were very professional and great at communicating what was going to happen and when. They recommended the max number of solar panels we could have, with an inverter and 5.2kWh of batteries. Since it's been installed it's worked like a charm and we are getting free energy! Very pleased with the work and would both use them again and recommend them to others.

Sorted a partial power cut at home over the phone with some simple instructions. Honest company...will keep details for any future work. Thanks a lot.

The team responded swiftly with a clear quotation to my request for a fuse board upgrade and a couple of other small remedial works. The work was easy to book in. The team arrived promptly and carried out the works with minimum disruption. Everything was done with to a high standard and they left our house clean and tidy on departure. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

PSC Electrical are true professionals. All of their 5 star reviews are fully justified. The installed 2 new 2 gang sockets and replaced the plates on the existing ones. PSC made themselves available weeks before the Job, to discuss options and advise me on best practice purchasing. PSC is very responsive to emails and telephone calls. The 2 Electricians that attended site were tidy and on time. They kept me informed about what they were doing and the decisions they were making. Cleaned up fully before they left and made good the area around the installation. I can't imagine a better experience! They have a great social media presence on YouTube, insta and Facebook that I looked at before hand. Have a look if you want to see more! I'll probably have them back for stage 2 works.

On a Sunday morning all my electrics went. I called PSC. 20 minutes later I had sent a picture, following advice went through a process and my problem was solved at no cost. Went own to give me a range of advice all of which was helpful. Fantastic attitude and knows there stuff!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Called on Tuesday, Tom arrived on Wednesday morning bang on time. He was polite and quick to investigate and address our list of complicated issues! The team as a whole were professional and informative, keeping me updated as they worked out a solution. Thank you!

Phil is an absolute diamond gent. He came round on the bank holiday weekend to inspect a busted fuse box. The power came back when he was at the house and he couldn't get to the fuse box without busting the front off so he left it. He didn't charge for the call out, just said he would send a quote for fixing the front panel another time.

Used this company a few times. Always found the owner Phil Chinn very professional, reliable and his team good a what they do. Would recommend them anytime.

Our circuit breakers wouldn't turn back on on a Sunday. Needed it fixed for work on Monday. Phil came round within 90mins of the call. He was very diligent, talking me through what he was doing to diagnose the issue. He managed to identified the problem and was able to get us all up and running in under 2 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Great service from PSC Electrical. Making the booking was clear and simple, all costs were unambiguous and the appointment was completed on time and budget. I will continue to use this company and happily recommend their services.

We're all in the shielding group so it was obviously highly alarming when our electricity cut out. But Phil responded to our distress call very quickly (dressed in all the right protective equipment) and thankfully sorted out our problem in no time. He was friendly, fast, and efficient and we're grateful to him. Highly recommended.

Quality, efficient work, very professional, very friendly, great communication. Phil just left and I had to hop straight on to write a positive review. He completed 2x new light fittings and also 2x new fire alarms which I didn't realise I needed until literally just before he arrived, but he was able to get hold of some for me, quality but reasonably priced, within 30 minutes. Charged me by the task vs. by the hour which I think is really helpful, kept costs very transparent. I currently live by myself and felt very comfortable with Phil in my home, he was professional but also very friendly and considerate. Also loved hearing about his work with Alan Titchmarsh! Would highly recommend Phil to anyone in the Croydon area, thanks so much again.

Responded with the hour, and all work completed in 30 mins. Very friendly service, with everything was explained in easy to understand terms. I would highly recommend and will be returning with any future work.

We had Philip in to do various electrical jobs around the house - he was professional, punctual, polite, tidy and very thorough about his work. His estimates were accurate and upfront with no hidden costs. Would certainly use him again.

Phoned for an emergency call out. Came really quickly, was really thorough in identifying the issue, and explained what he was doing throughout, as well as the problem, really clearly. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

I had an emergency when my smoke alarm started beeping (I knew it had to be replaced!) I rang Philip at 9am, had an email an quote by 10.30am and it was fixed by early afternoon. He was very professional and friendly, even took the time to explain how the alarms worked and what to do if the same thing happened again. Highly recommend and would use this company again!

PSC work with Age UK Croydon at our Community Hall - great service and a lovely team - thanks!

Excellent service, replaced consumer unit and did various other LX jobs. Professional, friendly and reliable, and jobs done to a high standard. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

I had an electrical emergency after returning home after from hospital after our new baby was born. The downstairs lights and plugs were not working and as a result the boiler and heating were not working. I called PSC at 10pm on a Sunday and Phil came round within the hour, found the fault and provided a workaround within the first hour. Friendly service with a clear explanation of what the cause of the issue was and what the next steps were. I did not expect to have things back up and running in such a short time.

Brilliant professional service from the first call right through to completion of work. Staff extremely helpful when the power distribution board knocked out power to the house in the middle of the night. The electrician who arrived (on time) quickly diagnosed the fault and was able to clearly describe the cause to me. A repair was made and he organised a quote to be sent, for replacement of the unit. I would highly recommend this company.

Very reliable service. Would recommend.

Had issues with my fuse box . Got an electrician struggling for the past 2 days with it . Decided to call PSC ( found them on google : electricians Croydon) and they’ve sent DEAN within the hour . He fixed everything in less than an hour. I ve saved their number in case I ll need it later. Reliable , honest &trustworthy. Top guys . Marius / Bensham Lane

Phil and his team helped me with electrics and lighting for a Love Your Garden build, for ITV. His attention to detail was excellent, going the extra mile to make the electrics and lighting some of the highest specification we have seen on the show. His time keeping was impeccable also and worked incredibly tidy under pressure, I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to work with him again. A thoroughly nice chap!

I had PSC Electrics round to install some CCTV cameras that we bought. Phil and dean which are 2 smashing guys came up with a solution to make installation a lot more tidier, they hid all the cables positioned all cameras in the correct position. best experience we've had from a electrical company and still rates his company and team number 1. definitely would recommend The PSC TEAM!

Fast call out, friendly, efficient and best of all you could clearly see that PSC take care to make sure things are done perfectly. They even checked over a few extra things for me within the time scale they quoted for. I would recommend them any day of the week!!

Came out very quickly and very professional service!

Very professional and explained a lot. Much appreciated. Very impressed.

Phil explained everything in a manner that I could understand. My electrics are working perfectly

I was looking for an emergency call out, they advised me some simple checks so as to avoid me paying for something simple. I was able to fix the issue. I couldn’t ask for more honesty than that.

Very pleased with the service. I received a prompt response. The electrician knew his job very well and fixed my problem in 10 minutes. The company responded to my emergency within the hour. He also gave me some information and answered all my questions. I will use their service in the future. I recommend this company.

A great service and would recommend. Quick, reliable, friendly and at a good price. 5 Stars!

Outstanding service and very competitive prices. Phil gave me a free quote and was able to book the job in at very short notice. All the work was to a very high standard and Phil was always available whenever I needed advice or assistance.

Fitted LED dimmer lights and switches to 3 of my rooms along with an outdoor LED sensor security flood light. Used twice and on both occasions was reliable, tidy and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Came quickly and was the only electrician that would come on a Sunday. Honest, quick and thorough. Excellent service, friendly and will be using again

Excellent service both times I have used them. Happy to come out to Leatherhead to replace a bathroom extractor fan and kitchen lights repctively. Always friendly and helpful. Work is of a high standard and was carried out quickly at a time convenient to me.
