Robert was fantastic, he is great at what he does. He fixed the condensation problem- he saw an issue and addressed- even came back with the bits to sort it out. Ventilation problem all fixed all around the house. He also done the diffusers. He went above and beyond. Great worker, great human. Great asset to the company.

The two gentleman that came to my house, Petru and Robert has done an amazing job, very clean, very understanding of my mental health. Truly appreciated. They explained every single step carefully so I know exactly what has been done in my apartment. Lovely people, thank you.

Was serviced by Iulian Serban, really helpful, fast and friendly. Explained what he was doing well and did the electric tests and alarm installation all within the same appointment which was very convenient.

Robert recently serviced my ventilation system and replaced all my diffusers, which to be honest had seen better days! He was Polite, covered his shoes and cleaned up as he went. Highly recommend 10/10!

Had Mihai and Adrian come out to sort an electrical fault that had been causing the power to keep tripping across my whole flat. After thorough testing, they traced the problem back to water ingress from a leak coming through from the flat above, which had got inside the fused spur switch for the fridge on the kitchen panel. They diagnosed the issue properly, applied a temporary fix to get everything back up and running, and ordered the replacement parts the same day. Parts arrived the next morning and Mike came back to complete the installation. Left the place clean and tidy when done. Mihai, Adrian and the apprentice were brilliant throughout. Explained everything clearly, and were completely straight with me about the root cause: until the leak from the flat above is properly fixed, there is a chance the issue comes back. That kind of honesty is rare and exactly what you want from someone working on your electrics. Genuinely could not fault the service. Would absolutely recommend!

Impossible to get hold of anyone at this company. Their staff member in a company branded fleet car was involved in a collision with myself. It’s been 2 weeks since the incident and I have had one courtesy phone call and two messages with false assurances. No willingness to correspond via phone, text, email you name it; more so no willingness to work on a solution. Disgraceful really …

The work these two East West Connect workers conducted in our care home really pleased me. Stefan Ichin and Darian Calin. We have been complaining about a serious electrical issue over the past two months, and these two fixed it. They performed a fantastic job, they were very friendly. Very good at their job, it was Robert and darian who came to visit today and replaced a whole ventilation unit and 10 diffusers. They found a duct pipe disconnected above plasterboard from main pipe. Also found a fault in a switch that was buzzing but fixed that too. Amazing job and very satisfied.

I had Robert and Antonio out today to do my ventilation. It was great from the start with a phone call saying when they would arrive. They were friendly and kept me informed about the whole process. They even surprised me with fitting a new bathroom ceiling light. They did all the tests at the end to check the speeds it was running at in different modes. Cleaned up well and super happy with the work.....

I recently had work done at my home in Oxfordshire on the ventilation and extractor fan system. I cannot praise the two East West Connect operatives enough. Andrei and Cristian went out of their way to help. They were careful, friendly and absolutely professional, and did an excellent job. Many thanks.

Robert and Antonio did an excellent job. From their first visit, they quickly identified issues with our ventilation unit. Robert was transparent, explaining the reasons behind the problems through thorough testing and diagnostics. He also kindly explained and helped us understand the process of replacing the unit. During their second visit, they worked their magic. Antonio was respectful and efficient, replacing the Ceiling Extract Valves and keeping us informed about each stage of the procedure. He even cleaned up any minor mess during installation. Before leaving, Robert ran tests to ensure the new unit was working and set up a programme to improve its efficiency compared to the old one. The job was completed on time and they finished even earlier than expected, allowing us to resume our day. Robert and Antonio did a fantastic job. Jheeeez

Electricians Adrian Bobeica, Marius & Ellis were excellent. Thorough and considerate. I’d have given 5 stars, but the project management was terrible. But 5 stars to the three electricians.
