Excellent, knowledgeable, responsive support from all the team at Watt Chargers
Watt chargers installed my new EV charger last Autumn. After a fault developed a few months later, they quickly booked an appointment for a repair and did their best to accommodate my schedule. They fixed the charger quickly and with no fuss, exemplary service, thank you very much
Always on time and very responsive—quick to reply to both emails and phone calls. Extremely knowledgeable and great at clearly explaining the issues and the best solutions. Polite, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Completely transparent about costs, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended.
Very impressed with Watt Chargers on a charger replacement that was carried out. Communication was excellent and everything happened exactly as planned. Would recommend them most highly
Terrific attention to detail, our installation was completed outside in rain/windy conditions, but indefatigable "Amir" rigged suitable protection & pressed on with our job without pause, finishing well within the day to the highest standards. We are very pleased with Watt Chargers' technical expertise, back-up and attention to detail. IMPRESSIVE & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Good communication, easy to book. Fitter was punctual, friendly, and very professional.
Amir from Watt Chargers was very good. From initial survey to final install he explained everything clearly. The initial price quoted is what we paid and there were no surprises in the equipment supplied or the way the chargers were install. I would recommend them in a heart beat. The back office was very easy to deal with as well. Thanks
Amir and his team provide an exceptional service at Watt Chargers. They focus on cost effective solution for customer problems/ needs. I have thoroughly enjoyed having Watt Chargers work for my EV charger installation and a separate electrical socket installation work. I would recommend them for any electrical installation work as I am sure they are capable of it and would definitely use their service for future electrical works at my place.
Amir and his team are the best electricians. I don't trust anyone else. The service is professional, punctual, neat and most importantly, the electrical work is done safely and properly. Also his rates are always very reasonable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
