Just Electricals & Plumbing Ltd t/a THS Electrical Services

The team carried out EICR check, the guys was thorough, changed and fix issues on the spot and have been responsive. Cleaned after themselves and report came in no time. Thanks THS

Team were so helpful and went out of their way to sort an issue that day for my tenants. Really appreciate their work

Highly recommend. Very responsive and helpful. Replacing multiple two way switches, bathroom thermostats and fans.

I can’t recommend Tony and his team highly enough. From start to finish, they were professional, dedicated, and incredibly hardworking. We had a tricky electrical issue, but they didn’t give up—they methodically worked through the problem with real determination until the end. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, persistence, and genuine care for their work like this. If you’re looking for reliable electricians who take pride in what they do, these are the people to call.

We have now used Tony and his team across two houses and back gardens. Extremely professional and focused on high quality work. The best we have found.

Excellent service from Tony. He was professional and very knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, with everything clearly explained. Highly recommend Tony for reliable electrical work.

5 stars!! Highly recommend. THS were super quick with sending me a quote and adjusted their work when they saw there was an easier and cheaper option. I'm really impressed by how quick they could start the work and it was finished quickly and professionally. I will definitely use again.

Great service! The electrician was professional, on time, and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.

Richard gave clear and fast advice over the phone. I was able to remove a fuse and this stopped the alarm sounding. Problem solved - and I am very grateful.

We had an electrical fault caused by a socket which had been wired incorrectly which was a major headache. Tony and his colleague provided prompt and excellent service. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

Great professional service, communication reliability and price, highly recommended

Provided a review of the home wiring and replacement of smoke alarms. Service was great and they talked through everything they did.

Really thorough guys and did a great job

We had new DB fitted, Tony took time to explain all the terminologies and did an excellent job.

Such a speedy and professional service! Richard was so helpful, managing to assess the situation over the phone. Thank you!!! :)

Excellent service, even if only to change a faulty light bulb! Arrived within a couple of hours. Very friendly. I hope they laughed as much as I did at my stupidity using dodgy bulbs and thinking it was a more serious problem. I blame old age! Thank you.

A very friendly and efficient job. If there was another star I'd award it. Tony and his team fixed a tricky problem and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Did not show up. I text them 3 times the day before to confirm and called twice on the day when they were meant to show up. No one responded or picked up. Unprofessional and poor communication. Would not recommend. Amended 20/10/25 - Apologised for the no show and said he had a family emergency. Offered to come on the next working day and provided discounted offer. Decided not to proceed with them but wish the company all the best.

We have just used THS Electrical to repair our EV Charger, which was charging very slowly. Tony Ha was very friendly and professional and was able to explain the problem very clearly and quickly found the solution. I understand far more about our EV and charger than I did before! I highly recommend this company.

Great fast service thank you

I used THS Electrical for various electrical issues in my flat. Their service is impeccable. Fast communication, reliable, knowledgeable experts, transparent pricing and nice, respectful guys. couldn't ask for more.

Very good prompt service

Very good service, thank you!

I have just used ths for my mum, to rewire her lighting circuit and new fuse box. Tony and his guys were absolutely brilliant, they've done an outstanding job, my mum is over the moon. But more importantly they were very respectful and helpful towards her as she's not in the best of health. I would 100% recommend very well priced and lovely fellas to boot. I would give more stars if I could.

Easy, efficient and good work.

It’s hard to find electricians you can truly trust, but the THS Electrical team have been amazing! After a botched job by previous electricians that nearly caused a fire, THS came in and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Honest, friendly and reliable—they’re now our go-to team and wouldn't use anyone else.

Good service, fixed the problem.

Brilliant service and very friendly and helpful engineers that did a fantastic job.

THS Electrical were able to help me with a last minute job and were good at communicating to make the arrangements. Josh and his mate were prompt and efficient and sent me photos once they were finished.

Omar was excellent! 10/10 electrician, top tier customer service highly recommend!

THS Electrical Services were punctual, efficient, and precise. I needed help swapping my ceiling lamps between the living room and dining room, and they handled it quickly and professionally. They communicated clearly about the issue and resolved it swiftly. Excellent service!

I have now used THS twice for the EICR and resulting remedial work on my rental flat and both times have been impressed with the professionalism, tidiness and courtesy of Tony and his team. A high standard of work at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Fantastic professional service from THS Electrical. Clean, efficient and recommended the best solutions for my lights, switches, sockets and security camera installations. Highly recommended.

My appreciation of the workmanship which Omar applied to the electrical problems in my house is enormous, he checked and corrected, showed me where faults lay and all is done and feels great. I would like to recommend the company highly.

We're landlords that live a fair distance away from our property and over the years, it's been hit & miss for me to find tradespeople that I've can trust on the basis of quote and work honesty, professionalism and reliability. Our positive opinion of THS Electrical Services started with being impressed with the reviews on this site, but has only been cemented through our own personal experience now. I appreciated the thorough communications and the extra after-service that was provided which clearly demonstrated their work ethics and pride in doing the job at a higher standard. Thank you for replacing our fuse board and for the smooth way in which is all happened! Looking forward to knowing who is always call for any of our electrical needs in the future.

Needed some help during a power cut and Tony kindly responded by text to help. Will use THS in the near future for an electrical safety check.

Josh and Alex were very professional, quick, quite and just cracked on. Tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend

I've used THS a couple of times, once for an emergency cooker wiring repair, and once more recently to replace a failed extractor fan hidden in an awkward roof space. Both times Tony turned up when he said he would, charged what he quoted and was an extremely neat, tidy and conscientious tradesman.

Could not be more pleased with THS. Have twice helped us with emergency issues - on both occasions have been prompt and knowledgeable.

One-Star Review for THSElectrical Unfortunately, the experience with THSElectrical fell far below expectations. Their drivers need training on basic etiquette, parking manners, and general courtesy. I was held up for over 15 minutes by one of their vehicles, and when I eventually addressed the driver, there wasn’t even an acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. Proper training on professional behavior would go a long way in preventing these issues in the future. I hope THSElectrical takes this feedback seriously, as it’s essential to respect others’ time and space, especially in a busy environment.

Tony and his team were excellent - we had three installation jobs which were completed quickly, as requested and to a high standard. Very responsive and even a minor miscommunication issue was resolved very generously. Pricing was transparent and invoicing was a breeze.

Great service! Fair price and very responsive when booking, engineers were really helpful and did a perfect job. Will definitely use again in the future

Phenomenal expertise and responsive service who guided me through the range of potential problems. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I easily booked online and the work was done the day after. The engineer explained clearly what needed to be done, even though I’m a noob in all things electricity. They did a smooth job and cleaned after it was done 👍

Very prompt to respond and got the job done same day. Thank you so much!

The admin and engineer was very professional and thorough. They did everything that was asked and would spend time with you to answer anything you have in mind. I had a good service and new fuse box fitted etc.

Really excellent. Polite and very thorough

Alex and Josh did an outstanding job replacing my smoke alarm. They were professional, efficient, and ensured everything was installed perfectly. They also took the time to explain the new system to me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend their services!

Excellent service, great fault finding to fix our bathroom lights, left everything clean and tidy too.

Many thanks Josh very prompt and friendly great job

A very professional service.

I recently had a replacement smoke alarm installed and was very pleased with the service. I was able to get a next-day appointment, and Aaron was quick and diligent in completing the job. I also appreciated the extra care taken to wear boot covers in case of any mess from a previous job. Highly recommend!

The most responsive, fairly priced electrician services I have come across in London so far and I have worked with a few. I needed a rush job of lights installed; they worked with me overtime finding the correct lights so that I could have them on time. They follow up, their team is kind, patient and easy to work with, and the quality is high. Very impressed

Problem with electric gate. The THS electricians, Josh and Harrison, tracked it down. Nothing to do with the gate. A safety cut-off on another apparatus on the same circuit. Fixed it, tidied up and left. Pretty impressive. Everything works now.

Quick response. Very polite. Electricians did a great job. I will definitely use this company again

I had a very positive experience with THS Electrical Services. They were very quick to respond, were very transparent about the issues in my flat, professional, and did quality work quickly. I highly recommend Tony and Brandon and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Had a broken switch and a loose plug, agreed to a time slot of 8-10:30am. They arrived at 8 and were very quick and efficient. Thank you!

I recently had an EV charger installed at my home by THS, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the installation process, ensured everything was set up correctly, and left the area spotless. The entire experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend THS for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality electrical services. Thank you for a job well done!

Sudden electrical outage in my kitchen around 8pm. Called THS. The chap answered immediately and then talked me through step by step how to resolve the problem myself. Hugely grateful. 5 🌟 star service. Thanks !!

They charged me over £500 to come and fix a boiler fault. They originally quoted £180 but then another man joined him so I was charged because two men were on the job. Then charged for a part. A week later boiler fault has not been fixed. And thermostat has been ripped off the wall and I’m not sure where it is. Nothing has been fixed I just have a massive bill and no one reply to my emails or complaints. I would not use this company

Came the same day, clear pricing, really great service

A fantastic job, quickly and efficiently completed. The response time was also excellent, arrived within three hours of requesting that the work be carried out. Completely satisfied with the work and service.

Very impressed with the quick and efficient service, even on a Sunday evening!

Sent an electrician within an hour of initial contact, fixed the issue. Will use again.

Great service. Was able to come out on a Saturday. Found the fault and repaired it. Polite and professional.

Very professional and courteous service (worked with Aaron and a second engineer). They expertly replaced 20 down lights and fire alarms on high ceilings and over staircases. Timely (2 day turnaround) and fairly priced. I'll definitely call THS every time!

We couldn’t rate THS Electrical Services more highly. They are exceptionally professional, thorough and work strictly (&importantly) to BS 7671. We needed an EICR, which revealed some flawed works. THS guided us through the issues step by step and found a way to fix the problems - without needing to tear apart our home. Tony, Aaron, Alex and Derek were meticulous, careful and considerate in all aspects. Thank you for your service, we are grateful.

THS is an outstanding company! They did amazing, neat work in double quick time. Super, 10/10

Excellent experience with THS Electrical. Something in the kitchen kept on tripping a fuse in the fuse box. The problem was quickly identified and corrected. Electrics of the kitchen was up and running in no time. The electricians (Dan and Harrison) were very professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.

Richard was really knowledgeable and helpful and definitely went the extra mile in helping with diagnostics and fault finding in a logical way, to minimise time loss. This was before I even hired him. Shows level of service and expertise you can expect with this merchant. Would recommend.

Great service, Richard from THS called and helped me out with a fault straight away. Couldn’t recommend any more! Will definitely be using again.

I called THS at 8am on a Saturday morning for help with a tripped switch. The gentleman I spoke with helped me diagnose the problem (boiler not electrics), saving me the time and expense of having an electrician visit. He was polite and professional. Many thanks for the great service.

Great service, quick and reliable and very trustworthy.

Very quick and easy to organise. Required a new bathroom fan fitted in an old property. Fit is very professional and all works as intended.

Great job really quick and tidy and explained the work. Will defo use again.

Had an issue with a blown fuse in a wall power supply and Jeffrey came to fix it. Really friendly, efficient and quick service, and would definitely recommend.

They were fantastic. Knowledgeable and clear. Highly recommend!

Did a great job installing electrics in our kitchen and even gave advice on resetting the oven on a Friday night

My mother’s fuse box tripped and all power was off. We needed urgent help as the set up is not a straightforward one. Even though it was the August bank holiday, Richard answered our call immediately and helped us isolate the issue remotely by explaining everything perfectly on how to determine the cause. He was extremely professional, friendly and very kind. I will be recommending Richard and THS Electrical to everyone in the area and have already passed on his details to the immediate neighbours. Thank you so much Richard!

Excellent service. New socket installed quickly and with zero mess. I was also given a very helpful overview of the issues with our outdoor lighting and an explanation of the means of sorting it out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

A quick and professional service. Two workmen arrived on the same day who were very polite and professional, explaining what they needed to do and taking photos etc. Thanks very much, would be very happy to use THS again.

THS sent round someone within 2 hours of calling. Jeffrey was really helpful, knowledgable and polite and fixed the problem! Thank you - will definitely use THS again!

We used THS Electrical to install new ceiling lights with a new switch, and also move two existing ceiling lights. Tony was very responsive via Whatsapp, and the two engineers he sent were extremely courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. The work was high quality and they patched the holes they made, though we'll need a decorator to fully hide them (this was made very clear beforehand to avoid any surprises). Would highly recommend.

Really good professional service would definitely recommend

THS replaced a broken oven element and installed three antique ceiling lights. They provided extremely responsive comms and a very professional, punctual service. An excellent outfit.

We were very happy with the electrical services provided by Tony and the team at THS. Knowledgable, friendly and efficient - highly recommended. Thank you, we will be back!

Tony and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They completed an EICR and replaced the consumer unit in my flat. I would recommend them to anybody needing any electrical work and I will definitely be using them again.

Have used THS a number of times. They are very reliable and always do a great job. Very nice guys as well. Definately recommended.

Very prompt response to an initial simple job to install a brand new bathroom fan I purchased, however it was a faulty fan. THS provided a new fan and also an isloator switch that needed replacing. This was all done relatively quickly and at a fair price. Would definitely use again

Tony and his team are AMAZING! He personally responds and ensures that the right electrician is there to get the job done. The only reason that I hate to write a great review is they will get busy - but I know that they will make time for good customers :-) Thank you THS!!!

Our dormant ADT installation went off at the middle of the night and we couldn't get it to stop. ADT, who failed to send an engineer to recover the equipment after disconnection of service a while ago refused to help as we are no longer their customer. So, after calling several emergency electricians listed on the internet who had left their voicemail on, I managed to get through to Tony. He was empathetic and promised to get someone out within 30 mins. A polite young man arrived within the said time and the alarm was disconnected to our and all our neighbours relief. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service.

Tony and his team have to be the Dream Team of electricians! Incredibly easy to deal with, transparent about the quote (which items to be supplied plus the pricing), quick and efficient responses. On the day, two very efficient electricians on site, intelligently anticipated the settings needed in each location, completed the work without fuss or mess, explained clearly what had been done.

Needed some lighting fitted - reliable, great communication and good job - Very friendly and efficient. Recommended!

From start to finish, the team were helpful, courteous, tidy and delivered a good result. They kept me updated throughout the job with what was happening giving me the chance to understand and input where required. Much appreciated.

Efficient and Reliable Electrical Service THS electrical services has a fantastic team. We needed an electrical inspection and installation of new washing machine. Every experience from booking an appointment to actual electrical services has been prompt, efficient, and professional. We highly recommend THS to anyone who needs reliable electrical services. Thank you Tony & Kris for your understanding and flexibility with booking our appointment even though we had to change it a few times due to washing machine not arriving on time. Thank You Jefferey, Alex and Derek today for your excellent work and recommendations so we can keep our flat energy efficient. You are all super heroes!

Terrible drivers. Gave me a punishment pass (missed me by ~2cm) and laughed at me as he saw me turn around in shock. Poor.

The only problem I have, is this company was expensive for the the work carried out. Very professional and did what they came to do, but pricey.

The 2 people who showed up were lovely, showed up on time, super quick, they were done within 30 minutes , they were very polite, clean, well dressed, clearly knowledgeable, respectful, they explained everything to me, put everything back and overall amazing! 100% would recommend and will use them again myself.

Excellent - would highly recommend. Found this company through "check a trade." We needed some rewiring and installing of a new integrated tumble dryer. Accurate quote, professional team - really happy with the work done. Thank you Richard and the team.

Happy with the service provided. I had to replace the radiators in my flat and upon initial inspection, they were replaced within 3 working days - very efficient!

Great service, friendly staff and great workmanship provided. Exactly what I asked for and where very helpful. Will definitely use again

I have used THS twice over the past 12 months and both jobs have been carried out promptly and to a high standard. The team arrived as arranged, explained the work clearly, and left the work area clean and tidy after completion. I also receieved a detailed breakdown of the work carried out and pictures with the invoice. Thanks Tony and the team.

We have used THS several times and they are always quick to respond, knowledgeable and their quotes are excellent value. Their work is always excellent quality and their team is polite, careful with their surroundings and tidy. I would always recommend them.

We received a superb experience with THS. Perfect communication right from the start. Kris organised it well with me and I received accurate quotations and notifications in anticipation to my appointment. I needed to reschedule that time, and they were really understanding, helpful and flexible in rearranging my appointment. The engineers, Josh and Gabriel, came on time as planned, and both of them were open to listen to my preference with light installations and placements and also provided expert advice to tailor my needs. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they explain and involve me with the decision making in every step of the way. The outcome was excellent and even was even beyond what I expected. Kris contacted me again to gain feedback from my experience and was even open for suggestions to further improve their services. Thanks THS. I had a great experience indeed. I highly recommend them.

Really polite and good engineers. 5 stars review 100%.

Richard was great in locating the problem with my power loss and resolving it quickly. Fast service and for an emergency call out on a Sunday.

I can highly recommend this company.

Super helpful at a late hour when our electrics failed and by extension our heating! Extremely grateful for how kind and patient they were with me on the phone. Thank you.

Fantastic Service. Very proactive to get round and get the job done. No hassel or problems and were very considerate when our daughter was sleeping in the next room not to make any noise. Would use these guys again and again

Excellent service, of highest professional standards.

I contacted the company on a Sunday 7.45 pm and got instant reply with an estimate from Tony who arranged an appointment on the day I requested. Very impressive! Also the two young electricians who arrived to do the checks for the electrical certificate where very professionals with excellent manners, they explained well what they were doing and felt very comfortable letting them do their job.

Great service from the THS team. Polite, Quick, clean and tidy.

Excellent service! Arrived on time, quick repair and the engineers tidied up after themselves. I am very pleased with the service.

Although I haven't used their services, they were very professional and honest to identify that issue wouldn't get resolved by them coming over and taking a visit fee for no reason. Next time I will need an electrician, I know who to call, thank you very much.

I complained last week about one of their drivers. Turns out I apparently mistook the ths van for one of this firm’s vehicles. Assuming that is correct, then fair is fair, and I unreservedly apologise and thank the owner for coming back to me professionally and swiftly.

Superb service, very competitive price and first class work. We will be using them again, have recommended to colleagues and RHS will be carrying out some work for The Musical Museum where I am Chair. Great company to deal with.

When I returned to London they arrived at 8am today to complete the job and stop me freezing during the cold snap. Guys arrived on time, wearing masks and protective foot wear, they investigated and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommend these guys

The electrician came prepared with all necessary equipment; work was carried out diligently and they cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Tony's services in the future; and would recommend them to anyone else.

I used THS to replace and install new lighting in my flat. The team were punctual, polite, and the work was done really well. Thanks!

I am very glad I found this young and enthusiastic firm of highly knowledgeable electricians. For a number of years it was a mystery why these two lights didn't work. They identified the problem swiftly and replaced it with up-to-date safer modern solution as regards the internal connection board. We supplied our own light fittings.

They were very polite when discussing the work and completed the work to a very high standard at a very good price. They also kept my house clean and tidy.

When they arrived at my house they were very polite and courteous. They laid dust sheets down on the floor keeping the rooms clean and tidy and were very respectful of my home. Once they had finished, the work was completed to a very high standard. Would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.

Knowledgeable, friendly, experienced electricians. Left my home spotless with tidy work completed. Timely and Fair Priced job. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time that I have used THS Electrical Services, and I've been delighted on both occasions. This time I had three pieces of work done: the first was to install a heater in my kitchen, the second was to replace the spotlights in the kitchen area, and the third was to completely replace the lighting in the bathroom. THS were very good ahead of the work giving me advice on sizes of heater and where to source them, and they were able to answer all of the questions I had about the bathroom lighting where I was converting from halogen to LED and getting rid of the transformer. In all the work took about half a day and THS left the house immaculate. When they arrived they immediately put on overshoes and covered all of the surfaces with plastic to make sure that any dust did not settle on anything important. As the work went along the swept up and disposed of rubbish. Installation in the kitchen could have been awkward because of the location of the fuse box and THS did a first rate job of concealing all of the trunking and cabling. The invoicing was clear and exactly as agreed. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work and the price and will use them again.

On time, fixed all of my lighting problems efficiently. Tidy and extremely courteous. Would recommend

Helpful, honest & speedy - most reliable electrician around. Did a new fuse box for us

Polite, punctual and efficient. I'm very happy with the work carried out.

I’ve had bad experiences with trades people before as we’ve done a few projects. However THS is one of the most professional and reliable companies I’ve come across. They are extremely efficient and organised. The project was completed on time and there’s not much that I could complain about. They gave us advice on how we could save money (something not many companies do) and helped us figure out future mishaps. I would recommend to anyone who wants someone trustworthy and reliable.

Excellent worker, cheerful, quick, exuded confidence and full of helpful advice for the future. Twelve out of ten in my book.

Excellent solution and considerate service. Highly recommend.

Responded very quickly every time and were very courteous and professional

Tony is an extremely nice and helpful chap who came when he said he would on time. It was great to speak to someone who was serious about coming to fix my problem and not having to wait around for someone to come like other companies. Tony obviously is a very good electrician and very professional. I would highly recommend using his services. Pandy Andrea

Brilliant service & very competitive rates. Very polite & helpful staff. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! Came out quickly for an emergency on Saturday afternoon and left the house with means of power until we could really get to grips with the issue during the working week! Thanks Tony!

If you want a fantastic electrical company – look no further. This company is top notch – from taking the booking to attending the job I could not fault them. They are super professional, efficient, reliable, knowlegable and above all extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend their services to everyone!

Supermagic. I called Tony in the morning. By afternoon we had agreed a price and he replaced my halogen transformers and switched my security light. Responded really quick and good value. What a nice guy. He certainly will be called again for any future electrical jobs. Thanks Tony (and Kevin).

Tony and his colleague came out really quickly when I had a fault with what I thought was my oven, and it kept tripping my fuse board. Turned out I had a burnt out wire and socket from my dishwasher, and if they hadn’t been so efficient, we could have had a very serious fire as it was sparking. He only charged me for the initial call out, not even for the extra parts he gave me, and I found him trust worthy, reasonable and professional. I’d be very happy to recommend them to anyone, and Ill definitely use THS again.

All I can say is Tony and the team got us out of a pickle. We called him up in the morning and that afternoon he was on site fixing our issues and was back again the next day to complete all works. I can say that the team were friendly and were quick and will be using them on future jobs. Thanks Tony and team!

Great work and fantastic service from Tony. Fuses in my main fuse board started to blow so I got an electrician in to fix this, a couple weeks later the problem reappeared. Given that the original electrician didn’t actually fix the problem, I decided to try a different company and called up THS instead. Tony arrived at the prearranged time, promptly identified the issue and repaired the fuse board at a cheaper cost than the original electrician and it has been working fine ever since. Will definitely be using THS from now on. Many thanks.

Communication is excellent, prompt to reply to emails. Work done to a high standard. Clean , tidy and very polite. He was very understanding when the heated towel rail that we had bought ended up being damaged when we opened the box after he arrived. He was very flexible and came back the following week once we had replaced the damaged goods. Would happily use THS again.

THS replaced and relocated my fuse boxes and installed new lighting in one room. They turned up on time and did the work to a high standard, though they took longer than estimated. They were helpful, and when there were snags offered me options. I will certainly use them again.
