AM.PS Electrical Contractors Ltd

I highly recommend Peter at am.ps for any electrical work. From the start the communication was excellent and it was very straightforward to obtain a quote. Peter arrived exactly on time on the agreed day and was incredibly efficient throughout. He really went above and beyond by carefully disassembling an old smoke detector that had been painted into the ceiling (so as to not pull extra paint off) and reinstalling a new one with much stronger screws. It is clear he is very knowledgeable as he even volunteered to change an incorrect label on our fuse box and helped us diagnose and fix another small electrical issue while he was at our home. He was very friendly and we really appreciate a job well done.

Excellent service from Peter and the team. They installed an infrared heater in my bedroom and did a fantastic job—the way they hid the wires is impressive and it’s a really pro finish. Quick, tidy, and highly recommended!

I was fortunate that a friend recommended Peter to me when I first moved house, and have now been able to work with him on a few occasions installing various light fittings, bathroom extractor fan and adding power sockets. He’s explained everything clearly, discussed the pros and cons of various options, and been really communicative. I trust him to get things done to a high standard and would recommend to others.

Peter and his team are fantastic. Great communication, punctual and excellent quality of work. I would highly recommend them.

Peter is fantastic! I had three electricians be no shows but I’m glad that happened as I now won’t go anywhere else for our electrical needs. He was able to fit our ceiling fans and move the connection point with no mess (after several others had quoted ceiling repairs) and even helped us navigate a couple of additional small problems whilst he was there. Kind, thoughtful, and extremely professional! Would highly recommend!

We recently had a EICR and small repair done at our unit. From beginning to finish, Peter and his team were very clear in their communication, transparent with pricing, highly professional, flexible and courteous. We would highly recommend PEter and his team for your electrical needs

I highly recommend Pete and team. They are excellent electricians that go the extra mile to make sure things are done to a high standard. They are lovely, friendly people to have around and always very accommodating with extra jobs that need adding on at the last minute.

Peter is excellent. He guided us through the process of designing the best solution to transition our cooking and heating system from gas to electricity. Together with his assistant George, he installed a new electric hob, a new extractor fan, and a new towel rail. We really appreciate his attention to details and communication, on top of a high quality installation.

Peter and the whole team are fantastic - they rewired our whole house as part of a major renovation and we're extremely accommodating in their approach, flexible around other trades and a joy to work alongside when I was doing DIY. My family used Peter's dad years ago and the great work and approach obviously run in the family - couldn't recommend more!

This is a company which has always given us excellent service. They're quick to respond and sort out any problem with minimum of fuss. Their estimates are reliable and the firm is safety conscious at all times.

Peter and team were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

AM.PS Electrical Contractors were extremely professional, diligent and thorough in the way they carried out the work at my home. The electrical safety checks were carried out in an exemplary manner. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company if you require any electrical work carried out.

Would highly recommend for minor fixes or major installations. Pete and the team are always reliable and their quality is excellent!

Peter replaced old fuse board with new Consumer Unit. He was recommended to me and we were more than satisfied by his professionalism from estimate to installation. Both Pete and George were considerate, polite and competent as was evident in their thorough testing and care with our appliances and property. No hesitation in recommending. Our thanks for decent professionalism and an excellent job.

We had AM.PS for the installation of storage heaters. They did a great job. Before giving the quote they came over and saw the place, they took measures and assessed every detail. They offered alternatives initially in case I was interested. Their quote was detailed including every individual piece of work. They were very professional at their work. Job finished in time and with no extra costs. I definitely recommend them.
