I have had a very great experience with House Rescue. I contacted them about putting new pendant lights around my home. I got an appointment really quick, the electricians were so polite, very obliging, clean, tidy, and just really lovely people. I’m very pleased with and would recommend this company.

Jack and his team have been very professional about my electrical issues. And most importantly I felt I could trust their expertise . I have just been scammed by another so called “ professional “ so I am happy that I have found someone reliable and knowledgeable.

Have used their services several times now, Jack is always very quick to respond and clear with communication. Work done to a high standard and any issues discussed on site at the time.

I recently hired House Rescue Electrical to handle some electrical work at our Islington home. From the start, the communication was prompt, friendly, and clear. They arrived on time, explained any issues that came up during the work, and I'm very pleased with the quality of their workmanship - neat, efficient, and to a very high standard! Great service and support! We found them through Google search and were very satisfied. They have been very helpful with good communication and technical skills. The on site team was amazing, completed the job professionally and once the work was completed they did the follow up to check if everything is working fine. The next time we need an electricity work, we know who to contact.

Job was completed in 2 hours. But could have completed in 1.5hr if electrician have the appropriate materials beforehand (rather than taking 30mine out to the shop). Overall, good service and job was completed.

We called with an emergency issue at 7.40pm on a Wednesday. Jack was patient and courteous with us while we explained the problem, he asked for photos and swiftly arranged for an electrician to come. By 8.22pm Warren arrived so thankfully we didn’t have to wait long. Warren was also polite, professional and skilled, he fixed our issue quickly and efficiently so we could continue to run our business. Everything was communicated well over both What’s App and text as well as email - appointment, wait time and invoice which made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend for stressful emergencies! I was honestly surprised by my experience, especially after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my interaction with Jack didn’t meet those expectations. Communication was underwhelming, and the quoted cost felt significantly overpriced for the work discussed. In the end, I decided not to proceed and found a local alternative that was more reasonably priced and easier to work with. Disappointing given the strong reputation.

Having worked with various tradesmen for years, you can tell pretty quickly how seriously they take their work. House Rescue Electrical were flawless from the first call— checking in a few days before the booking, to ensure that I had the right drivers onsite, etc. and then ensuring his guys picked up extra fittings before arriving, so that we didn’t waste time is, frankly, ‘next level’. The guys onsite were friendly + focused and got the job done. It’s not easy finding reliable Electrians, willing to take on small/quick jobs — much appreciated.

Was having problems getting local electritions to provide an estimate for installation of an EV charge point then a near neighbour recommended HR. Jack responded the same day with advice and an estimate based on info and photos I sent by email. Accepted estimate and date set for installation just over a week later. Guys arrived promptly on the day, polite, tidy and efficient and job done in about 2 hours. Even took time out to advise on use of App to set up the charge point. Well pleased - 5 stars !

I was most impressed with the quoting and execution of the ducting / ventilation job I had done. It was a difficult retrofit job to duct fans to exterior walls and drill exterior vents. We discuss the job via WhatsApp, sending picture / plans, he attended before the job to understand the lay of the land, was very clean in doing what was a messy job - very happy to recommend him and his team

amazing, if you're are looking for electrical work then you can stop and go with Jack and his team. Jack was great at communicating with me (whilst I live in Australia!!!), great response time and understanding of my concerns with this work. He was reassuming, agreed to contact and keep me looped in in a way that worked for me, was fair priced and totally professional. His team arrived on site on time, 100% understood I wasn't on site myself, were courteous and professional with the tenant, address the issues and left with no concerns from anyone involved. Great to deal with, would recommend.

Solar PV and battery storage installation carried out by House Rescue Electricals Ltd. Jack and team are amazing at what they do, very neat and tidy installation, you can see they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering to get a solar system.

We just had a Hypervolt EV charger installed. Jack and Ellis did a really nice job. Turned up on time, worked neatly and explained the system once they had finished. Fitted a new mini consumer unit and additional wirings under the stairs. Thanks guys, great job.

Very happy with the replacement 4 ceiling down lights and 4 under cabinet lights that Jack had helped replaced. Provided lots of options to help me pick the right lighting and answered many of my questions. Would definitely use again.
