Customer reviews present a mixed picture of the company. Positive accounts praise helpful office staff and punctual electricians who addressed trunking queries and replaced smoke alarms efficiently. Conversely, critical feedback highlights instances of incomplete electrical work, including failed light installations after multiple visits, and complaints regarding van parking.
Excellent service by R & MA Stewart Ltd across the board. The office rescheduled my appointment when necessary due to work commitments and the electrical engineer was punctual, friendly, and extremely professional. He checked all the major points and replaced my smoke alarm within an hour and I am delighted with the outcome. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
Fabulous electrician today via RBKC and I cannot fault his dedication and help for me following my worries about trunking etc - definitely 5*
Cowboys! Avoid , avoid , avoid!
Absolutely rubbish, everything they did has to be re done, been three times to fit a light, still not fitted, I'm getting a deferent electric company in
Vehicle drivers parking in Restricted Zones when clearly signed & driver of an age that should know better. If they do not respect the laws of the road how can they be trusted in any other way?
The staff has always been happy to help and answer any queries. Would have no problem recommending them.
