As background, Nick took over from another electrician in whom I had lost confidence due to poor communication and some slightly wild quoting. Nick gave me confidence from the first call. He clearly knows his business and took time to explain things. He spotted things the previous electrician had missed and came up with more comprehensive and aesthetically pleasing solutions.His responses were fast and he did the work within a tight time frame. He did more work for the same price as the previous electrician but most of all he ensured our property is safe and to standard. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Nick did all the electrical work on our kitchen renovation. He stripped out all the old electric to make it safe for us to do the rip out. He then chased the new wires into the wall and made new plug sockets and power for the new appliances. Great communication from first enquiry and clear attention to the details which was important for us and helped the project go well. We also did a video call to go through the final details prior to starting which was great. All the work was completed to a very high standard, on time and on budget. He worked well with other trades that we had on the project. Nick went the extra mile and advised us on aspects of the rest of the project. I got in touch with NOD after I realised I needed an electrician to help me with a cooker replacement. I was given a quote over the phone, they arrived in 20 minutes, did a fantastic job and gave me advice regarding safety testing etc. They’re super friendly, honest, well presented and stuck to the quote despite it being more work than they expected. Nick is very professional and responsive. Got Tesla charger installed, had problems with power tipping on calling Nick he exactly knew what the problem was as he has seen with other users, he took time came and replace the socket since then there is no problem. Nick doesn’t leave customer once the job is done he tries to help, educate customer with patience and fixes if required. Very happy with Nick’s services and would use him in future.

Really professional company. Nick replied to my initial text straight away and emailed a written quote the very next day. He carried out the job within a week and kindly adjusted his labour fee as the estimate for it was greater than the time taken to do it. He’s friendly, courteous and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Nick has been extremely helpful to install the Tesla charger for us. We have an issue of looped supply and it takes a couple months of negotiation with UKPN and our neighbour to get this done.

Nick performed this difficult installation when others gave up from the start. He worked patiently for most of the hours of the day he was here and didn’t leave until the job was completed. I contacted Nick when looking for someone to fix a problem with my solar panel and battery installation. He has been open, honest and transparent, and has gone out of his way to try and help me. Examples are: advised me to contact original installer as it might be under warranty, suggested to look at whether there was wifi/app access, reviewed installation manual to see where he could help, clear on where he would or wouldn't be able to help, gave suggestions on other places where I might be able to get help. Although I did not use his services in this instance, I will definitely be contacting Nick for any future electrical needs. Thanks so much for your help Nick, I would most likely still be aimlessly trying to resolve this if it wasn't for you!

We used NOD Electrical Services recently to install an exterior lighting run of 10 light fittings, installed using galvanised conduit. They were extremly professional and did a fantastic job. Its so neat and precisely measured out - looks very smart. We would highly recommend them.

Nick did a great job fixing a complicated set of outdoor lighting that we had been having problems with for four years ever since they were installed. The initial electrician disappeared and then a series of other electricians have tried and failed to repair them satisfactorily. Every time we turned them on it blew a fuse and knocked out all our interior lights and bulbs in the outside lights kept blowing which has been infuriating. Nick assessed the problem and unlike previous electricians got to the root of what was going wrong rather than looking for a quick fix. He then fixed them, did a great and very tidy job. I think fondly of him every time I confidently turn the outside lights on without fearing that the whole house will be plunged in to darkness. I''d recommend him without hesitation.

Fast, clean and efficient service, and great value for money. Good explanation of the process, what failed in the first place, and why changes were made. Would recommend
