Glenn came to install and wire two new wall lights for me and also advised that my existing spotlights were no longer compliant with current electrical regulations, so I agreed to have them all replaced. While he was carrying out the work, he was extremely friendly, professional and easy to deal with, and I was very happy with the installation at the time. However, around six to seven months later, some of the hallway spotlights have stopped working. When I tried to change the bulbs, I couldn’t work out how to do it without risking damage to the ceiling. Even my builder was unsure how to remove them safely. Glenn had previously said it was useful that he was local and could easily pop round if needed, so I messaged him just to ask if he could show me how to change them properly so I wouldn’t need to bother him again in future. He replied to say he would come by, but that was almost three weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything since. It’s a real shame, especially as he was very quick to ask me to leave a review after the work was completed, which I did to support his new business. Unfortunately the aftercare and follow-up support has been disappointing. For this reason I won’t be using them again.. Also responding to the below that you have not tried to contact me at all (apart from today when you’d obviously read my negative review and was too late as I’d paid someone else). I’m now very unhappy that you’re not telling the truth so have attached the images of the multiple messages I have sent you with no reply. My builder tried to pop out the light bulb but I got a new electrician to come today who showed me that the entire ring needed to be removed. It really would have taken you 10 minutes to pop by or at least call me to tell me how to do. I’d love you to show the app some form of evidence of you replying to my messages beyond today’s date?! And yes, you were blocked today as I have been messaging you for 3 weeks with no response. It’s interesting how now I’ve put a negative review up you are ‘suddenly’ happy to help. I’d love to see your communication before today (the date you were blocked) when you attempted to contact me? Maybe you could share it? As I have had nothing for 3 weeks apart from a call today to which I blocked you as I have no intention of using you. The messages speak for themselves - in one of the voice notes I even asked you just to let me know if you couldn’t come and you couldn’t even be bothered to respond to that!
Glenn came round at short notice to help my elderly parents with an electrical problem. He was good humoured and patient and will be coming back to do more work.
Glenn was brilliant, he arrived on time, fixed our electrical problem with easy and was professional throughout. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using him for all future jobs going forward!

Glenn was thoughtful, personable and thorough in tackling the electrical issues I had asked him to deal with e.g. with three lights to fit he stopped to check that I was happy with the look of the first before pressing on with the other two. Without pressure from me he returned to complete the work the same day after obtaining components from a local supplier. He excellently discerned issues my lighting was having in mixing incorrectly dimming bulbs and their switches and got everything working properly. I would certainly call on him again for any electrical issues I face.
Glenn recently completed some work to move some ceiling lights for us. Comms were great all the way through, from getting the initial quote to sorting a time and date and then completing the work. We are really happy with the end result and Glenn is a really nice chap. Happy to have found a local electrician I'd happily call again for any future work
