Customers report that the electrician is punctual, polite, and effective at diagnosing faults while keeping work areas clean. Feedback highlights clear explanations and prompt assistance for domestic jobs, including emergency call-outs and light fitting installations. One review notes slower response times and higher prices as the business expanded, alongside a reluctance to negotiate on small jobs.
Andrzej was great at trying to find the fault and provided smart solutions to the problem to resolve it while also being very polite
Fantastic experience with Andrzej. I called on a Saturday with an emergency call out. He was very helpful and gave me good advice to remedy the issue. So lovely to speak to a honest electrician 🤗
10/10 service, easy to communicate, on time for appointment, clean work highly recommend. Fitted led ceiling light for us 👍👍👍
I am not one to write reviews.Nonetheless, Andrew was prompt when I needed some help. He did a great job with humility and generosity. He is punctual, fast, very skilled, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend him.
A great electrician, came on time and completed the job with diligence and attention to safety measures. Highly recommended!!
Did a couple of great jobs and we supported him in lockdown in Spring 2020. However as the world has reopened and he has got busier, very slow to respond, send through quotes and prices have gone up. When trying to negotiate on a price difference of £15, suggested I find someone else. Clearly doesn't need the smaller work, but not great a way to treat customers who have supported you Andrew.
Andrzej helped with a problem at my grandparents house, he got there very quickly, he explained clearly the problem and was very professional and generally went above beyond to make sure everything was sorted and then called back to check everything was fine. Very professional and my grandparents were pleased which is not easy
Excellent service from 303 Electrical. On time, very friendly and professional. All issues sorted straight away. Would highly recommend!!
I'm very satisfied with 303 Electrical Services. Andrew arrived on time, very professionally located the two faults with my domestic electrics and put them right. The work was done without fuss and with care. Now I am confident that my home is electrically safe, and I know I shall call Andrew first whenever something else needs attention.
Excellent customer service and what more can I say.
