Homeowners report prompt, reliable work across tasks including EV charger installations, EICR inspections, fault finding, and full house rewires. Electricians provide clear initial quotes, protect floors during work, and explain how to operate installed equipment such as EV charger apps. Customers also note effective communication and efficient fault diagnosis without unnecessary add-ons.
I’ve used IC Electrical for 10 plus years for domestic electrical work. Excellent service always.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The electrician was knowledgeable, punctual, and quickly identified the issue without any unnecessary upselling. The work was completed neatly and to a high standard, with clear communication throughout. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and professional — I’d confidently use their service again and recommend them to others.
Iain was able to sort some things for us quickly as our boiler had been changed and needed some electrics sorted. He then did an EICR on the whole house and in the end we got a quote for them to rewire the whole house. Iain and Neil did the work over a couple of weeks efficiently and with good communication throughout, and were friendly and helpful with suggestions on light fittings, socket positioning etc too. I would recommend them highly for any electrical work.
Was given Iain number by another Electrician who I use for a couple of properties I Let. Under a real busy schedule Iain was able to fit me in at short notice . He resolved an on going issue regarding a storage heater tripping out other electrical items in the flat. He was very thorough and resolved the issue completely. A wonderful service Highly recommend using IC Electrical.!
Can’t rate IC Electrical / Ian C highly enough. So professional and organised, offering great value. Everything checked and double checked. I would not use anyone else for our electrical work at home, highly recommended.
Iain came to replace by faulty Hypervolt charger. Excellent service provided, he worked efficiently completing the work quickly and tested it thoroughly to ensure it worked before leaving. Thanks for your work, highly recommended!
Iain has been my electrician for 10 plus years. Always reliable, offering a fast, efficient service. Thoroughly recommend.
Highly recommend. Had an EV charger fitted on our drive and installation was smooth from start to finish. Answered all our questions and was very helpful with additional items requiring attention in our home
Had a Hypervolt EV installed by Iain recently. The standard of workmanship was above and beyond any contractor used in the past. Commuunication and arranging of the work was swift from the site survery to the actual date of installation. The work was not rushed and it was completed with care and attention to detail. Aftercare explanation was offered. I would recommend I C Electrical Services in future to those needing similar type of work.
I C Electrical Services Ltd supplied and installed my Hypervolt EV charger. Iain completed the survey and provide a quote within one day of my enquiry. The works were completed professionally with care being taken to protect floors and leave the site clean and tidy. Very happy with the quality of the installation and would not hesitate to recommend to others.
Excellent service from start to finish. This was my first experience with EV charging and Iain was really helpful and very patient in answering my many questions! After my initial enquiry, Iain promptly contacted me and provided an accurate quote. The installation required work both in the house and outside and all work was completed to an excellent standard. Iain clearly explained everything I needed to know about using the charging point once works were complete. I highly recommend Iain to anyone looking for EV changing.
Iain did an amazing job installing a Tesla charger. He persisted in installing the wire under the floorboards even after facing a lot of obstacles. Neat clean job. Would highly recommend.
We got our EV charger installed in our drive. Excellent service and communication by Iain Cole. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend I C electrical service for all enquiries. Look forward to using them in the future.
Hired Iain to perform a number of repairs that included installing/changing several light fixtures, extractor fan installation and making our electric ovens more accessible. The work was done to a very high standard and I'm very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to use I C Electrical Services in the future. Thanks Iain!
Iain installed a hypervolt EV charger at my house. From initial contact to install was less than 2 weeks. Iain was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be using IC Electrical services ltd next time I need an electrician.
Iain from I C Electrical installed a Hypervolt EV Home Charger for me. Installation occurred at the promised date & time, and to an extremely high-standard. Iain was friendly and professional, and the charger works perfectly. I could not be happier. Highly-recommended.
I had my EV Hypervolt charger installed today. What a professional service from start to finish. Iain couldn’t be more helpful answering any questions I had and going over the app and showing me how it all works. I am very happy with the service
IC Electrical is a five star electrial installation contractor who operates in a professional manner in discharging his works, Ian recently fitted our EV charging point and I have to say from quotation to instalation a complete professional approach was taken . Thank you once again Ian. Regards Patrick Marron.
Very rarely do I recommend anything to anyone but I feel this firm needs to be put out there. From pricing the job right the way through to completion, everything was superb. The attention to detail was beyond expectation. Honest, professional and reliable with no hidden surprises. If you are looking for anything electrical, this is the place to look. Thank you, you have opened my eyes to what should be expected from any trades team.
At last…..there’s a company you can rely on who actually deliver on what they promise! We required a three-phase electrical supply to feed our machinery. Having had some ‘not so great’ experiences in the past with firms, I C Electrical Services were recommended to us and I can’t rate them highly enough. From start to finish they were fantastic….professional, prompt and efficient. The team explained everything up front, there were no hidden surprises and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend I C Electrical Services and I now have a firm I can rely on. What a relief…! 10/10
