Abbotts was professional and friendly, and was actually able to squeeze us in much faster than anticipated which was great. We had a broken down-pipe and another loose broken connection. Good value for a job well done. This was my first time using Abbotts, and they are now in my address book for any future problems we have.

Within a couple of days of me phoning a very nice man came round to look at the broken gutter. I thought he would go away and send an estimate. He immediately told me how much the repair would cost and how much extra it would be if a replacement length was needed. I agreed and he quietly climbed the ladder and got on with it. The repair was made and he assured my no additional material was needed. The charge was very reasonable.. I certainly would use Abbotts again

I have been trying to get this work done for some time but have been let down by other contractors. Richard Abbott turned up on time to assess the work and promptly sent in his quotation. Found Abbotts M & E on Yell.com. Needed a repair to a leaking gutter. Richard called round and inspected the gutter and easily identified the problem and provided a quote for repair. Works were carried out a few days later as he had a busy schedule. I waited for a rainy day to see that the repair was good and it clearly was.
