Luca has done many emergency call outs for me has check the electrical safety for my flat replaced lights checked issues my electrical hob and heaters. As a result of a burst pipe in my flat, the leak ended up compromising the electrics in the flat below - it was an emergency situation, and over the weekend, so I needed needed a rapid response. Luca responded to my enquiry immediately, and was at the flat within an hour. Soon after, the electric was back on, having made the affected area safe again. Obviously I was delighted with the service I received, and would recommend him to others. Thank you Luca!
I had some flickering lights and Luca came within an hour of my initial call. Following a thorough investigation he recommended a full rewiring of my 3 bedroom terraced house. It was complated within ten days and I can only pay the highest compliments to both Adam and Mohammad who did the brunt of the work. They took huge care of my home and made what might have been a stressful experience much easier. Pricing was fair and Luca was always available for any queries. The work was done to an immaculate standard. Highly recommended.

Very reliable, timely, communicated throughout the whole time. The work is very efficient and Luca was very aware of my time limits and did his best to do the work in this time. Cleaned up after work was done without any mess. Very happy with all the work and will definitely use the services again.
Luca tried to charge me £100 for fitting a light that they were not able to fit, after previously stating they could when quoting. When I stood my ground Luca turned rude and aggressive. It was a truly horrible experience having them in my home. I was shaking when they left. AVOID!
