We used Jake to carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report at our rental property in SW London this week. Jake is an excellent electrician who took the time to understand our requirements and clearly explained his costs and approach to the job. He also agreed the appointment in advance and kept us updated on his travel and arrival time on site. His clear communication took a lot of the anxiety out of the process and allowed us to get on with our working day, knowing everything was being handled professionally.
