I am writing this review to warn others about extremely dangerous, substandard work carried out under my HomeServe policy by London247Electrical. After reporting a burning smell and lost lighting power, engineer visited on 3rd August and simply replaced a fuse wire, missing the fact that a socket was burning. By the next day, the downstairs lighting circuit had severely charred and burned the entire fuse holder inside my consumer unit. A second engineer visited on 5th August, admitted the first engineer misdiagnosed the issue, but then executed an completely unsafe shortcut: rather than replacing the heat-damaged parts, he merged both my upstairs and downstairs lighting circuits onto a single fuse carrier and left the charred, melted fuse socket sitting inside my consumer unit despite all replacement covered by the policy. Leaving heat-damaged components inside an active electrical board and combining circuits as a shortcut to bypass destroyed parts is a major fire hazard and fails basic UK safety standards (BS 7671). I have lodged an urgent formal complaint demanding a senior engineer visit, replacement of all burned components, and full circuit safety testing. I expected professional service and basic electrical safety, not dangerous workarounds that leave my home at risk.
Robert has been truly fantastic, and I wanted to pass on some well-deserved praise for his work. Robert attended on three separate occasions and was consistently polite, professional, meticulous, and methodical in everything he did. During his first visit, he quickly identified the cause of a recently blown power socket and safely isolated and disabled the faulty socket. On his second visit, he replaced the existing extractor fan and external vent grille in the main room with a very neat installation. He also installed a manual override switch, while ensuring the fan still operates automatically whenever humidity levels in the room become too high. On his third visit, he replaced the existing cooker hood, which is now working perfectly. Overall, I’ve been extremely impressed with both the quality of Robert’s workmanship and his professionalism throughout. Many thanks indeed.
Joe is honestly world class at what he does, there were squirrels some how managing to get into my loft and biting through the cables in my downlights- Joe went above and beyond to ensure that all 3 downlights were working again rewiring them in under an hour, he truly is the Messi of electricians, and I highly recommend

Please don’t use this company! While testing my house electrics and shutting down the power, when the electricity was turned back on only to find that my CCTV system failed and the engineer used or Dyson to clear his mess and left the vacuum damaged. On informing the company they would not take any responsibility and denied turning the electricity off, ridiculous. On top of the cost of an upgrade of my electrics it’s cost me a new CCTV unit and a new Dyson.
Hats off to Robert- after nearly a week with electric problems and 2 electricians and 2 boiler fitters, Robert arrived at 6pm and by 8.30pm had the problem solved and everything up and running. Even when he was running late, we got a phone call advising us. Would definitely reccomend this company again. Well done in providing a service you should rightly be proud of.

Had the best experience with the team from London 24/7 Electrical Ltd. Customer service is second to none and the whole team were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Mark, Jamie and Jeff all provided great care and consideration in all of their interactions with us and I would not hesitate to recommend London 24/7 Electrical Ltd to anyone who needed electrical work doing as well as using them myself for any future electrical needs.
Excellent work all around! And incredibly reasonable prices given the quality of work put in. I would contact them for all my electrical work in the future for any property because you can trust them to be honest and to deliver on what they say. We had London 24/7 out to upgrade our electrical panel, rewire the kitchen for new appliances, install new lighting… and most recently to fix the installation of a shower pump done by B&Q’s subcontractor. Jeff and Robert were absolutely brilliant, working during summer when it was peak temperatures to take us from 1970s electrics into the 21st century. And when we saw the shower pump installation, and got concerned, someone from London 24/7 came out the same day we contacted to check what was done and if it was up to code. It was not and they made the time to come back the same week with the correct parts to fix the work that was done. Brilliant work by them once again.
Used London 24/7 Electrical twice now & both times couldn't be faulted. Fitted new kitchen under cupboard lights & did a great job.
Great service from Dillon repairing after we had a power cut. Quickly diagnosed the problem and worked very hard to fix it, thank you Dillon! We will come back next time
I had an issue with my kitchen switch and an electrician arrived promptly and remedied the situation, he was very professional and provided us with good advice. I definitely recommend!
Promised 10-12. After two calls chasing them, they finally came back with the answer that the engineer had been booked with other jobs between us (?) and was nowhere near and would not be available till the afternoon. The operational manager was responsive but I cancelled given their distinct lack of care for our time - not professional at all.
This is not my first experience with London 24/7 Electrical and I am sure it won’t be the last. The electricians are extremely professional, helpful and confidence-inspiring and the people who run the office are responsive, efficient and always helpful. I heartily recommend this company.
What a service. I kid you not.Used under a home emergency policy. My spot light were blinking, very close to my water leak occurring at the same time. The engineer was very thorough indeed. Checked fuse box, currents to ensure I was very safe, changed switch on wall and spotlight. Joseph, you are a credit to the team. Gazi, the electrician, was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he honest, friendly and respectful but he was professional and knowledgable. He also saved us damaging our kitchen tiles for the rewiring by thinking outside the box and coming up with a plan to run the wiring from behind the wall (in the garage) - displaying his professionalism. Highly recommended.

They were the chosen supplier by Google for my 3rd Generation Nest Installation a few years ago, so they were the obvious choice when I needed to install a new one. The company are excellent and very timeline, they literally are 24/7 and were very prompt to message me out of normal working hours for most other companies. The staff were incredibly helpful and installation was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and will be sure to use them for any other electrical jobs I might have in the future.

The service I received from London 24/7 electrical was amazing. My initial phone call was with Mark, I was panicking as it was getting late and I didn’t want to be left without electric all night. Mark was so helpful and reassuring and had someone at my door LITERALLY within 5-10 minutes. The Job was carried out by Nick who was also very efficient and completed the job quickly alongside helping me lift a heavy item in the house. Great team, will definitely be using again. Thank you!
Highly recommend and will be using again for the repair and other work around the property. The office team are very quick to respond and were transparent with the pricing process and how much I should budget for this investigative work. Overall I found their pricing to be very competitive. The electrician was on time and found the issue quickly, he explained the issue in a way I could understand and walked me through the next steps and options for repairing it. Once we have chosen new lights I will be using this company again for installation.
