Norm is an outstanding tradesman and I could not be happier with the service he provided. We needed three small electrical jobs completed and he handled each one efficiently and with genuine care and precision. His workmanship is clearly high quality and he takes real pride in doing things properly rather than rushing through. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained what needed to be done before starting. He walked me through the work step by step in plain language, which gave real confidence and clarity. Everything was transparent from the beginning, with no hidden costs and no surprises at all. Professional, reliable, honest, and easy to deal with. I would confidently recommend Norm to anyone needing electrical work done. PMc Job 2 Norm carried out a second job for me, installing outside lighting. He carefully considered the situation, solved a few challenges along the way, and came up with an excellent solution. The final installation is fully weatherproof and looks very elegant. I am very pleased with the result and would happily recommend Norm for any electrical work. PMc

Absolutely brilliant team at Norm. They came recommended by someone in our building and Asen went above and beyond to fix our terribly-wired bathroom and update our old fusebox. He had to work around a tricky communal electrical point (which was padlocked and couldn’t be opened), and he managed it with calm and composure. Fair and honest charges - I cannot recommend them more highly.
