I would give minus ⭐️If I could. My Aunt is meant to have 4 calls a day sometimes they are so late they merge 2 calls into 1! They’ve left her without water, tablets so many problems and times I’ve complained but nothing done and they never answer the phone. Disgraceful.

My mum's neighbour is meant to be cared by this company. 4 carers a day. Half an hour each time You'll be lucky. They turn up when they want. Don't do anything when they're there and had the cheek to suggest my 90 year old mother take her neighbours paper up to him as the carer said "I'm not taking it up. You do it" her neighbour lives on the top floor. She's on the ground floor. Lazy and very rude people. Would never ever recommend them.
