R&G Electrics, I highly recommend! Brilliant service thanks to Rocky and Karan, the work was carried out to a high standard with everything explained. They have changed our old fuse box and conducted electrical inspection all throughout the house, and installed our new cooker. They were tidy and made sure everything was safe before leaving. Excellent, great manner, Very clear in their actions and followed up accordingly and to their promised timescales for review, quote and arrival. Communications day before visit and also in the morning to provide a very accurate arrival time. Extremely organised on site, well prepared, containers for rubbish, all tools necessary available to hand. Also very polite, and didn’t mind questions from myself for basic understanding of what was happening and being done, plus they were free with advice and guidance on rules and regulations, which for myself was much appreciated, don’t expect to ever got near it but to understand what does what and the regulations that’s useful. Onsite they worked extremely hard and constant and didn’t break although they could have. The house lights and socket checked and tested. Which was great, makes you feel more confident in the house and that now fires or accidents should occur through anything faulty. Duly cleaned up afterwards and again ran through everything carried out, the quality and workmanship was of a very high standard which extended to the aftercare and follow up with license and certifications. Thoroughly recommend this company for any electrical work they are OZEV EV charger Approved and NICEIC approved so have the qualifications and provide a customer service not often found nowadays. Those rare professionals who offer extraordinary service with a smile are indeed a dying breed. Rocky is one of those rare people! He came out at night to save my life. Our entire kitchen went dark - lights, oven, appliances, boiler, everything- and flipping the circuit board switch wasn't helping, so in flew Rocky with his cape! I was amazed that he showed up within less than an hour of our speaking. And what an absolute gentleman! He's an extremely lovely guy with infinite knowledge and expertise. Not only did he resolve my problem quickly and efficiently, he really gave me an insight into the anatomy of my house's electrical system, even highlighting where I needed to make it safer. I've recently moved to the area and R&G Electrics has been a really fortunate, timely discovery! I'll certainly be calling on Rocky to help make my home's electricity safer and more reliable.

Rocky was great, would definitely recommend. We had a fault that kept tripping our fuse board, and he arrived to fix the problem within 2 hours of calling. He explained everything clearly and worked quickly, thoroughly and methodically. His rates seemed very reasonable, and we were so impressed we booked him straightaway to come back for a different job.

Five star service, Rocky arrived less than half an hour after I called for an emergency electrician. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Job done in less than half an hour and all this at half past nine at night. Couldn’t be more grateful.

Rocky is amazing! He came over at short notice to connect our new oven really near to Christmas. He was really helpful in fitting it into place which was beyond the call. We were really pleased with his service, and really relieved too!

I had an outdoor light that kept buzzing and wouldn't switch off, after dropping a quick line at 5am over the website, I was given a message back promptly during working hours and was able to send issues over WhatsApp! Perfect - I could get instant advice and time saving options (I.e. buy the part before the visit, to save multiple call outs, and incase the part wasn't needed, just return it) . Rocky was fantastic, wonderful to be around, full of energy, kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend Rocky and the RandG services and would be using them again soon, for a full electric test

I recently used R&G Electrics for some general electrical work in my property, and I was very happy with the service. Rocky and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. They ensured all work was carried out within the stipulated time and to the highest safety standards. I was particularly impressed by their knowledge and expertise, and their willingness to assist with careful attention and detail. I was also warmed by their father-son team dynamic – it was a pleasure to witness them working together! I would highly recommend R&G Electrics for any electrical needs.

Rocky and crew replaced/upgraded our entire fuse box (2 of them). The job had to be spread over multiple days due to our other commitments but they worked with us to make sure it got done efficiently, and were very diligent and thorough, including returning to take care of a small glitch. Everything seems to be working better since the new fuse box was installed. They also replaced multiple old model GU10 bulbs which were hard to source and even harder to replace due to the type of fixture. Through all of these jobs they explained relevant info and kept us updated. They always showed up on schedule, are knowledgeable, communicative and very professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.

bad customer service and overpriced. £49 call out charge just to look at the job and then hung on me when I said it was a simple job to just extend a wire.

I called R&G electrics today as half the plug sockets in my parents' house had stopped working. We had had a first inspection by a well meaning but unqualified electrician who mentioned green goo but also that a shower pump had been wrongly added to a bedroom socket. He was great but couldn't help with emergency work. I called R&G to come to give us a proper diagnosis and hopefully do at least a temporary fix. When I told them what the other person had said, even though I explained he wasn't properly qualified, R&Gs man really cockily said they couldn't help and wouldn't come round as a full rewire was probably needed and that couldn't be done as an emergency. I said we wanted a proper opinion and could they come as my parents were vulnerable and lived with a carer but again he mockingly said they could come if I wanted to throw money at them 'for nothing'. Insulting. His attitude was awful. I told him his attitude was awful and we didn't want to work with them anyway. I then called THS Electricians Kingston. They were wonderful. I told them exactly what I had told R&G. They were quick to understand that green goo doesn't suddenly put out all the plug sockets. They sent 2 wonderful people within an hour who fixed the problem. They said that we may want to sort the areas of green goo out but said that wasn't urgent. We will be calling them back to upgrade things in due course. So R&G were arrogant and wrong. Don't use them.

Overrated and expensive!

Please don't be tricked by this company. I was told someone will attend between 8 and 10 .it is now 11.35 and they are not picking up after confirming this morning. Its for my work and I had to drive for an hour just for this appointment as I was not supposed to be in today but I didn't think they would not turn up. Very disappointed

Really pleased with the quality of Rocky and his colleagues' work. They did a thorough and helpful EICR and the subsequent upgrading works were done under 48 hours after I booked. Their professionalism, knowledge and speed was impressive and Rocky explained the alterations and reasons for the work precisely and clearly. I call the guy for fault finding and correct some wiring faults, person is polite but he wouldn't want to do the hard work as it requires running new wiring, replacing some outdoor lights and making safe the fuse box by installing conduit fittings. He was after some clean job done by someone else and he could just glaze over it and bull you hefty. Why would someone call a electrician if wiring doesn't have fault? I wonder? 1 star for him to be polite

I tried to get a quote and the man on the phone was super rude. I explained that I’m a first time buyer and I wanted a property checked before purchasing and I wanted to understand what they actually check over. He was like it’s just normal checks. I asked what that involved because I just wanted to know what to expect and he said get a different electrician and hung up!!! THE AUDACITY!!
