Many customers highlight rapid booking response times, punctual site visits, and receiving gas, electrical, and EPC certificates on the same or next day. Engineers are frequently reported to be courteous and helpful, explaining boiler checks and conducting tests efficiently. However, critical feedback includes a report of unreliable service, misleading pictures, and a certificate being offered without smoke alarm batteries being checked.
Unreliable and zero professionalism. All the pictures are misleading. I wondered if they check everything. Offered certificate without smoke alarms battery checked.
Great 5 star service! Very professional, on time, and always delivering a great overall results. As a property manager for the Panayi Group, we have worked with them a few times, and we have not had any issues at all.
Prompt, efficient and reasonable certificates service. Great communication. Thank you.
Had an electric and gas safety certificate done by this company a few months back. Quick and efficient service, managed to book them in a few days prior to the appointment. All tests passed so pleased to confirm they aren't rip off merchants that try to make extra business from you. Received the certificates on the same day, ideal as needed a quick turn around for my rental property, in line with all regulations. Highly recommend and will use again in future
I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this company, they are professional.
These guys are fantastic, they respond to you within about 10 minutes to book in the service and can usually come out the next day. I had all my gas/electric safety certificates and EPC carried out by the same lovely guy, who is very efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend to any landlord requiring certificates for renting.
I had a really great experience with London Property Certificates, called up one day and the next day i could find a slot for the engineer to come and he was very efficient. The gas and electrical certificates came very swiftly too! Thanks!
