LND Development LTD

We have always had fantastic service from Pawel and team and would highly recommend them. They did an amazing job renovating our house in London and we have recommended them to many friends who have also found them to be excellent

Pawel and his team have worked on 4 house projects over the past few years. We have always been extremely happy with the quality of the work, efficiency and costings. They have helped with design issues and also came out and fixed an emergency leak. Would highly recommend.

Pawel and his team at LND Development were great and we would heartily recommend them. They listened to our brief and delivered just what we wanted. They were responsive to feedback and provided us with advice when we faced choices we struggled with. We are really happy with the finished work.

Over the past 10 years LND have done 4 major jobs on two separate houses - two bathroom refits, a loft conversion and garage conversion. Each time the quote for costings and the time-frame for each job was spot-on. The team turned up every weekday until the job was complete, the standard of the work was excellent and the snagging follow -up has been ongoing. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Pawel and his guys are courteous, professional and reliable, I recommend them for all your building and repair needs.

LND are very professional. The owner is very polite and knowledgeable. Our company uses LND for all our building works and have had wet rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, loft conversions, boiler movement and soundproofing of properties all completed to an amazing standard. Very happy.

I would recommend Pawel and his team for any building work. They have completed several jobs for us, big and small, always to the highest standard, completely professional and great to work with. Last year they completed a complex loft conversion for us, and the results were amazing.

We have used Pawel and his team for two full house renovations in north London, as well as many smaller jobs over the last decade. Fairly priced and always flexible and constructive and communicative about any issues. He always tries to keep prices down and deliver to a high spec. Highly recommended.

Pawel’s team did a fantastic job of painting the front of our house and our hallway. I would thoroughly recommend them.
