Lennon recently carried out electrical work in my flat to install a dedicated circuit for an infrared heater, and I’m very pleased with the result. He arranged everything clearly, turned up exactly when he said he would, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. He also provided all the correct certification, which was important for my housing association. Throughout the day he was professional, considerate, and very pleasant to have around. I’ve seen a few negative reviews and honestly can’t understand them based on my experience — he was excellent from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. After trying to book an appointment, they stopped responding completely. We called several times, but no one answered the phone, and instead of giving any update or support, we were left with no communication at all.It’s extremely frustrating when a company does not respond, especially when you’re relying on them for an urgent electrical issue. Being ignored and unable to reach anyone made the situation even more stressful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their service.

honestly the experience was awful. the electrician showed up late without even bothering to send a quick message and when he finally arrived he acted like he was doing me a favor just by being there. super dismissive when I asked simple questions, rolled his eyes more than once, and kept taking phone calls while supposedly “working.” the job looked rushed and messy, wires left hanging out, dust everywhere, and he left before even checking if everything actually worked. really unprofessional vibe from start to finish. definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I will use Mike Roberts (Smart Electrical Solutions) again next time I need a reliable electrician. He replaced some neon lights under the cupboards in the kitchen with some LED strip lights. He did a very neat job. The lights can be adjusted by a remote control through a range of subtle colours and degrees of brightness. We were able to match the new under-cupboard light with the existing LED light from the ceiling.
